The app works perfectly, registration is quick and easy, check-in and out worked without any problems, the market is well sorted, the product range covers all your needs for everyday use and the 24/7 opening hours are an advantage that will probably keep me going in the near future will often wear hoodies.

Had put an item back on the shelf. The item still appeared on the invoice. Complaining in the app doesn't work. There is no customer service. There was no response to the email from the imprint. I won't go there again.

I think the concept is great and well thought out. Everything is well explained and easy to understand. The billing also works smoothly and has always been correct for me. I hope Hoody stays with us for a long time.

I like using Hoody, but be careful: another customer came into the store right after me and my app registered him as my companion and I was charged for his purchase. A bit puzzling. Such a mistake during check-in simply cannot happen! I'm now having trouble getting my money back. Addendum: there is one more star because I got the money back straight away. Thanks. :)
