Definitely enjoy the judgement free zone atmosphere not to mention the array of machines hosted for any physical activity. By far one of the cleanest health clubs I've ever been apart of. Staff is super friendly and go beyond limits to keep the facility at a thumbs up level!👍🏿

I came with my best friend and it was clean and the staff made our check in easy and quick.

Nothing ever lasts in this lot but hopefully this does. I’m not a fan of corporate gyms but it is a convenient location. I wish they had more equipment or a sauna.

I come hear for years ..this time I was so uncomfortable.. tanning bed was so nasty paper. Towels all over floor ..mind you when I checked in there was 5 employees holding up counter ...so I thought cool they hired more workers ... No trash in tanning room ..so I cleaned the bed my self..at end I picked up trash and put in can put side of door ..than I went to bathroom omg it was nasty as well went to leave and all ,5 young employees in same spot holding up counter .

Definitely reach out to ActiveAndFitNow reps and google “contact us planet fitness” to find the site to send an inquiry about this if you have issues getting a Black Card under ActiveAndFit Now. :) Original post: If you have a gym membership under ActiveAndFitNow, this location will only give you a Classic membership, even though you’re supposed to be offered the Black Card membership under the ActiveAndFitNow program. You have to contact a live agent where they will get in touch with this particular facility to correct it, which takes up to 30 days. The location is Keller does this process correctly, according to my friend, so go to that one first for them to correctly offer you the black card. The employees here aren’t trained well enough to have knowledge about this program unfortunately.

Have been working out there for 3 months. Was in the middle of working out when an employee came up to me and was so rude, I hadn't checked in. I get it. She has a job no biggy. I've never checked in every other time I've come,they were fine with me not and being a guest. Like I said fine no biggy. My beef is her rude attitude. Girl you think I'm gonna steal some work out equipment? Don't treat me like trash! Won't recommend to others to join just to be treated like trash!

Rude staff. Constantly dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. Sinks are broken. Silly rules like not being able to carry a backpack onto the floor. But they don’t provide locks for the lockers so you’re forced to pay for one. If you demand that people lock away their stuff, you need to provide the tools necessary.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The classes are fun and one heck of a workout.The trainer keeps class interesting and I have seen nice progress from these classes. This facility is one of the cleanest gym I have been too. The management is the best management I have seen in the two years that I have been a member.

It's okay, really small for a Planet Fitness and not a lot not machines to use. A lot of equiment needs to be refurbished and some are missing the grips entirely. Forget about going in the afternoon and expect to use free weights. The shower stalls and changing rooms have curtains instead of doors, which is disappointing. The staff are friendly enough, but seems forced. The Camp Bowie location everyone tried to remember your name and were very helpful, Haltom City location, not do much. I can't wait for the Keller location to open.

Planet Fitness = "No Critics", and I certainly can say I feel free enough to be me and stay focused on working hard. A nice large and open facility. The employees work extremely hard to keep the equipment up-to-date in addition to being sanitized. A very nice workout experience as I work off these 10 lbs from cheesecake, and eating goodies with the grandkids.

I saw one.od the employees giving directions to a newer employee about the importance of thoroughly cleaning the machines and keeping the sanitation on point. Really great to see

Great place with terrific staff and equipment. I always feel welcome. Place is clean and others are there to work out. No one gets in anyone's business. I love coming here.

So they had my beats and told me they had them. And next the day the “manager” told me they got rid of them. That’s called STEALING. This gym is so unprofessional and it stinks in the bathroom all the time. Go waste your money somewhere else. Everytime you’ll see people complaining in the front cuz they don’t even know how to do they’re job. Disgusting!!!

Staff who lies and STEALS. Please don’t let life happen and u happen to leave your bag LOCKED 🔒 up in a locker. The staff will break your lock return your shoes ONLY because they couldn’t fit them but steal your $100.00 Nike bag and throw away your clothes, then lie about it to your face poor customer service.

I love this place and I will like to stay at this gym, the equipment is great the only thing is the showers is been like 2 weeks and those showers are really dirty they need to keep them clean or they will loose people....

I’m there mostly at night. The staff keeps the place clean. If you have a question they are more than willing to explain how equipment works.

Best place to get a workout. Cheap and straight to the point. Clean Bathrooms Clean EQUIPMENT Enough weights for even the most influential lifters.

This is my favorite Planet in the Fort Worth area as I've been traveling and here for the last few weeks. I've tried at least 4 different Planets and this has the most equipment, is the cleanest, and great staff. I keep coming back. I wish there were real shower door instead of curtains but otherwise, this is a good spot.

jay was so nice and patient he explained the memebership and perks.The gym is clean and inviting all machine were in areas that helped me wro work out on specific areas so cool!

The staff don’t know how to multitask here, so unless you’ve got an extra 20 minutes to wait don’t bother trying to use your black card for a massage chair.

Pro: They are open 24 hours Con: The only free weights are dumbbells I wind up here on occasion with friends that train here. Not my first choice for a gym. Limited equipment and if you go during peak times, it is highly likely you will wind up waiting for equipment.

Went on Sunday. The place was clean. Extra clean. Not busy and machines were available. Best workout I've had in weeks.

This place is so clean. Before the day ends they make sure that they disinfect the whole place and the equipments. The Employee and the Trainor is very Approachable.

Came here with a member and his membership allows him to bring a friend for free. Has a good quantity of equipment, and are even organized into stations. No pool at this location, which is unfortunate.

Even though I am a beginner I haven't felt intimidated once. Within the 16 weeks I have been a member, I am already improving and making huge strides in my strength and fitness. I would recommend Planet Fitness to everyone!

Great gym. Usually not too busy. Wonderful staff like Derrick and Christian. Always there to help. You cannot beat the price. Go ahead and get the black card. It includes the Hydro massage chairs which are a godsend.

It seems when you come here they don’t do anything about the people that are working out on machines that wanna sit there and play on their phones for 10 or 20 minutes when other people could be using that machine ask them about this before you get stuck not being able to work out because all these other people are selfish and will not share the machine nor do half of them even wash them off they just sweat on them and run off. The rules are not enforced here there are no rules as far as it goes they do what they want to.

I went in to switch from another location to this one as my home gym and the assistant manager, Christian, was super helpful. The staff there seem to be nice as well and there’s good equipment.
