The doctor doesn't take any time, tells me what needs to be done and refers me to my company doctor, who doesn't even exist. In addition, the practice cannot be reached by telephone (132 calls in 2 days) I don't go there anymore.

Great doctor and his team is great. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and there is a funny saying for free. He has already operated on my hands and now removed something from my back. Everything was great, always happy!

A top doctor with a great team. I first sat in Büdelsdorf with a small child for 4 hours, then had to pick up my older one from kindergarten, after which I wasn't allowed to come back. So I went to Dr. Scharfenberg drove and was treated within three quarters of an hour. He took the time and I'm so happy to be with him! THANKS

The practice staff appears determined but very friendly. The doc is calm, communicative and leaves an extremely competent impression. The waiting time for an appointment (without urgency) was 6 weeks, and the appointment was around 20 minutes. Anyone who comes without an appointment for a non-emergency must expect extreme waiting times!

From making an appointment to aftercare, whether by the doctor or the staff, everything is done here with the greatest care and competence. No waiting times worth mentioning (over three appointments, the waiting time is just under 25 minutes). Despite the high workload - several emergencies in different rooms - the whole team is friendly and harmonious. My little finger surgery was done immediately and the result is perfect! I say thanks! I'd love to come back, even if the location will soon be Büdelsdorf.

Competent doctors and practice team and a really nice and friendly practice team (the doctors too of course) despite the stressful working day (hats off). It can sometimes happen that you have to wait a little longer than normal, but you should be aware of that as it is also an accident practice and one or two patients may need a small surgical procedure. I can really only recommend the practice.
