Natalie! You did the damn thing. I left the drive thru at Dunkin Next door due to their rude service and lack of wanting to assist in anyway. But I digress. I tell you that my one request is that you treat me with a little bit more respect than the neighboring coffee establishment. You went above and beyond and the best part is I do not doubt you would have been just as nice had I not mentioned what happened 5 minutes prior. I actually gave Natalie a few likes and dislikes to help create a coffee for my boyfriend and he loved it. She was so patient and full of smiles. She was more than apologetic for the other company and I told her no need because her little spirit just made our day. My original thought for going to Dunkin was that they are cheaper in some ways but I will always pay more and even drive further for customer service. Thank you Starbucks for not only setting standards for your hiring expectations but also you must have the appropriate training and higher expectations for the service your company provides. I saw that this past Saturday and far as I am concerned this location has won over 2 customers for life❤️

Both the Pumpkin Spice and Apple Crisp are really good seasonal coffee drinks.

The new manager, Amy, is shamelessly rude and my coffee is never correct. Most of the time I dont say anything but I just cant swallow paying $8 for a cup of almond milk. I hope and pray she gets some understanding.

Everything I have ever ordered, whether in the drive-thru or dining in has always been great. The customer service is always on point and quick.

Staff are friendly. The bagels are perfect. The oatmeal, and blue berry scones good. The peach tea is always great. Of course, there's a ton of drink options; something for everyone. I love that they have stevia packets. Try a cold tea with apple juice added, it's good.

My first time in this location and I loved it! The baristas are so kind and nice. Definitely coming back.

They can make a drink. I’ll pass the Starbucks on rufe snow, Denton highway- watauga, and the one in target just to come here. They’re experts at what they’re doing, and the customer service so far has been top notch. However yesterday I was unaware they implemented a tipping screen and haven’t paid at the register/ drive thru in a while because I do pay via the app. It prompted me to “answer the question on the screen” I’m just getting so tired of seeing that. I’ve been out of tip guilt for a while now because the smallest things require a tip from businesses who don’t want to pay their employees an hourly wage or give them a raise. The drink is already $6. Let it go Starbucks. I’m now only tipping on sit & serve service!

Rude workers who move slower than a snail and then get an attitude when you ask why a door DASH order is now 10 minutes late to the customer. Maybe if the big girl can't keep up with making THREE drinks she should get a desk job since she can't move quickly. Rude as hell.

I definitely will be coming back to this location. Im closer to the rufe snow location and the customer service there is horrible. They messed my drink up with an eye roll at that lol smh. Very rude. I decided to come to denton hwy and this isn't my 1st time coming here, but the customer service is always A1. They speak when you walk in and make you feel welcomed. This location is my set location from here on out.

The drinks are very good and so are the cake pops the drink that I got was a pink drink and it was amazing I would recommend that drink and the service was not bad the people their were just not it that much but u know and the atmosphere is not bad either

I've only gone through the drive thru of this location. Every time I do though, any time of day, the workers have been kind, courteous, accurate, and very patient with me. I'm very happy with my service here.

I love this place, I'm a regular customer, they always make my drink perfect, but not on this occasion🧐. I told them it was supposed to be darker, they were very nice and polite in the end, they prepared my drink properly. Venti Iced Matcha Te Late "no ice, whole milk with 8 scoops of matcha". to those who love the matcha powder & milk this is a perfect drink to enjoy 😉

My car got stuck in the drive thru and they were so caring and offered me water and helped me calm down and reassured me that I would be okay. They also let me sit inside for a little while. Best Starbucks EVER! 10/10.

I didn't like that they check the payment on screen and make comments because I didn't tip. They are not waiters like at a restaurant. If I'm treated right, then probably on another trip I'll remember my experience and show gratitude. Another thing, since when do we mix our own drink. Where I live , our drink are ready to drink when handed to us in the drive through. I'm driving for goodness sake.

Customer service is nice and fast coffee tastes fresh but they are a little stingy with the Carmel and topping etc

I came yesterday morning, around 7:15ish. Both ladies at the window and taking orders were so sweet. The woman who took my order was very kind. Then the one at the window interacted with my daughter about her cute backpack in my front seat. I felt bad, but I had forgotten to order a croissant and they were happy to get it for me. With all of the social media backlash of Starbucks orders from certain employees around the world, these two ladies are showing great character and definitely made our morning even better! We love this Starbucks 🙂

I just had the best Starbucks experience I've ever had! I was ordering for myself and my friend, Brittney, whose birthday it is today. I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and A LOT of extra caramel crunchies (the ones that typically go with another frozen drink on the menu) and a Gouda Bacon Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. The woman that took my order was super sweet, and even said "...Caramel Frappuccino with an INSANE amount of crunchies..." when repeating the order back, so she had a great sense of humor as well which really brightened my day. Then to top it off, they even hooked me up with a side cup of extra crunchies!! (see pic) I also ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Toasted Bagel with Cream Cheese for Brittney. They asked her name when I placed the order because I had mentioned it was her birthday, so they wrote a sweet message on her cup for her. I wish I had taken a picture of hers as well, but I only included one of mine. I just wanted to share this experience and give credit where credit is due, and the employees at this location definitely deserve the recognition! They were polite, friendly, professional, and even made me smile. I couldn't asked for better.

The customer service was amazing! The waiter was very courteous and extremely friendly. All of the drinks are good,I will recommend pretty much anything sweet.

Was wondering why sometimes I order a venti the cup it is smaller than normal? I check on the label of the cup and it says venti. But the sizes are not consistent every time which is confusing. Are you running out of cups? The white cup with no Starbucks label are way smaller. Just wondering what's going on.

So many wonderful things to say! This Starbucks delivers quick service, but more than that, they remember both your name and know what you usually order, when you visit inside or go through the drive through window.

I like this location because it’s in the same shopping center as my employer but disappointed today that I received a tall in a Grande cup instead of the actual Grande I ordered. I haven’t taken a sip yet and it’s literally almost at half the cup.
