A recent revisit May 2023: It is Spargel season again. Their Asparagus soup was amazing. Tip: don’t miss out on their luscious desserts. Such vibrant hues and taste❤️💛💜💚🧡. The review is for the wonderful restaurant in the hotel that we had the greatest pleasure of dining in. We visited with a sole intention to have just an Aperitivo before heading somewhere else for dinner. Before we realised it, we had settled in for a splendid meal. Our appetiser and main course were utterly delicious, the chefs are flexing serious culinary talent here. We ended the evening with a fabulous dessert, The Kaiserschmarrn aka The Emperor's Mess. They are made fresh upon each order, therefore be patient and indeed it was well worth the wait. We both concurred that it is the best we have had so far. Pop on the seats outside when weather is nice, tranquil atmosphere with great choices of food. A close spot to our home that makes us wonder how and why we didn't visit this place sooner. Service: Super!

Restaurant is 5-star. Service & atmosphere are great. You can get an Ulrich Martin draught. The menu rotates and always includes some unique and tasteful dishes that you don't see other places in Schweinfurt - venison, rabbit, duck, and others. Enjoy!

I received a warm welcome in this beautiful hotel in the center of the city. Rooms are not very big, but clean an confortable For the parking, you must use the underground parking lot nearby. A special mention to the hotel's restaurant: dishes are great and wine list is full of remarkable bottles 👌

Very good service, excellent location at the center of town. Walking distance to everywhere. The resturant in the hot and the bar are probably the better ones in the city. On the downside, breakfast can be richer and the rooms are a bit outdated and should be upgraded. Also, no free parking (although you can park on the street between 6pm-8am, and they do offer a discounted rate to the parking garage across the street). All in all, highly recomanded, mainly due to the location.

We pulled into town without a reservation and the hotel was full but they made some calls and put us up in an apartment across the street! Great service wonderful restaurant. There breakfast was very good lots of fresh juices breads meats and cereals. Cyclist Note: There was not a dedicated area to lock up the bikes but the hotel was very accommodating and let us park the bikes in a spare room.

Nice place with good amenities. Would not advise staying here if your travel is booked through an agency. Our plans changed, and even though it was 72hrs ahead of checkout time when the paperwork says must be 24hrs notice.. They wanted to charge exorbatent fees to change the check out date, and the fees changed. So we will stay in Schweinefurt a few more days and enjoy. Beautiful friendly town, minus our inconvenience.

Very good hotel, nice staff, spacious room(at least the one i got). Breakfast could have more variety. If you have your room facing the square it can be noisy in the night because of drunk people coming from the nearby pubs.

A true gem in the center of Schweinfurt with very clean rooms, excellent beds. The breakfast was great, possible to take it outside when the weather is nice. On top, the restaurant is top notch, no need to look further.

Stayed here on business. Very nice hotel, big comfortable room. Good bar and beer. Will stay there again next time.

Great hotel! Nice refurbished rooms with air con. Good breakfast and excellent dinner and wines. Parking in an underground carpark in front of the hotel.
