Recently saw Crystal for my first wax in a very long time, she was so sweet, funny and made me feel comfortable being there with her! The whole process was painless and quick! I was also having issues with my bank and card and everyone at Silky Smooth was very kind, worked with me and I was able to pay my invoice. Will for sure but going back!

My experience at silk smooth was just that. They stand by their word. “They except you as you are. This was my first wax ever! And Crystal made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have sensitive skin and did not have and irritations. So happy about that. I most definitely will be returning. This is exactly my second week and I still feel little to no hair.
