The two stars are just the nice doctor's assistant!!! The doctor was very uninterested in my problem (unfortunately I don't know his name because he didn't introduce himself) and didn't really take the matter into account! Questions were only answered with annoyance. That makes me think twice about going back there!

I won't be coming back here...I had a referral and a boil was supposed to be cut open...I was there long before it opened...I had a quick look at the doctor and then the text...You can see what's going on here...I'm referring you to the hospital otherwise I won't be home until tonight.. But you're a surgeon.. Answer.. it's too close to the lymph nodes for me.. They weren't happy at the hospital.. He could have done that.. But I was helped ..If this doctor doesn't have time, it shouldn't say outpatient surgery..I'll contact my health insurance company and I'm curious to know what my family doctor who referred me thinks..

Ich war das 2.mal in der Praxis. Natürlich muss man Wartezeit einplanen aber immer noch besser,als monatelang auf einen Termin zu warten. Dazu muss ich sagen,dass die Gesamten Ärzte und vor allem die Empfangsdamen,sehr freundlich sind! Und das obwohl der Laden echt voll war. Super!

X-rays are available there so you don't have to go somewhere else. It's been a long wait, but that's a given at open consultation hours - after all, you come unannounced and you're not the only one who falls. Nevertheless, things are moving relatively quickly there considering there are so many patients queuing up.

Wartezeiten in „Notfall“-Praxis viel zu lang, es wird gesagt 30-45min, man soll in der Zeit noch was einkaufen, man kommt zur vereinbarten Zeit wieder und wartet nochmal 2,5 Stunden. Termine werden nicht vergeben. Wartezimmer viel zu voll, keine Abstandsregelungen. Eine Zumutung. Da wäre es im Krankenhaus schneller gegangen

Great practice, everyone is nice and funny. I feel really in good hands there. Regarding the waiting times, if you come early, before 8 a.m. you will be out quickly. I would like to thank the team today for an unproblematic knee operation.

There is an open consultation hour here. Everyone gets a turn, if you stand at the door at 7 a.m., everything is fine. Very friendly medical assistants and doctors.

Very very very unfriendly, cleanliness zero. The reception staff are terribly rude. You don't get treated like that in prison. You wait for these appointments in vain, never again and I don't recommend it to anyone

Was there because of an accident. The doctor said he wasn't interested. He would only treat the knee. accident, he wouldn't have time to listen to you! I'll never go there again

Hey, I just wanted to praise the team, the employees are super nice! Even though there is so much going on. So top staff. They meet you at eye level, listen to you, accommodate you and seem relaxed. You don't always see that.

Sehr nettes Team. Der Arzt nahm sich Zeit, hat mir alles toll erklärt und mir damit Ängste und Sorgen genommen. Wartezeit ist ganz normal, wenn man in einer offenen Sprechstunde vorstellig wird. Die nette und kompetente Arbeit des Teams entschädigt die Wartezeit...
