Bin mit massiven Schmerzen in die Notaufnahme, was für meine Verhältnisse unüblich ist und es keine erklärbaren Gründe gab woher das kommt. Habe nicht lange gewartet und wurde dann aufgerufen und habe meine Schmerzen geschildert und versucht gut zu erklären/zeigen. Nachdem ich mich unverstanden gefühlt habe, hat „der Arzt“ abgetastet, obwohl ich ihm gesagt habe, dass es nicht geht! Das Einzige, was ich gesagt bekommen habe, dass ich zum Hausarzt soll und mir da eine Überweisung besorgen muss. Komplett Fehl am Platz!!! 😡 Das einzig Positive war der freundliche Mitarbeiter von der Sicherheit! Vielen Dank dafür.👍🏻

Max 1 Stern verdient. Wartezeit bei mir 10 stunden mit verletzung am Fuß, eig stationär aufgenommen werden. Sagte dann aber das ich gern woanders hin gehen werde. Meine Freunde mir aber geraten haben das ich wieder zurück gehe da die ja schon wussten was ich hatte. Nun dies getan 20 uhr angekommen 1 Stunde später wird mir gesagt da ich ja durch den Vorfall das ich mich aufgeregt habe nicht in diesen KH aufgenommen werde. Meine Bewertung das schlechteste Krankenhaus meines Lebens. ( ein paar Leute waren nett mehr aber auch nicht).

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht…! Bin mit meiner Tochter wegen unklarer Herzbeschwerden hergekommen und gleich der Pförtner am Eingang war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Schwestern und Ärzte haben großartige Arbeit geleistet und 3h alles gründlich untersucht. Alle waren sehr freundlich und kommunikativ gegenüber meiner Tochter. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!!!

Nach einem unschönen Tag zuhause mit Unwohlsein und anderen Beschwerden, habe ich den Weg in die ZNA der Uniklinik Magdeburg aufgenommen. Nach kurzer Wartedauer wurde ich in das Behandlungszimmer gebracht, sofort wurde ich von 4 Pflegekräften freundlich begrüßt, jede(r) hatte sich nett vorgestellt und sofort wurde man komplett verkabelt und sonstige Maßnahmen wurden erledigt. Jede Aktion wurde freundlich erklärt, sodass ich nie das Gefühl hatte, ich weiß gerade nicht, was hier passiert. Man merkte sofort, wie gut die Teamarbeit in der Abteilung war, da jeder wusste, was er tun musste und das auch zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigte. Nach der ersten "Welle" von Aktionen kam dann der zuständige Arzt herein und hat meine Beschwerden aufgenommen und sich dem sofort angenommen. Auf meine Nachfragen wurde super reagiert und somit war der Aufenthalt, trotz der Umstände, sehr positiv für mich. Auch in vergangenen Zeiten, wo ich leider die ZNA aufsuchen musste, wurde ich immer zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit behandelt. Das einzige Manko ist natürlich die Wartezeit, aber mit sowas muss man selbst rechnen und da gebe ich der ZNA keinerlei negative Kritik für. Ich danke der ZNA für die nette und zufriedenstellende Behandlung und wünsche jedem Arzt und jeder Pflegekraft viel Kraft und beste Gesundheit. MFG

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt! Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Mein Partner wurde vom Arzt behandelt als wäre er schuld an seiner Erkrankung. Nach dem Motto "wieso kommen sie erst jetzt damit her" aber im nächsten Moment hieß es er könnte jetzt auch nichts dagegen machen und wurde ohne Behandlung, mit Schmerzen nach Hause geschickt. Als man noch einen schönen Tag gewünscht hat kam von ihm : "Ja danke der wird dadurch jetzt auch nicht besser." 3 stunden Wartezeit für nichts.

Ich kann hier nur für mich sprechen. Jeder hat seine eigene Meinung und Erfahrung gemacht. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen Jeder gibt sein bestes ob Arzt oder Schwestern . Die Ärztin selber war sehr nett und hat Ihren Job auch ordentlich gemacht. Ihr Assistent jedoch, der eigentlich nichts mit mir hatte zu tun und, wie er selber im Gespräch mit den Kollegen, welche hinzu kamen, sagte ,,sich aufgedrängt hatte" und mir dann eine aktuelle Tetanus Impfung hatte gesetzt (zu deren eigentlich notwendigen Einverständnis ich „erfreulicherweise“ auch überhaupt nicht gefragt wurde!), ging überhaupt nicht. Bei allem lieben gutem Respekt – man sollte sich schlicht und ergreifend einfach auch mal zurück halten und sich eventuell auch mal seinen Teil denken! Ich war da, weil ich mich abends zu vor am Kopf verletzt hatte – Ja ich hätte dann aufgrund der stark blutenden wunde sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen sollen – aber das war es dann aber auch schon mit zulässiger und (!) berechtigter (!) Kritik! Hämische Kommentare über das Zustandekommen der Verletzung verbitten sich schlicht und ergreifend einfach von selbst – das sollte man schon allein aus Anstandsgründen eigentlich wissen. Da das hier nicht der Fall war gehe ich von mangelndem Anstand und fehlendem Einfühlungsvermögen seitens dieses Menschen aus, was diese Person aus meiner Sicht für den medizinischen Einsatz mit Menschen komplett disqualifiziert! Da ich aufgrund der Verletzung auch etwas geschwächt war, war ich leider nicht in der Lage, ihm direkt meine Meinung darüber mitzuteilen. Aber eine solche Arroganz und ein solch anmaßendes Verhalten, lasse ich eben auch nicht einfach so im Raum stehen. Auch als Arzt kann man selber mal in eine Situation kommen, akute medizinische Hilfe zu benötigen…Wie ,,lustig“ findet man es dann, wenn jemand ,,entsprechende“ Kommentare über die eigene Situation macht?!?!?! Alles in allem kein schöner Aufenthalt dort. Ich betone nochmal: die Ärztin selber war eigentlich nett, wenn dann nur nicht ihr überaus arroganter Kollege gewesen wäre…..

I cannot recommend this emergency room. After 4 hours on a stretcher, I asked what was happening to me. I was then freed from the cables and told to wait for the doctor in the waiting area. The evaluation of my examination took place in the corridor to the exit (data protection? ).I was supposed to go home and noticed that I still had a needle in my arm! This was removed at the exit!!! Did the doctor's letter say there was a physical examination that was carried out? Not with me. I can accept this recording and expect a statement from those responsible.

I can only speak for us, the five stars are more than justified. Last night I took my little daughter to the emergency room because she fell and hit her head pretty hard. We were welcomed very warmly, the rescue service took care of the registration, great, thank you for that. We had to wait five hours (note: my child is three years old), but there is a small play area with books and Lego. Top! So it wasn't so bad anymore. In between, the doctor came and asked about my daughter's condition. The second pediatric surgeon on duty that evening was in the OR! A nurse took great care, blew up a disposable glove for my daughter and painted a face on it. Then there was a cuddly teddy and suddenly everything was great. We then waited a bit, had a thorough examination, had an ultrasound, and were then able to go home with the recommendation of plenty of rest (there are simply no beds and healing is nicer at home anyway with all the cuddly animals and toys and in the usual place Vicinity). I saw what the doctors and nurses do for us, every day, around the clock and how they try to make up for the shortage. There are cases that are much more urgent than ours. Of course I have to wait with my daughter, but not bad at all. But everything was done for us. Wir waren in der Notaufnahme weil mein Freund nicht laufen konnte. Es wurde alles gründlich Untersucht. Vier Ärzte waren im Einsatz deswegen auch eine Wartezeit von 9 Stunden. Aber lieber Warten und man wird gründlich Untersucht, anstatt schnell, schnell und du kannst nach ein paar Tagen wieder in die Notaufnahme. Deswegen verstehe ich nicht das Leute sich aufregen wenn sie 3 Stunden gewartet haben.

Sehr nette und kompetente Pfleger, Schwester und Ärzte. Ich bin nach 3 Tagen Behandlung wieder gesund nach Hause gefahren, TOP

Unfreundliches Personal und unmögliche Wartezeiten für Patienten mit sehr starken Schmerzen. Schrecklich das es heutzutage schon soweit ist ,dass man wegen des Personals drei mal überlegen muss ob man zum Arzt geht.
