There are some very knowledgeable ex tradies on the floor and the staff are always very willing to help. A note of caution - I always spend more than I intend as there is so much interesting stuff.

Love Mitre 10, if I could leave my wife and marry Mitre 10. I would. Countdown/ Woolworths good to.

The Centre was a bit sad, alot of empty shops due to rent increases apparently:( but the shops that were open were friendly. Beautiful home-baked Sour Dough Bread purchased!! Definetly toasted is the way to go.

Loving this place, the staff are sooo helpful and bargains as well as stock is plentiful. I needed some soil for veges n mulch and found some at the back, damaged goods (bags were broken) with 30% off, saved enough to get some plants 🪴 Love it!!!

I needed advice for kitchen cupboard hinges, I approached a young man only too happy to help. He offered great friendly service and advice and I walked out with what I wanted. Patrick at Hardware, you de man... Thank you for your help, your manager should give you a pay rise, great skills which is a rareity from young people in the retail industry.👌

A nice and pleasant experience. The service person who helped me out was very knowledgeable. We got to talking as you do, he came here 36 years ago from California and has never left. He said he loves Canterbury and living in NZ. I agree.

Great service at Hornby mitre 10 as always, staff are taught about the products they are selling and are always available to assist. The other big bonus is they have staffed checkouts, no self service which is great and if lines form then another checkout opens up . I can't fault their service or staff. They also have a children's play area and cafe, well behaved dogs also welcome, easy accessibility for wheelchairs. They deserve 5 stars.

The centre’s built around Mitre 10 and Harvey Norman with many other shops around. Possibly the best area for shopping in town.

Great place to come for all your grocery needs, as well as your outdoor gardening or outside projects! Food just across the road also and plenty of other shops just back from here. Convenient.

I wouldn't really go here by choice, I'd only come here if it's the closest supermarket and mitre 10. Well, because that's the only things that's there! I think theres a wendys there too whoch is horrible in its own.Lots of parking which is good but it dosent make up for the disgusting Wendy's. Gross fatty food, very disgustingly filthy. Mitre 10 is really good though. Well not really good, it is a mitre 10 after all.

I shop here every week for my groceries, sometimes I come daily. Excellent place to shop, is a pain getting too having one entrance and exit though

Good Product Range & Variety although there Pricing is a bit High Unless they have Specials or Promotions running at the Time. Hence Why I go to Bunnings for the Majority of my Purchases. 👍
