Amy and Wayne pleasantly guided my fiance and I through the process of designing our engagement ring with our family's stone. They are full of expertise, incredible support and patience, even when we needed a quick repair and polish prior to an event. We are so happy with our ring and choice to use Ruby's Jewelers. Amy and Wayne are the best! I had a piece of jewelry that needed to be altered before a wedding and they went above and beyond to have it ready in time. I really appreciate their kindness and wonderful store. This is my first Google review and I want to highly recommend Ruby's.

My first google review. So bad I had to. Went there to get a 2 inch extension on my necklace, got it the next day and it kept falling off/ breaking. I came back to get it fixed, came the next day to pick it up when they told me to, and they said they had lost it. Then they called me back and said they found the necklace … I came back and they tried to tell me my friend picked it up when my friend was waiting in the car with me, and she had not picked it up. Then she miraculously found the necklace , and gave it back to me. Now, my “repaired” necklace has fallen off once again. Terrible.

She (the owner?) offered me a complimentary item (as indicated on the envelope) then suddenly charged me for it and wanted cash. She took my diamond ring to clean it but when I examined it at home I could tell it wasn’t cleaned at all. She claimed she could not help me purchase a new watch band for my Anne Klein watch. She was abrupt the whole time even though I was very polite and well dressed. If she wants a new customer who can afford the prices of fine jewelry she just lost the opportunity.

I had to make another trip to Ruby's for my wife's Christmas and anniversary gift and as usual I was not disappointed. They took the time to work with me on the perfect piece of jewelry. Thanks again and I will be back.

Amy and Wayne are the best. I have been going to Ruby's for a decade. Recently, I had to have two precious pieces to be fixed.They are so special to me: a diamond ring my father gave to my mother on their 25th wedding anniversary and a necklace my father's mother was wearing when she passed. The ring was a complicated repair. And he cleaned it so well it looks new. Amy and Wayne are kind, honest people. Their prices are more than fair. Absolutely recommend Ruby's!

I can't say enough great things about Ruby's. They helped reset my wedding ring into a setting of my dreams. It is so much nicer than the original, excellent quality and construction. Additionally, I had a necklace I wasn't sure could be fixed, but they repaired it quickly at a very reasonable price. I will be back for all future needs.

Amazing! I had my engagement ring resized. It is dreamy and fits perfectly. The internet was scaring me that my rose gold ring wouldn’t be able to be resized but boy did they prove the Internet wrong. A full size down and it looks like new. Go here.

Wayne and his wife Amy are very nice people who I met at this jewelry store. It does not feel like a corporate place and you can tell that they know their jewelry well. I was able to seamlessly buy my wife a beautiful gold necklace and cross as a gift on our wedding day. I really enjoyed the small shop feel and community feel of their jewelry shop. I would recommend Ruby's for your jewelry needs. They are in a house which seems odd when you pull up but it's clearly a nice jewelry store inside and even better service. Simply amazing. I brought 3D CAD models of the engagement ring I wanted (created by a different jeweler) to Ruby and she created EXACTLY what I wanted, and it looks incredible! Not to mention she did it all for much less than every other jeweler I spoke to in the area! Her and her husband are so wonderful and kind, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Ruby!

Wow! I had my diamond wedding band resized at Ruby's Jewelers and they did an amazing job! The ring looks more beautiful than the day I got it! This place is the best & I highly recommend it to everyone! They are so friendly, trustworthy and they do stunning work for such reasonable prices!
