No air-conditioning so left the window open for air. I nick name the place The 24 Hour Traffic Noise Apartments in my hospital bed.

Location is good, Apartment has basic Utensils and cook top, they don't provide microwave or oven, so just a basic kitchen. But had a functioning coffee makers, coffee pods, some other beverages. Small rooms, but had a table, chairs, spacious bathroom, self service checkin check out, good location, Near to eateries and supermarkets, bit away from tourist attractions but near to public transport. A good option for 2,3 days stay.

Nice little apartmants, whit almoust everything you need, but i missed an oven and a toaster. Otherwise good location, even thouhg the building is next to a main road, it was quiet and cozy. Everything was clean. Just one more thing, if you dont reserve a parking space whit the apartmans, you may spend some time looking for a space in the area, depending on your time of arrival. The staff on the phone was very nice and helpfull bei the registation proces. Shops and fast food restaurants whitin minutes by walking. All i one a good place to stay, wheather you are on a bussines or a personal trip.

Close to Burger King, Penny, and Rewe (grocery stores). Train close by and easily reachable. Takes about 10 minutes to the Jungfernstieg close to the water. Service is quick.

Awesome experience, instant and polite responses from support through wa. Recently renowated rooms and well cleaned like any more expensive hotel room would be. Kitchen is a great addition if you're into saving couple bucks 😎👌 Also great views from 9th floor

Unfortunately or fortunately, we were not able to fully grade your hotel, but we can grade how we were met - not at all literally. The Airbnb reservation was not confirmed and when we arrived at the airport we didn't know what to do, we stood freezing on the street searching for another hotel. The service starts with the reservation, and according to reviews that you have and my review I see that you have real problems with the service ☹️

We stayed as a couple for two weeks and had a very nice and relaxed experience. The apartment was cleaned once a week and was very well designed to maximize the livability. We cooked every day and the supermarkets are nearby. We also went to the nearby gym (Mcfit 7 mins by walk). The subway and bus station for the city centre are close (5 mins by walk). We contacted several times the virtual reception via whattsapp and their responses have always been rapid and very helpful. The price is lower compared to other residences. We will consider coming back to numa base apartment for longer staying periods.

Great views from the 9th floor. The room is clean and nice, and I like the small kitchen.

Rooms are too small. No isolation, nor air circulation/conditioning, the room is like a sauna. While the temperature outside is 21°C, inside the room is 29°C. One curtain was broken. Nothing worth 112 Euro/night.

My favorite stay in Hamburg been here a few times now ! First time i was surprised about the free minibar and snacks…and the value for money amazing! Had to check out a few times last autumn because a few days were fully booked! NUMA is sure reinventing hospitality! BASE apartments in Eimsbüttel Kieler Straße are a great discovery! Try it out! Great Comfort and housekeeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need . 1)I paid for a superior room and stayed in the cheapest room. There was no chance for an exchange or refund of the difference price after complaining via WhatsApp with customer service. In the chat she said that the pictures can be a little bit different from the reality. Well, she didn’t need to wear glasses to see that was not the problem. We were not talking about colors, angle or whatever, it’s clearly not the room I booked. 2)The moment I got to the room I felt this HORRIBLE cigarette smell. It was like someone had been smoking inside there for days. I was there for 4 nights and even leaving the door and window open it was impossible to get rid of it. I am not a smoker and I had to live with this terrible smell which, first of all, is the fault of the previous guests who, in addition to having bad habits are IMPOLITE. If you have a bad habit, nobody needs to prove it either. GO down to smoke, it'll only take 60 seconds. 3)The cutlery is not clean (I was disgusted to use it), there was dust everywhere (I sneezed all night), the bathroom was clearly dirty too. When I arrived, I took off my sneakers and was walking around the room in my socks, and guess what? My socks wiped the floor full of dust, the black sock was GREY after a few minutes. 4)The elevators are also very dirty. I had the impression that I was going to some strange hole that would lead me somewhere dangerous. 5)The apartment itself is a horror: the lighting is terrible and weak. The colors of the walls and furniture + lighting are the combo of disaster. 6)Internet VERY bad and slow. I had to use my 5g most of the time. I summarize: NUMA has nice apartments elsewhere, but this one is a ZERO. Ps.: The cigarette smell was reported on the day of my arrival and nothing was done. Changing rooms was also not possible because “the larger rooms were not available”. SO: I PAID to be in the superior room, but these were not available at that time so we will put the guest in the cheapest room without a chance of discussion. If the guest wants, she can just leave the hotel and leave us the money. This was their policy. Customer service is useless. Base Apartments: NEVER AGAIN.

The worst experience ever. On weekends, breakfast is served 10am- 2pm, which is unacceptably late. This information should be made available at the time of booking and not AFTER. I had to send many messages before this hotel agreed to refund our breakfast. This could have been prevented. Also, the room us very hot and the window doesn't stay open. Avoid.

Would rate -1 star if possible… worst service of any hotel I’ve ppl ever stayed in. Employees were extremely intrusive by entering our room without our permission and customer service was terrible. Would not recommend!!

Clean, very reactive in case of question or request, well organized. They are professional! we had a great stay and it will definitely be among our top choices for the next time.

Amazing place the first time. On our second time the temperature was stuck at 17 degrees after the 20% discount not working. We had to leave the deluxe apartment because we were freezing while singing happy birthday to my wife. Will not return. Waiting for a refund. LE: refund was made.

Great apartment, cute balcony, welcome snacks and drinks were provided, host is easy to reach, S-Bahn only 8 minutes walk away. Very conveniently located with a MacD and 2 Petrol stations nearby and a small supermarket.

Really nice and clean apartment and great location. Only downside light is not bright to illuminate the whole room. And there is only a curtain between the shower and room.
