Had a bad experience of getting stale chicken served to us. It was stinking so bad and needless to explain how would it taste. Although it was replaced, but it spoiled our mood

The worst KFC I've visited ever. I odered for a spicy fries and they gave me normal, when I asked why it's not spicy, they just poured the powder on top. How am i supposed to eat this??

Need to improve their service. Never provide any priority for online orders paid n advance. Always want to wait 20 to 30 minutes.

This KFC branch is much better in service and if you got even late night they will have stock. The location is awesome as well next to kenz supermarkwt and pizza hut. Washroom needs some attention need to clean properly.

Today, 30-08-2023. I came for lunch. I told him to dine in. He made parcel and keep at side and didn't inform me. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes. When I asked he said parcel is ready. When I asked about tray he gave me wet tray with wet paper. Now KFC will be served on Water... 😄🤣 Food is good. But service need to be improved.

Ok I'm a chicken lover, I can't resist kfc. I mean I love kfc, well there are a lots of branches of kfc, so you can go to the nearest kfc available to you.

Pathetic service. Don't bother going to this KFC. Well maybe if you like spicy chicken breast pieces, maybe yes, a great place to hang out for you coz that is all that they stock. If you order original pieces, you will be made to wait over 35 - 45 mins because they don't make and stock it. Third time ordering from here and third time requesting more thighs, legs and wings and my latest order has 8 chicken breast pieces in my 12 piece bucket. What am I going to do about these pieces?. Throw it?.

Whoever handles this branch should immediatley replace the staff owm supervisor and asmitha the cashier they both making fun of customers who ever handles this department should take immediate action against them as this was not the first time that i had to deal with them, i stayed quiet and left the branch, please revert me back for more details.
