So I got tacos and quesadillas. No flavor to the meat. They only had flour tortillas and the sauce was literally watered down. Looked and taste like they put water in the sauces to spread it out. They also tried to add extra stuff to my order until I read my receipt and the guy gave me a refund

I have been to this location a few times now and still love coming here.  Located down the highway from Walmart Supercenter, United RV Center, and Chicken Express. I first stopped at this Texas super-sized gas station to use the bathroom many years ago, and the restrooms were huge, very clean, and everything just sparkled. After I got out, I started walking around because I have never seen anything like it. So, when ever I get a chance on my travels all over the DFW area for work, I try to stop and get me some of those delicious Tacos and a fried pie. One of the best fuel stations in town.

Spectacular place, spectacular service, spectacular products, just an all around spectacular place. Well done. They have a Mexican food service that is hard to look at and not want one of a lot more things. Friendly service and a very clean place. Very nice place. Don't forget the buffalo out back. Still a big fan keep up the good work.

Great clean facility . Usually try to avoid this place but, sometimes when on deliveries it’s the only nearby fuel station . If you come here for the huge “TACOS” sign . Be weary it’s CASH ONLY. It’s 2022 and they really expect you to use the ATM and be charged a fee to eat here . They really should put a huge “cash only” sign under the tacos one . Besides that, good variety of drinks and snacks when on the go .

first time in a fuel city and wanted to get a burrito everybody was talking about the burrito was pretty good. I was standing at that Mexican food counter for 15 minutes inside. There was 3 lady’s there talking to each other. They’re looking at me but nobody came up and took my order so I just left (Very good service thank you guys.)

It's a fuel city! Better selection of drinks and snacks than your ordinary gas station, plus the taco joint located inside serve some great food..

Fuel city & the car wash had been great since they opened here in Haltom city. I purchased a monthly wash a couple years ago and had problems from the beginning because range rovers have a special front glass that the reader will not read through. After about 5 months of issues I decided to go in and talk with the manager. He confirmed through trial and error that it would not read through the windshield so he gave me the sticker and I’ve been putting it out the window with no issue since. I have a few special cars that I drive once in a while. I bring each one & pay individually every other week or so when I’m going to drive one on the weekends but the range rover is the daily so it has the pass. Today Christian who claims to be the new manager told me I had to put the sticker on the windshield. I tried explaining the situation and his ego & ignorance got ahead of him. I told him I was not willing to have the issues I had for months before the agreement and he said if I didn’t put the sticker on he would cancel my pass. I’m no longer a customer. Christian you obviously don’t know about Ranger Rovers. Matter of fact you probably don’t know about cars or business! You just lost some for fuel city and John Benda and with that poor attitude will soon loose your job.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and so helpful. The car wash is great and the service of the guys who dry and fix my wheels is wonderful.

I’ve never had an issue everyone here is very friendly and the car wash does a great job. The manager Jose talked me into getting the monthly deal and it has been great.

Seriously the best tacos in town this is the best I've had in awhile I would have taken a picture. But I didn't expect them to be this good. I'm definitely coming back for more. I had three chicken and two fajita tacos that were excellent. Seriously! And I don't post reviews anymore because everything started tasting the same to me. Just try it! You'll feel the same about it. I guarantee this.

Worst experience!! I would give one star to this place. I feel like I was in line for food at the county jail!! I have been in here two times recently most recently today because I love the tacos but so irritated with the service!! I don’t know if it’s racism because I’m white or what but that’s definitely how it felt… discrimination because other customers who were not white were not treated this way. No one greeted me but there were three employees at the counter no one said thank you no one said how can I help you and no one acted like I was even there. Then one employee was outside the counter cleaning the floor and basically ran over me with the machine didn’t say excuse me or anything but acted like I was in her way!!! Ridiculous!!! If you can’t put a smile on your face and treat all customers fairly you don’t need to be working there!!! I won’t be spending my money with any place that is that rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS. I’m the reason you have a job!!!!!

I just want to take a moment and shout out to Moises in the kitchen... I had a pretty bad experience this morning and left me very disappointed since I am in there two times a week normally. I reached out on the website and normally I wont do that but the issue was pretty bad. With in not even 2 hours Moises called me personally to apologize and fix the situation he was so nice and you could tell he actually cared about the issue and wasn't just calling to save face. He gave me the opportunity to explain he didn't make excuses for why things were they way they were. He simply explained how it could have happened and even asked me specifics. I was bummed because I thought I would have to give up eating there because I love the food but he changed my mind to keep going back! I have never had a company reach back out to follow up let alone that quickly! Honestly simply because of Moises I will keep coming back he's pretty awesome! Awesome customer service guys thanks!

Been enjoying having them here for years. My only question is how do you not have any eggs when 1/3 of the menu has eggs. Pretty disappointed, but it's not going to stop me from eating here weekly. Just odd that you don't have something as simple as eggs. *EDIT still in here regularly but in the afternoons there's quite a disgusting habit. You've got a young male working behind the counter, always wearing a grey / white ball cap, and he can't stop playing with his hair. Playing with his hat & his hair, and then throwing tortillas on the griddle. It's just nasty. No idea who is in charge of this little taco shop but I spend a fortune in here monthly. Not only did I assume hair nets were required but if not then maybe someone could explain how it looks to someone who just ordered another $40 worth of tacos to STOP PLAYING WITH HIS HAIR IN THE KITCHEN! Love the tacos, and happy to keep giving you my money, but someone needs to sort out this relaxed attitude behind the counter. It's unprofessional and disgusting.

I like this location but I would not recommend their corn in the cup after today's ordeal. It's a real shame as it's hard to find a decent location that sells corn in a cup. I ordered one around 7pm Sunday evening and got SUPER sick. I had to book an appointment with my doctor. Please be advised and beware.

Had to check out the hype with the Fuel city tacos! I'll start off by saying the hype is earned in the flavor of these tacos. I had one beef and one barbacoa on flour Tortillas. Generously topped with fresh onion and cilantro with a lime wedge. Great tacos slightly greasy. BUT... the customer service here is sad. 3 of the 4 flavors of fountain drink had only carbonation and no syrup. The 4th was nearly all syrup. The attendant seemed put out that I asked about it. Also not a single one of the people working smiled or said hello, thank you, or any sort of gesture other than basically asking what I wanted and the total. I do NOT leave negative reviews. At all. See my review history, it's extensive. But felt like I needed to note this. Tacos are great. Don't expect a warm or even kind welcome. Fountain drink station is not refreshing at all. Great tacos though.

They could definitely stand to turn down the obnoxious spanish music, better yet, consider playing something that the majority of your customers can understand. While your at it, consider getting some lids that fit the large coffee cups. Oh, and the tacos aren't worth stopping for either.

Went to buy food from them parked to eat their food that it was bought at their store they went knock on the door like crazy the manager was rude and said to move that it was not a truck stop. Why even sell food to truck driver if you can’t even parked to eat !!! I was not blocking or bothering any body Never coming back Poor management it’s what makes business go down if the owner knew how their employees act he would probably correct them.

I never write reviews, but after two 10/10 experiences, I felt like I had to. I've got the barbacoa tacos and a barbacoa burrito so far here, and it's hands-down the best I've ever had. They're also at a great price-point and service is always fast and friendly.

Getting tired of half the car wash equipment working. Car wash opening late! Getting half of the wash you pay for! The only reason I come is for the awesome workers that hand dry your vehicle.

A clean place. We stoped around 2 am and Taco place was open. We did not eat but looks like a good place to stop when you need fuel and food.
