Unfortunately
disappointing
experience.
We
wanted
to
spontaneously
go
on
holiday
with
our
caravan
for
a
few
days
in
September.
Unfortunately,
it
no
longer
had
a
TÜV
at
that
time.
So
I
called
H&H
on
a
Friday
and
asked
if
there
was
a
spontaneous
appointment
available
for
the
coming
week.
Luckily
that
was
actually
the
case
and
I
was
allowed
to
hand
in
my
caravan
on
the
following
Monday.
Everything
was
done
on
Tuesday.
Even
the
brake
was
readjusted
because
it
had
weakened
somewhat
due
to
the
longer
downtime.
Great,
that's
what
you
want.
However,
H&H
apparently
discovered
that
the
overrun
brake
was
defective
while
maneuvering
on
the
factory
premises.
However,
I
should
go
on
vacation
first
and
then
come
back
again
to
revise.
However,
I
didn't
notice
anything
about
the
defect
during
my
vacation.
However,
we
noticed
that
water
came
into
the
caravan
during
a
rain
shower
(never
noticed
before
because
the
caravan
is
rarely
used
and
when
you
looked
inside,
everything
was
dry
again.)
So
after
the
relaxing
days
we
went
back
to
H&H
and
ordered
the
roof
to
be
repaired.
I
didn't
have
the
overrun
brake
repaired
at
first
because
I
didn't
notice
any
problems
with
it.
After
a
week
I
was
able
to
pick
up
my
vehicle
repaired.
The
bill
was
around
900
-
I
don't
want
to
say
that
this
is
too
expensive.
Everyone
has
to
make
their
own
judgment
(487
min
/
60
min
á
95,
-
remaining
material).
In
any
case,
I
was
initially
happy
that
the
damage
had
been
repaired.
From
here
on,
however,
the
rest
of
the
process
was
very
disappointing!
After
a
week,
however,
I
noticed
that
the
film
was
coming
off
on
one
side,
on
the
side
where
the
damage
had
been
repaired.
Very
large
area.
Here
water
ran
between
the
film
and
the
side
panel
due
to
capillary
action.
I
then
called
H&H
to
ask
what
to
do
here.
I
was
rejected
straight
away
on
the
phone
with
the
words
“That
was
already
the
case,
the
colleague
in
the
workshop
noticed
it
straight
away
-
it
didn't
come
from
us.
We
don’t
feel
responsible
here.”
This
statement
really
pissed
me
off.
I
then
made
an
appointment
with
another
dealer.
The
fact
that
the
matter
wasn't
even
remotely
addressed
here
made
me
skeptical.
I
just
wanted
to
get
a
second
opinion.
After
inspecting
the
caravan,
the
following
was
determined:
The
roof
repair
was
carried
out
very
well.
2.:
Swelling
of
the
film
is
not
100%
understandable.
However,
it
COULD
HAVE
been
that
by
preparing
the
roof
surface
with
cleaning
agents
(otherwise
the
2-component
adhesive
won't
hold)
some
residue
was
washed
down
on
the
roof,
which
settled
behind
the
LED
strip
and
then
loosened
the
edge
of
the
film.
However,
the
fact
that
this
vehicle
is
12
years
old
and
appears
like
this
exactly
1
week
after
the
work
on
this
site
was
done
is
quite
strange.
However,
further
action
in
this
regard
would
far
exceed
the
value
of
the
repair
(approx.
500
euros).
Was
strongly
discouraged
here.
Here
too,
no
fault
could
be
found
with
the
overrun
brake.
I
then
called
H&H
again
and
asked
whether
the
case
had
really
been
dealt
with
internally.
Here
again
came
the
statement
that
you
don't
feel
addressed
here.
Unfortunately,
I
didn't
get
an
answer
to
my
question
as
to
whether
the
damage
had
already
been
noticed
before
and
I
wasn't
informed
about
it
before
it
got
bigger.
After
some
back
and
forth
on
the
phone,
the
employee
from
the
workshop
assured
us
that
he
wanted
to
talk
to
someone
internally
again
and
then
get
back
to
us.
Current
status:
-Parking
brake
self-healing
stops
-Of
course
no
one
got
back
from
H&H...
-H&H
never
again!!!
