Alec was fantastic! I move from out of state, so I had to do everything virtually and communicate by phone and email. Alec was always prompt and efficient regarding my questions or concerns. It's been a little over a week since i moved in and so far so good! No complaints. The property is amazing. My 1 bedroom unit is super nice spacious and cozy. There's so many options for storage and I love that. Luxer one' is whom they use for packages and it's great! Trash valet has yet to let me down, they even picked up my empty moving boxes. The amenities are top tier, I can't wait to use them. And I'm close to shopping plazas and restaurants. It's just a wonderful place to call home. I just stopped by to see this brand new apartment complex. I don’t know if I will be living here, as I am considering others in the area. Worth mentioning, Kim was the sweetest, nicest and funniest people I’ve come to deal while looking at a complex. Beautiful apartment units I can say. Upscale, and elegant design outside.

Great convenient location, helpful staff, beautiful new property. Stephanie toured me and showed me a great option but what was nice is that she actually showed me exact unit I would be renting. It was nice to get to see the specific one instead of just the model. Stephanie helped answer my questions and even looked at future availability so I could have options. She was a gem. I had a tour scheduled for this afternoon and upon entering, Graham greeted my boyfriend and I and assisted us with our apartment search. Offered us water and then showed us the great amenities and the apartments. He asked what were must haves and what were things that we disliked, so he was very attentive. Based on what we were looking for, he showed us an additional apartment which worked great with what we’re needing so I really appreciated that. The property was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed ourselves and hope to make it our future home.

Stephanie was very helpful and very patient in helping me find my new home. She is absolutely awesome! She is hands down the type of leasing agent that EVERY complex should have. Although I didn’t end up leasing here I’ve already recommended her to others. Whenever I’m ready to upgrade to a 2 bedroom I’ll for sure move here. Stunning property and the gym is chefs kiss!

I toured with Kim and honestly it was by far the best tour of the day. She showed us the ropes and accommodated all of our questions with doing all the research to make sure she had all the right answers. The apartment complex was everything we could ask for and it was all thanks to Kim for being a great guide as she showed us not only the amenities from the gym to their new game court to 3 different types of rooms. She played along with our banter even when I'm sure we got to be a bit much. She was definitely a plus to make a move there because we would know who to talk to when we needed something done or questions answered.

Just moved into this new complex, and can I say how grateful I am for the experience. Graham the leasing agent that helped was absolutely amazing and made this experience all the better. Moving from another city is stressful, but graham made it less challenging. I recommend this complex!
