I am really happy that I found this dentist. I need a lot of dental work done and I was anxious as a new patient but my experience was awesome. I was given a treatment plan that broke down my costs and the overall goal. I started the process today and I am really happy with this office. The dentist was very thorough and very nice.

This place is awesome! They reached out to me about my 3 month old for his first visit and I felt so comfotable that I decided to bring my older three kids here. They are so patient and take their time making sure the patient is completely comfortable. Thank you Primrose for giving my kids a great dental experience!

My 3 kids love coming to the dentist, and they made it easy for me!! The staff is phenomenal and very attentive. My son, who is under 2 is an adventurous type, and was walking back and forth between rooms with me checking on his older sisters, and the staff did not show any issues and even played and interacted with him. It was refreshing to see, and be able to just not feel judged or being told I was "letting him do what he wanted", when that isn't the case, he's just a curious toddler doing toddler things. My 3yr old was was comforted through the whole process, and wants to go back every other day for a new toothbrush lol! And my 11yr old finally was able to speak her concerns and felt heard!

She was very accommodating and made me feel at ease. Dr. Nishi was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. The office was very friendly and professional. They were all so amazing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Krystal is sweet and very kind too. Dr. Nishi was also fantastic. Everything was quick and they were very thorough when explaining my treatment plan to me. I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to going back as needed.

If you’re looking for a judgement free empathetic and caring environment then this is the dentist for you. I’ve had some bad experiences, and was originally very afraid of this appointment. However, my worries were immediately alleviated when I realized how awesome the staff here is! Front desk is very polite and attentive, and very easy to talk to. The techs and dentist check on you constantly during the whole process to make sure you’re completely comfortable. I won’t be going anywhere else but here in the future. Would 100% recommend.

These girls did amazing! I was incredibly nervous going in but they made me feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend going here. Some of the nicest people I've ever met.

Down to earth team. Really made me feel at ease from the first phone call to them. I was in pain and they actually listened to what I was saying. Had previous negative experiences at other dentist offices but I think I found my spot. Crystal at the front desk is very hospitable and the doctor has amazing bedside manner. I will definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. From day one the staff has been exceptional. In addition to that the dentist is so wonderful and knows how to calm a patient when they fear needles. This is by far the best dental office that I have gone to, and felt at home and at ease.

I was so scared of Dentist but they built my confidence. It was so clean and everyone was so warm and inviting. My teeth feel and look fabulous! Deep cleaning is the way to go.

I needed to see the dentist for a broken tooth and was really apprehensive about how the exam was going to go. From the time I arrived, Crystal at the front desk had me feeling like a friend that they were there to take care of. Dr. Arondekar made me feel at ease and calm and she is gentle & reassuring during the exam. She also spent time explaining the results and telling me the options to resolve the dental issues that I have. I am fortunate to have found such a concerned and caring staff to take care of my teeth. Crystal was very patient and understanding while discussing my patient options and plans. Today was my daughters very first dentist appointment, and I loved this location!❤️ They did an amazing job, and were very patient with my almost 2 year old. ☺️ I definitely recommend this dentist for your child! Also my daughter loved the play area!

Staff was extremely nice. Dr.had the lightesr touch I hardly knew she had her fingers in my mouth. Also very gentle while using instruments. She was very thorough in her explanation of my needed treatment and answered all my questions and asked a lot about my health. There was no pressure to have treatment and cost were explained and choice was left to me as to how to proceed. Highly impressed!! AM actually looking forward to next visit and getting care for my teeth.

First off, the ladies at the receptionist desk were very welcoming and accommodating. Communication was exceptional. Facility was clean and modern. The Dentist was very kind and explained everything very thoroughly so I could understand. I appreciated their in-house coverage plan. Thankful to have found this gem and will definitely be switching my children to here as well!
