😠 not a good company pay is low, work is super hard like male work, they won’t let the employees park inside the company, we had to walk 15mins just to get to our building, the leaders sucked, no consideration in their employees, that’s why the attrition rate is high, they should place better leaders... People often mention work,

Employees need to do miracles to produce on time. They do not value the employee and worst of all is that they outsource the workforce, handing the responsibility in the hands of Y, which is composed of a team of Brazilian heads without professional ethics and without zeal for quality.

Not me but my friend. She is a passing trans woman that started working in Suzuki Kosai Plant and was suddenly terminated without warning due to the fact that she uses the female comfort room. I wanted to be clear by the fact that this woman is ‘passing’ and has been transitioning for a little over a year. In a letter she received, she was told that “He doesn’t want to go to the mens bathroom because he seems to have a gender identity disorder”. She was never informed by anyone that they were uncomfortable by her using that restroom because they couldn’t tell that she is trans. She was just informed about it today and was told that she is now terminated due to “making employees uncomfortable” by her presence. Again she was not informed that this was happening at all. The blatant disrespect and discrimination not only by the employee but the higher ups in that company is disgusting.

Best place to work. They are demanding because they care about the quality of the product. Employees treated with respect and education receive first-rate training. In general, those who complain are because they have difficulty following the rules that only aim at employee safety and quality of service. In my humble opinion Suzuki is the best company to work for.

infernal traffic, I give a star for the service in the factory, because the outsourced employees are overloaded with an excess of tasks impossible to be calculated by algorithmic time, a company that claims to manufacture electric cars of the future to be so backward prehistoric like this, it has to review an audit to see who is overloaded and know how to divide the service socially. service that is more overloaded is the supply, which is very different from Toyota

an access street collapsed 2 months ago, and even though the factory pays very high taxes, they still haven't fixed it, causing inconvenience for those who are in a hurry to leave with their vehicle, to rest after a hard day's work!
