Great coffee made better by quality staff. One waitress or manager not sure she look Thai was very very good. I would hire her. On the ball and always working. Food was good. Big portions. The chocolate sauce on the French toast the only thing not to my liking as it was the bottle stuff they use in the drinks. Regular coffee was big but that’s not their issue, there is a inconsistency in coffee sizes in Christchruch.

Shocking! Their carpark enforcement is absolutely insane. 15 mins over the limit and get $65 ticket!! The mall wasn't even that busy to need to have carparks freed up for other shoppers. And so many homeless people there on every corner. They should be dealing with that rather than ticketing all the carparks and people that bring business to the mall. Am not shopping at that mall again.

It's a small/medium sized mall. Usually pretty clean and has a good variety of shops and food choices. Half the mall feels busy, with the Pak'n'Save drawing lots of people. The other half feels pretty quiet. You've got other shops at the back of the mall, on the other sde of the outside/ground level parking, most notably The Warehouse. With the other shops around Hornby junction, this is a good part of the mix, resulting in a pretty comprehensive retail zone. The parking and road layout isn't great. I'll blame that for the less than considerate driving that can be seen at times, as well as the less than considerate/aware pedestrian behaviour.

Stores within the mall are great but the parking lot is an absolute shambles. People constantly que for kfc where the sign clearly states not too stopping traffic from flowing and the whole car park feels very congested.

Quite nice ! Plenty of good shops. Easy to navigate. Loads of parking.

Great smaller mall, has most things any other mall has. Parking can be a bit of a mission. Also my phone struggles with signal in there (weird gripe). It definitely could be worth them sorting parking, maybe reconfiguring it some how. Could use a brightening up. It's handy amongst other shopping areas though with Briscoes/The Warehouse/Dress-Smart and others all in its circumference.

Great mall with many awesome shops. They have plenty of carparks on both levels. Good security team onboard. The food court does get crowded around lunch time but the good food is worth waiting for. If you lose anything around the mall, you're most likely getting it back from customer service. Their customer service will actually go above and beyond to help the patron.

Always a great place to go and visit and I love looking at all the diff shops. There is also a lady there who sells a bunch of things in the middle like keyring, 3d pictures, soft toys from TV shows and game etc and she's alwsys so friendly and lovely!

It’s a quiet little shopping mall, has several good food options in the food court good for a quick bite, recommend sushi place run by authentic Japanese team. There are some basic selection of clothing stores, 2 book stores, several cafeteria and tea shop, bakery, flower shop, some massage places, few hair cuts places, jewellery, Farmers with some kitchen accessories, Pack’n’Save for groceries, GameStop and several banks. Something for everyone needs. Only problem are very limited parking options.

Warning to all Christmas shoppers. You can get a special present from parking warden that will cost you extra $65 on top of your shopping. I am never going to Christmas Hub again, it is nice idea to have more shops in one place, but you are limited to only 1 hour. I have exceeded my stay by no more than 15 minutes, not cool in this busy time of the year. I will make sure that others know to avoid this mall. I wish I could provide 0 stars.

I had a click and collect from the EB Games store. Unfortunately I had Not ready the email from them about the two items I ordered not being available at there store even though the EB Games website showed they were. The staff member was very helpful and manged to find both available at another branch and she could have them delivered to my door. Top service. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this branch to all.

It's ok as far as malls go. The food court is awful tho, it's located in a tight corridor, with really average food offerings, nothing particularly special, and a couple of places that are really appalling and should be replaced... Go for the shops, look elsewhere for food...

Great buzy and busy friendly mall - great variety of shops , retail and hospitality - with other major stores very close by for parking convenience !

What an absolutely disgusting car park set up and design. Avoid if you dont feel like getting stuck in gridlock. Build a carpark building.

One of my preferred Malls.. doesn't seem to get infested with bored hormonal younglings like the other suburban malls Has a small but decent food court, critically really good sushi and multiple coffee/cafe options + an important Bus hub for that side of town

Give five stars to the lady name Grace helped us at baby section. She was so patiently checking the details about the stroller. I’ll shop more at Farmers because of the service. Will recommend to my friends as well.

The Pharmacy staff are so helpful. Keeping it real and very friendly! The food court is varied for choice and, of course, a favourite food can be found from those selections! Delish!!

Always enjoy my visit to Hornby Mall / 'The Hub'. Only 12km East of Rolleston, on one's way to Christchurch city. More a boutique sized mall size wise but a good selection of shops & a great food court. Recommended to all

Since they expanded the Hub it has become a decent place to visit, good choice of shops, nice food court, but parking is still an issue. The night market on a Thursday is well worth a visit, as it is up on the roof check the weather before going, but it is awesome

It's a mall... not as big of a selection of stores as some malls that are larger. Decent food court. It has good parking for the size of the mall, also seemed quite clean.

Very nice place but not what I expected. I was expecting bigger. Food court small. With very little choice. Alot of clothing places. There is more shopping outside of The Hub. Still a great place to visit.

has some good quality stores inside, though sometimes I wish there was more than one lot of toilets, it's not a big thing

Changed review to 1 star because they think it's a good idea to set parking time to 1 hour and ticket your car after that one hour. You are literally fining your patrons for shopping at your mall. I got a haircut that took forever due to slow staff and come back to a ticket. I made purchases at 3 of your vendors and this is what I get. Never coming back.

its a mall, a little busy at times but overall a pretty nice mall, food court could be expanded a little but otherwise it's decent. 4 stars

Good mall, you'll find nearly everything you need. Plenty of parking and more food choices than there has been . Never too crowded

I only go here if i have to. The traffic in and out of here is always a nightmare - especially over the weekends and public holidays. Proper planning should have taken place during the design of this centre and looked at the road infrastructure around it. May be time to introduce one-way traffic flows to try and resolve some of the traffic issues!!

Nice small mall. Good options for food and with the extra shops out back by warehouse plenty to buy. Also very clean toilets with a good number so there is usually one free

Restricted parking times, you can not relax and shop as all parking spaces are on limited time. Always feel pressure to shop fast. Prefer elsewhere for this reason. It's ok if you just want to pop in and know what you want.

I'm not ranking the whole mall on my experience at one retailer, but that experience was disappointing. We had a late breakfast at Robert Harris and waited 25 minutes for it to arrive. Waaaay too long when there were only half a dozen other customers in the cafe, in my opinion. The meal was very nice, and the wait staff were pleasant and friendly.
