We went there for dinner on Saturday afternoon as a family. The place was busy with regular customers and online orders. The longer we were there, the more people kept coming in. Our order got mixed up and we had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Both sushi and the food from the kitchen was very good. The place is a bit pricey as we spent almost $40 (with taxes and tips) per person but we were satisfied.

Overall, The food is pretty good.. HOWEVER, as much as I want to give them 4+ stars - the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! The waitresses are terribly slow AND NEGLECTFUL when it comes to actually serving you smh. It’s very unacceptable for them to never check in you to make sure everything is good and if you need any food or drink to replenish at your table. The waitress never checked on my party’s table, and she didn’t serve everything we actually ordered. (It took over 30min for the seafood salad to come to the table and multiple dishes were not served.) Even when the restaurant is empty, the neglect and consistent abandonment to our table from multiple visits there is the reason for this unfortunate review. It’s a shame that I have to hound them with my arm raised to yell “excuse me!” to grab their attention as they walk fast, right past us and don’t even look in your direction.. The ONLY time they came to our table at a TIMELY manner was to collect our Check.. smh this will be our LAST visit.

Awesome fresh delicious and very fast service! As of right now it's actually better than it's NJ locations if you're looking to get a excellent sushi fix you won't find better in CT that offers an AYCE option! Staff was good atmosphere was pleasant and plenty of seating it can get very busy yet service doesn't seem to be affected? Don't know how they pulled this off but we weren't complaining! 😍

Tasty and really large servings for the all you can eat sushi; I went with my partner and we could just barely manage our order! Don't expect frills though (no low quality dishes and utensils). To clarify, the food portions were huge and so we barely managed to finish. It was a nice surprise. Regarding the utensils and plates, they were all paper and plastic, so it wasn't the nicest sit down experience it could be.

Let me start of by stating I was not a Sushi lover!!! My boyfriend decided to have me give it a try!! I was all for the new experience...especially a new food experience!! I did tried the shrimp tempura roll and loved it! It's a great deal for all you can eat and it is made to order! I love the fact you are able to watch your food being prepared. I am a big fan of their Kani salad, shrimp and vegetable tempura, beef fried rice, chicken teriyaki, shumai, and dragon roll to name a few!! Restaurant is clean and service is pretty quick! I am still trying to master the chop sticks though!! This has become one of my favorite spots for great food!!

I’ve been going to sushi palace over the last few years and have been meaning to drop a review for some time. This is one of the best all you can eat sushi places I’ve been to. You can basically order anything off the menu and place as many orders as you would like. The sashimi is high quality. Highly recommend the volcano roll, and the spicy salmon and spicy tuna sushi. At the end you can also order ice cream which is a nice touch!!

Excellent all you can eat sushi. Everything was very fresh and well prepared. The sushi rolls are beautifully made there are lots of options. Pace yourself, food waste is discouraged. There is a full menu of appetiezers that are included in the all you can eat sushi and even a few vegetarian rolls for those who are new to the experience. The sweet potato roll is amazing. Sushi was fresh overall. Snapper/fish didn't seem as fresh. Service was lacking with insufficient plates, napkins, chopsticks. Weekday Price is fair for all you can eat.

You can’t beat the quality or price anywhere else. Even coming from California where fish is the freshest I was impressed by how vast their selection was and the fact they included soup, appetizers and dessert part of the all you can eat

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Found a piece of plastic in my sashimi and there was a chunk of raw chicken in our bbq squid. After informing the server, she did not address the problems and simply brought us our check. Very disappointed with the experience.

I have been coming to Sushi Palace for well over a decade. It never disappoints. I go with a group of like-minded individuals, and the Palace gives us a sense of challenge. Let's be gentlemen, but let's eat all we can! Always good, always fun!

Customer Service was horrible, they wanted to charge my son full price, after explaining to them several times, he’s allergic to seafood, the waitress still wanted to charge him. They overcharged for our food, when we asked for a to-go plate, they wanted to charge us double for the food we already paid for in full. The waitress watched us while we ate to make sure my son did not eat any food off the plate. You can keep your apology, because your response is very unprofessional as well. She did not give the option for buffet or not. Whether she understood English or not, she did not RESERVE the right for poor service. I hope that is clear. I do not recommend this place.

The sushi was good and tempura. Service was about what we expected with several other groups and takeout, though we had to remind them we ordered ice cream.

So much sashimi! The salmon sashimi is my favorite - I could (and probably did) eat tons of it. The sushi is fantastic - the rolls are huge! The butterfly sushi is practically dessert. Make sure you order small amounts - you can order as often as you want, but you have to eat everything you order!

I've been here numerous times over the past decade and they still hold up strong as the best sushi I've had. Their prices have slowly increased over time so while I'm not able to come by as much because of it, $30 per head is still very much worth the all you can eat, given the quality.

Great place for sushi that won't break the bank. As long as you're not looking for exotic fare or uber sophisticated surroundings, you will be completely satisfied, both gastronomically and economically.

We went on a Friday evening but it was not too crowded. We didn't have to wait long before we got the food, which were delicious. And it costed less than $70 for two.

Great Place. Arrived there early. Fish all seemed very fresh. Though the all you can eat option seems enticing, if you are not a person who eats a lot, it may be better to just order individual pieces since the price is not too high for those either.

Great quality sushi for an all you can eat place! Staff was very friendly when I went with my group of friends. I drove from NY and had a long drive over showing up rather late. But the staff was friendly enough to still seat us. Would def drive the 1.5 hours again to eat here! 10/10 ⭐️

I've been here for unlimited sushi a handful of times, and I've always had a positive experience. Although the fish isn't the highest quality I've had, it's still fresh and very good. They have their own signature rolls, and for the price, it's a great deal!

The service and all you can eat sushi was great! I tried to order GF sushi without the crisp but they kept putting it in if it already came with it. I'm allergic to wheat, so I had to slf discriminate if I could eat what I was served. A gluten-free check box on the menu would be really appreciated.
