Worst place ever I went in one time in the morning was told to come back later came back 2 days later cuz of work was told I had to make appointment I have a ear infection can't hear too good in some pain with it and flu and body pain I told the girl behind the counter I need to see a doctor and I'm in pain she said everyone here in pain I can't call them because there phone line doesn't work and the girl was very rude to me because I only speak English and she was speaking German to me and I know the doctors speak English would not recommend this place red hair girl behind the counter

Achtung: FFP2 Maske ist Pflicht. Termin unglaublich lang zu warten. Erstgespräch 2 Monate, dann wieder 1.5 Monate für ein Allergietest. Schön, dass die Pollensaison nach 4 Monaten warten schon vorbei ist. Guess what? Allergie Symptome sind auch vorbei, selbstverständlich. Ich verstehe nicht warum, im Wartezimmer sind immer wieder sehr wenige Patienten. Ansonsten alles gut Arzt war nett, Schwester auch nett, außer die Frau an der Kasse, die war immer unfreundlich und ungeduldig. Ein Pluspunkt wäre die Notfallsprechstunden: Mo-Fr 8:30-9:30, Ich habe wegen akuter Hauterkrankung sofort einen Termin gekriegt.

The unfriendliness is hard to beat and the way the trainees are treated is really sad, give the practice a wide berth. The doctor would have to have his license revoked. In my opinion, the recession proves me right!!!

If I could I would give zero stars. Incredibly unfriendly witches at reception and the doctor isn't any better either. The only one who was sensible is the doctor. Otherwise the practice is for the trash.

Miss Dr. Elena Peters is nice but unprofessional, she seems insecure to me. The receptionists are ok. I cannot judge Dr. Preyss because I have never been treated by him.

Offer emergency consultations and allow EVERY patient to speak before you. Just to show that you showed up without an appointment - even though you have an emergency!!!! We waited for more than an hour and when we asked how long it would take, we were told that they couldn't say because the patients with appointments all get their turn. And that in an emergency!!! Then you don't offer emergency consultations!! The women at reception are also very dismissive. Well… old stubborn ladies.

Very warmly received, both by telephone and personal contact in the practice. Dr. Press very friendly and competent, I felt like I was in good hands. More is not possible!

I came into the practice, no hello, just an unfriendly lady at reception. I told her that I had an appointment and she said in a snotty voice that I should take a seat in the waiting area. I got to it relatively quickly, when I was sitting in the treatment room the doctor came in, didn't really listen to my problem, didn't examine me properly and ended up plucking a pimple on my eye with a pair of Weck tweezers for €40. Super unfriendly, expensive and unprofessional.

Sehr kompetentes Team. Ich wurde dort super beraten. Frau Dr. Elena Peters nimmt sich Zeit für die Patienten und leistet eine hervorragende Arbeit.

I absolutely can't understand all the bad reviews. I thought for a long time whether I wanted to visit the practice based on the reviews, but luckily I decided to do so. Yes, you have to wait a bit for an appointment, but everything is within reason. Everyone on site is super nice and makes a competent impression. Doctor Preyss himself is also very nice and explains the findings clearly. I felt very well looked after!

This is the worst dermatologist I have ever experienced. He is rude and unprofessional. He got irritated when I asked questions. He wanted to get me out of his practice as quickly as possible. Service and treatment very very poor, therefore not recommended. I'm seeing a different dermatologist now and I've been feeling much better since then.
