    First time buying from the official store. You get an appointment at 12:00, so you arrive at 11:45, and are placed in a queue. Then wait until 12:15 to talk to the employee, then the employee leaves to pick up your item. 12:45 you finally leave the store with your item. One hour for a pick up is just ridiculous. No place to sit, so you stand for an hour like it is a bazaar. I'm recovering my leg after a surgery and have to say it was an unpleasant experience. Half of the employees that day were just chilling and chatting in a bunch between themselves. 10-12 people. Nothing bad about employees having a good time at work, but why not sort out the queues first and then chat? All in all I was expecting way more from such a high tech company like Apple. Was really disappointing to go through the queue-warehouse-giveout- process. But hey, how else do you create a high demand look, right? ;) If it is due to an actually high demand, one can make 4 cash out points, some Zara has 10x customers and they manage not to create such chaos. Extra star for a nice designed store.

    My experience in this Appel store was awful! I called them and ask if i can return my defect professionally and they said yes! when i went there they said “No, we cannot accept articles that you ordered online” however i already explained the situation on the phone! And when i asked for a help that my case was, i didn’t receive the label for returning, they told me we cannot help you anymore! call the customer service! I didn’t expect such a service from app store!!!

    Absolutely horrific experience. Staff running around like headless chicken. You had to register at the entrance to be served - only this was not advertised anywhere and you had to figure it out for yourself after having waited in vain forever. When registering for assistance you obviously had to let them know what product you needed help with (in my case the new Apple Watch) - only to realize when somebody finally turned up they admitted not knowing anything about Apple watches. She didn't even own one. Never again - from now on only buying Apple online.

    Although we knew the model and products we wanted to buy, they made us wait at least 45 minutes. Each employee referred to another employee, it was a huge disappointment. After we couldn't stand, an employee came and took care of us. Although the number of employees seems to be high, the number of interested people is small. We experienced unexpected moves from a store like Apple. But the place was so good and rich looking, the view is the same. I was able to get my phone at an affordable price with the tax free process, thank you Apple.

    Probably the most popular meeting point in Hamburg if people want to meet in downtown. Besides the location of Apple Jungfernstieg, both the sales assistants and staff in Genius Bar there are very friendly, helpful and authentic. Apple is still alluring after such a long time :)

    Super Apple store with the usual stuff and a great view at the Alster (pond area in downtown Hamburg). I had a little injury there while going up the stairs. But the staff there helped me immediately and even wanted to call an ambulance for me. So very friendly people there.

    When I shared my poor experience with their official financial partner, he almost repeated the same sentence that they used to ,“unsere Haupt Sprache ist Deutsch“. Get help from someone to do the translation. In 2023 at the so-called International company, you need to speak German in native level in order to get the answer from their official financial partner. Well done Senior!

    Incompetence personified at this store. That is for Genius Bar not the retail although retail is not far off. We spent one month trying to get our Mac repaired only to have it returned. The phone support finally helped us. Just call Apple care, don’t bother with these time eating folks with ego shooting sky high.

    We bought AirPods this evening, when asked why the price at media Markt was lower, the consultant said that your store gives a two-year warranty, and at media markt gives only one. That’s why we bought it here and after we checked our warranty and it’s only 1 years. Don't trust the employees at this store

    Took an appointment to buy one band for my watch, I've waited 45 minutes end eventually they just forgot me. Notice this is not even the first time that such things happens in this store. It's maybe the worst apple store I've ever been.

    I went to buy iPad pro and a magic keyboard. I knew exactly what i am going to buy, and still it took me about 40+ minutes. The staffs are not managed properly. When i went it was not even crowded. In fact there were more staffs to customers at one stage, still took me ages.

    unbelievably big, unbelievably crowded usually. It is in a very central location near the Hamburg rathaus. As everyone has written, unfortunately you are waiting too long, you are being kept waiting. When you start any process, the employee comes to you or leaves, the waiting time is a bit too long. Other than that we haven't had any problems.

    I do not like the treatment one gets after purchasing a very expensive phone. I had to wait long to get my online purchase and being treated like they are doing you a favor is really ridiculous.

    To tell the truth, the shop is nice and big but if you want to talk with guys there you need to book an appointment. You go at appointment time, they ask you to seat and I waited from 30min, until disturbed enough I let them notice I was waiting with my son from 30min and boy had to go yo sleep. Eventually they sent me somebody 10min later. I saw some of them just looking around in the shop...these was really disturbing. It was during the week. I can't image what happens on week-end. I went in the morning and took appointment for late afternoon, there were the same guys and girls. I asked myself how many hours they work and if it is normal/legal. Only one guy was really nice and took care of us. The others were quite approsimative. I was expected more care to the customers.

    Just like every Apple Store, the staff is really helpful. Just like every Apple Store, you should expect a huge line around Xmas time, they sometimes require appointments/reservations to be taken in order to get sales advices. The location is obviously centered and beautiful.

    If you need any apple device or an accessory for it this is the place for you. Two floors where you can test the devices supported by nerdy support, touch and breath the apple experience. I was looking for an iPhone XR cover and this is the selection I got in front of me. I also found d an iPad cover and if I didn't escape I was almost buying also a new iMac 😁

    You would like to go a buy the newest iphone and of course it’s sold out. They send you to buy it online where ETA is over a month. Why do you want a shop that can’t offer the novelty that they are supposed to sell? 👎

    5 stars for Manager Phillip. Usually I don’t write reviews, but this time I decided to describe my experience with this store. I have bought headphones on official website, unfortunately the sound was horrible, worse than in my previous AirPods 2019.. I wanted to return the item, but one of consultants told me it’s impossible because of engraving. I was extremely upset, because Apple Store App provides opposite information (2 choices: returning in local store or with courier). A bit later, I met Manager Phillip and he solved all my problems. Real manager! I returned my headphones, I tried AirPods 3 Generation, Pro and Beats and in the end I have just bought a new headphones. And all of that took approximately 30 minutes! Phillip, thank you very much!
