An incredible saleswoman there! If we hadn't needed it because of an urgent gift, we would have left immediately!! Apparently the lady has significant problems with her existence outside of Corona, now she can finally order something. How you can discipline an adult, educated citizen like a small, rebellious kindergarten child across the sales floor at an underground level in your way is certainly not something you can find on politeness/ethics or customer friendliness pages. We will never bring any sales to this branch again and would rather drive a little further away.

The staff is bright, confident and remains extremely friendly and polite even when asked stupid questions. If you are looking for something, you will be accompanied there. The store is large and offers a wide selection. This drugstore also functions as a DPD station.

Good large parking lot. Normal sized BUDNI. Helpful and nice employees. Right at the entrance, a special. Here is a machine that counts your change, but it takes almost 10% and gives out a voucher receipt that you can then redeem at the BUDNI cash register. Since I'm too comfortable rolling the coins, I take them with me every 4 weeks . I find it practical.

Last Saturday I went shopping at Budni. While I was paying the bill at the checkout, I received a "traffic ticket" from "Fair Parken" GmbH. The name alone is probably a joke! Who the hell puts a parking disc in their car when they go shopping? And then the phone number that is given for inquiries is not in use!? This is bordering on fraud... Be that as it may, I definitely won't visit a store that takes money out of its customers' pockets in such a shameless way again.

Very unclean and crazy gaps on the shelves, clearly delivery bottlenecks are the best excuse, it's just strange that other Bundi markets also manage to close gaps. The woman with glasses and shoulder-length wavy hair is very unfriendly at the checkout and in the store.

I was there last week desperately looking for a product. The employee I asked was super friendly and helpful. I was also served very nicely at the checkout. I left this budni with a good mood and a good feeling! Thank you for that!

unfriendly staff and unfortunately too much money deducted never again in this budni. We usually always shop in this shop and everything was perfect, but today it wasn't a shame at all, plus 3 employees took care of returns, it's very sad, the whole thing ended up taking over 20 minutes, a complete waste of time
