    The service is really good .. I had purchased a watch 6 months ago and later I had a issue with the battery and l when I went to the store they changed my battery for free of cost even though it was not in the warranty period . The sale person was very kind and gentle . She helped us with patience even though we were not speaking German . Overall a good service .

    Very helpful staff, but at the same time they asked me to rate them five stars and when I wanted to post a different rating they asked me to change it to 5! It was a bit strange and funny. Never experienced it before this.
