I don't like being a Karen but this place has gone down hill the past few years. Last time I went I pulled up to order and sat there and sat there finally I had to say hello then someone comes on the speaker. Then after everything I order they try to tell me okay that will be and I have to stop them and say I'm not finished. I understand it's called fast food but at least let me finish my order. Last but not least you better check your bag before you leave because 9 times out of 10 they will forget something especially if you get sauce for the nuggets they always forget to put it in the bag. Just a few things I've experienced maybe it's just me lol.

I visited this place on a Thursday at about 2pm. Parking lot was empty. I thought great but now I know why... As I walked in the signs posted on register said to use the kiosk. I thought to myself I should have went through the drive-thru. First impressions - the kiosk screen was filthy. Greasy, smudges, etc etc.... I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Kiosk said to take a table number flag. First impressions of eating area - dirty. Floors looked swept but dirty. Tables were clear of trash but dirty. I set my flag on the table. My number was called out loud! Why do I have a flag on my table if you're just gonna call out my number??? No effort by a manager to even walk into the dining area to at least hand me my food. I was the only patron in the place!!! Ok so now the food. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Holy Smokes! The spicy sauce they put on this sandwich might be made from ghost peppers. It was incredibly spicy hot. I am used to spicy food but this was ridiculous. The sauce was piled onto this sandwich as well. Not enjoyable. Very, very disappointed. I cannot recommend this McDonald's. I recommend Subway across the street. Very clean there.

Pickles should be on the burger... not on the side. It matched my day the way it was going, though 🤣 Today, I've waited 20 minutes for my good to he delivered. Never did so, went and checked myself. Food was sitting there, but my coffee was still missing. The lady who helped me not only brought my coffee to the table, she also surprised my kids, and I with cookies and apple pies for having to wait so long.

The first young lady that took my order (which I repeated 3 times to her), got the order incorrect. She wouldn’t repeat the order before I pulled forward either. When I got to the first window, she STILL didn’t repeat the order, nor did she bother to greet me. She just opened the window, said the total, took the money, then handed me my change and receipt. I looked at the receipt before getting to the next window to get my food, and SURE ENOUGH, it was wrong. I asked the girl at the next window if she knew if my order was correct. She VERY RUDELY said “it’s whatever you ordered”.. WOW! When I told her that it was wrong on the receipt, she rolled her eyes at me. I then drove around and parked. I went in and asked to speak to a manager. When the manager (whom couldn’t have been older than 16) came up, she was just looking at me like I was stupid when I told her what happened. They corrected the mistake on the McDouble that was ordered, and I left. The fries were old and cold. I will NEVER return to that location again. They were SO rude and disrespectful. Unbelievable!!

Lazy careless employees. When i want unhealthy food and i choose mcdonalds, the least they could do is offer decent service... 75% of the time that i waste my money with them, they carelessly slap together my order and do not give me the over priced add-on's i requested. If they are busy, they will cut corners and take your money anyway. Only the late night shift is worth a damn. Their consistency with laziness has earned this review

What is going on with this McDonald's? I go thru the drive thru just about every day for my sweet tea; I usually wait forever in the line then I pay but when I get to the window to pick up my order they ALWAYS ask me what my order was or they get my order wrong. It's like they delete the order on their screen from the time I pay til I get to the next window. This McDonald's has really gone down hill!!

Ice cream machine never is working, might as well take it off the menu completely. Make sure you check your bag because they’ll always forget SOMETHING or mess your order up. Bad service with rude employees. No thanks

Placed my order through the app thinking it would make things easier. Nope, after waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes, the lady taking orders helped 2 people on the other lane before she ever came to me to take my order. I gave her my order number, she "couldn't find it", but told me to "come to the window and she would see if she could help me." Went to the window, the girl at the window never said sorry for the wait or even Thank You. I would not let my worst enemy go to this McDonald's.

Disgrace of a McDonald’s. Plain and dry does not mean no meat. The time before this I ordered a double quarter pounder and they gave me a quarter pound, and proceeded to argue with me that I asked for a quarter pound even when my receipt clearly said double quarter pounder.

I went monday night at ten p m to grab a quick bite. Waited in line for twenty five minutes in the car lane. Finally got my food, pulled out and decided to eat a french fry. It was cold and like eating shoe leather. Got home within five minutes and tried to eat the burger, and it also was cold. Absolutely terrible food! I honestly don't know why I go back to this mcdonald's ever. I have never received hot and good food from there.

From not being able to properly assemble a Big Mac, to pretty much every time I order having some kind of issue, mostly missing items. After the order I just placed tonight. I had to leave a review as it was laughable. I got my order delivered and even asked the driver if there was another bag, which there wasn't. But literally got less than half my order. I'm not sure if they just can't read the order tickets or the manager there simply just doesn't care about if they complete the orders. But honestly if your close enough to go this location drive or order from the one just up the road on Rufe Snow they can at least get your order correct 95% of the time. For the manager there , if you do happen to read this you should follow up with the staff as they probably need some additional training to smooth out the order process. I wouldn't write this if it was one time but this has been the last 5 times I ordered from there has been missing items in every order.

The manager here is a joke there was a hair tie in my fries went back after eating my fries and actually picking up a stretched out hair tie as my last 3 fries the manager here sead she don't believe me and where is the receipt and stood at the window and laughed in my face

The staff here today is wonderful! I was trying to order through the app to use a coupon for a free Happy Meal and it kept saying the terms of the deal weren't met even tho I was choosing from the list of acceptable items. I asked about it and the manager gave me the free Happy Meal anyways! The staff is very polite and hardworking. The girl taking orders is running around cleaning whenever she gets a break in customers! The ac is not working in the kitchen/main dining area, but it is very nice and cool in the playplace dining area! Would definitely come here again when in the area! Hope for the sake of the employees they fix the ac soon, tho!

This is how much was in my drink when I got home and opened it. That's just ridiculous. I wish I would have paid attention to how light the cup was. Smh. The incompetence is astounding. It's just a drink. Fill it up. Not that hard. THIS should NEVER happen. Drive thru this morning around 10:45.

So much for ordering online mobile service. They took over 20 minutes to give me my food. When I decided to go to the drive thru the manager told me my food was ready, but I had to go back to the curb side pick up spot for them to give it to me. Poor customer service

Only gave it one star to be able to write a review. Ice Coffees are good from Mcdonalds but this place here stinks honestly who ever makes the coffees they dont make it right and give you the cup full. Also the ladies from the Window need training on customer service and need to be friendly. They open the window and almost throw the food in your face. McDonalds please do better you have the best coffees and McMuffin and workers need to appreciate as well.

I just ordered thru the app and when I first pulled up was told they didn’t have anything and to come back in 15 mins….. wait a bit then another car appears and they tell me I can place my order. I tell them it’s an online order. They tell me to wait ahead. I do but then they forget one of my sandwhichs and didn’t give me my McFlurrys and then told me I could come back later or refund it in the app, I looked in the app and wasn’t able to find it. But disappointed with the guest service.

They got my order wrong at first but the guy with a cross behind his left ear was very helpful and gave me no issues at all!!! He replaced what was wrong and remade the sweet tea!! I appreciate there’s someone here at least doing there job to keep customers happy!! :)

Hardly go here but it was last minute. There was a hair in my McDouble! It was in the middle of eating my burger. They also forgot sauces for the 2 orders of nuggets we had. I tried to call but no one answered. Going to find the receipt and see if there’s a survey as well. Overall disappointing experience!

Ordered dr pepper and chocolate shake..shake had ring of chocolate. Looks kike vanilla spoke to cashier said the way it comes out...not happy

Gave me the wrong burger. It looks like they didn't want to make what I ordered so they just have me what was sitting there. Considering I ordered a $10 meal and got a $5 dollar meal, it's rather annoying.

Worst experience at McDonald's. We were forced to use to kiosk because we were ignored for 5 minutes at the register. Then because I only had cash we were ignored again until I gave up after waiting patiently for 15 minutes eventually giving up and taking my money elsewhere. I'll never return to McDonald's again.

Horrible! Don’t eat at this Mc Donald’s. Please go to another one. They throw your food at you thru the drive thru window as if they are mad and the food was cold and tasted terrible! I don’t usually have time to leave reviews but I just had to make time because they ruined not only my meal getting it incorrect but the whole entire visit there was one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant. I will call corporate first thing Monday morning. WOW they finally answered the phone after I called several times and I couldn’t get a word out before they hung up the phone. SMH

Every single time I buy from here some how they manage to mess up the order from leaving whole items out to not preparing food correctly. Drive through time is a joke. I’ve tried several times to forgive and forget but this is like the 5th time my order has been wrong. McFlury was messed up also didn’t get the spoon and they dumped ice cream in a cup with the oreo on top and didn’t use the machine to blend it. So it was nothing under it and no way to stir it.

Very long wait, they didn’t put the medium fries and the small fries that I purchased. When I received my food they told me they forgot to put mayo and gave me mayo. Soda tasted like it was all carbonated and no good flavor. I usually don’t have a problem here but today was simply just an all around horrible experience.

The McDonald's on Denton Hwy and Belknap is a joke. Dont do curbside service before 8 am or you will never get your food. They will not come out. After 8 am expect a 15 to 20 min wait before they bring it. If you go through the drive thru dont expect anyone to speak once you made your order. No thank you or have a nice day.. if they speak, its just how much your order is. It takes a few minutes for them to take it as well., so expect to wait at the menu a few. Even when there is no other customers in site.

The wait in line is the longest I have ever waited, especially at a McDonalds. The guy on the speaker was by far mono toned but didn't seem to thrilled with his job. I normally don't go to this one because of bad service but my daughter wanted McDonalds and that's the one that was closest to us. I do not recommend this particular location, at all.
