This was by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at! To start off their website list a certain price for your stay. When I got there they charged me an extra $20.00 and refused to reimburse me for over harge. The receptionist said she was upgrading my room at no charge because housekeeping was still cleaning it. No housekeeping service either. They blame this on COVID. I’ve been to other hotels after COVID and there has been housekeeping service. Their internet was down most of my stay. When this was mentioned at front desk,they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it. This was their favorite line when I requested certain things. There are other motels in the vicinity which charge less than they do,and give better service. Check them out before you book at this place!

The room was badly in need of repairs and some paint. Sink drained reallllllllly slowly and had dirt on it. Toothpaste spatter on the mirror. No toilet paper. Holes in the pillowcases and sheets. Stains on the sheets. Holes in the bedspread. No tissues. The phone was so absolutely disgusting that I didn’t want to even touch it, but I had to to get toilet paper, which I had to fetch myself. Better accommodation at a fish camp.

This 6 is one of the better ones. Everything you need food, drink or whatever was right there. The room itself was nicer than a lot of other I've stayed at. Staff left didn't bother me, they were exceptionally nice.

Place is a disgusting mess. Would never stay here again (I actually didnt stay here and drove home in the middle of the night). Blood on sheets, dirty toilet, manager a disrespectful jerk. Just go further down the road and spend more money.

Great place to stay at if you are going to a Bills game. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nothing special, but they are clean and will do the trick if you are just spending the night for a tailgate. The staff make the place 5/5

Manager very nice and friendly. No fridge or microwave. However it’s clean, pet friendly, and has a pool which is a good deal. I’m also very happy with the hardwood floors and mattress protector.

I believe it's the owner that was constantly rude and yelling at my friend and I during our stay prior to this day. He also yelled at us about NOT reserving online even tho he charged more!! He also began charging an extra $15 for there being more than 1 person in a 4 person listed room. He changed the price every other day it seemed like. Another visit there were bugs in the room and we begged for a refund. No refund of course.

Room had EXTREMELY bad odor. Bought a new room freshener to stay alive. Couldn't change the room as we were crashing out for a night.

I used to stay here every other weekend. It's a super convenient location. BUT the guy working the front desk charges $25 more a night than what I can reserve it for online. It used to cost me $160 for two nights now it costs me $300 to stay for two nights. $300 for dirty floors, dirty sinks, dirty toilets. The toilets clog relentlessly. The place is falling apart. This weekend I got to my room and the door wasn't even closed properly. I will not be staying here again. Super disappointed.

This motel has seen better days back in the 50s maybe. It was loud, the room smelled like the ac hadn't been cleaned in years. Toilet was small and the fridge had a mystery stain in it. Front door didn't make a complete seal . If you are staying here for 1 night before a game tho is perfect

Nice place with good rooms and ample parking space located at the heart of the town. The tariff is low compared to other places near Niagra. No complementary breakfast available.

I stay here several times a year when I'm in the area. Clean updated rooms, friendly staff and great location for touring the area. You're in luck if Michelle is checking you in, she always brightens my mood and has a genuine smile every time I check in. I love this motel 6, if you're reading this I know you will too.

Honestly, they saved our life. We were in the middle of the lake effect snow storm and had no where to go. Michelle at the front desk guided us and we were safe from the storm. The rooms are not great due to the cigarette burn holes on the blankets and the dirty beds. But we were more than great dup to have a room during the storm. They also kept plowing the snow repeatedly on the driveway which was very helpful. Thank you to the staff at Motel 6!!

Stayed for the the Bill's game. Price was decent, location is close by the stadium, about 10 min or so without traffic. Check in was fairly easy and quick. The motel is an older building, all first floor. The room was clean, simple, and minimal toiletries as expected. The room did smell faintly of smoke inside, however it was a non-smoking room. There are no issues with bed bugs or stains, which are very important, always check. Requested for an extra pillow because there were only 3 and the front desk had one more extra for the night. It definitely got busy at the end of the night as a lot of people were there for the game and came back. Would consider staying here again due to proximity of the stadium and also a few fast food restaurants nearby.
