The
apartments
themselves
are
very
nice
and
the
location
is
great.
That
said,
their
website
claims
that
the
complex
has
EV
chargers,
which
they
don’t
(EDIT-
website
has
been
updated
after
this
review
was
posted).
When
I
confronted
the
office
about
the
website
saying
this,
I
was
met
with
indifference
and
that
they
were
considering
having
them
installed.
That
was
almost
a
year
ago
and
the
website
hasn’t
been
updated.
I
was
effectively
bait
and
switched
with
an
alternative
of
an
individual
garage
that
happened
to
have
a
charger
installed
(probably
someone
else
who
signed
the
lease
trusting
that
the
landlord
wasn’t
lying
on
the
website…
whoops).
Again,
nice
apartments,
great
location,
I
wouldn’t
blame
someone
for
wanting
to
live
there-
but
I
wanted
to
point
out
that
they
flat-out
don’t
care
about
honestly
portraying
the
complex
on
the
website.
EDIT-
apparently
I
was
mistaken
about
the
bocce
court,
it
is
there,
review
has
been
corrected.
The
website
has
also
been
updated
to
accurately
the
charging
stations
available,
also
noted
above.
As
a
reply
to
CC
management,
I
already
moved
out
for
a
few
reasons,
most
not
related
to
the
complex.
I
only
posted
this
to
warn
potential
future
tenants.
I
appreciate
that
you
intended
to
install
the
chargers
and
it
didn’t
work
out,
but
the
website
didn’t
give
any
context
that
they
were
being
installed
or
planned,
it
was
listed
as
if
they
were
already
an
amenity.
That’s
false
advertising,
full
stop,
and
it
was
going
on
since
the
complex
opened-
and
yes,
I
checked.
If
me
posting
this
was
the
impetus
to
finally
properly
update
the
website
after
over
five
years
of
false
advertising,
cool,
I
guess.
