The hotels were nice didn’t stay in there too long only to sleep but everything was clean and neat. Didn’t have to deal with anyone in the lobby because we did everything online. The location is fine it’s just confusing to find the place at first but we found it.

So this hotel was okay. Was sent here for work training. First 2 nights..horrible..got woken up at 2 am by the hvac system kicking on..sounded like a jet engine in my room..every half hr. Awful sleep. Said something to desk clerk..nothing done. Night 2 same thing..said something to my trainers..they thrn told me there would be someone to help me at the front desk. Guy moved my room to different part of the same floor..better sleep definitely. No breakfast included and everything they sold was over priced. I was too tired from classes all week to enjoy any amenities, but they have a pool and hot tub. Lobby was very clean. Just upset me it took 2 nights of terrible sleep and my company having to make a call for me to get my room switched.

My friend and I went to stay there because she needed a get away but she is in the military and couldn’t go far from base for the weekend. The first night she saw a dead bug at the pool and jumped away from it and slipped on a band aid. The next day, we went back to our room, we waited a few minutes for the cleaning lady, she was pleasant. However, she left a dead bug on our windowsill. I took it downstairs to the front desk and the woman, Donna just looked at me and said, “It’s a stink bug. Don’t you have bugs in your house?”. To which I replied, “No, actually, I don’t.” And she just stared at me and told me they have an exterminator once a month. She was being very nasty because I asked as a Hilton Honors member if I could get some sort of compensation, points, for the conditions. Stupid me didn’t think stink bugs infest…wouldn’t matter anyway, we were already there. But, the next day my friend got called to base but I stayed. I went to the jacuzzi and another family was there. I was immediately overwhelmed with the smell of chlorine when I went in. The mom was in the jacuzzi and the two boys were in the pool. The mom said her nose was burning. I got in the jacuzzi and the dad turned on the bubbles and my skin started burning. Both of the kid’s skin was all red and blotchy. To make a long story, short the pool was overloaded with chlorine like it has been shocked. We went to the front desk. It was around 4:30. The kid at the desk said, “Ok, I’ll call maintenance, they leave at 5:00.” Comes back. “Oh. Maintenance left. The chlorine is on a timer though.” Ok whatever. No jacuzzi. Later that night there was a WWE Smackdown going on in the room next door to me. The kids in there must’ve been all hyped up on sugar. Around 12:00 am I went down and asked the kid at the front desk if he could ask them to quiet down and he told me the guy on the other side moved rooms an hour ago. I can if I want. The kid was chill the whole time though, with the chlorine thing and the noise. I wasn’t trying to be a complainer. I just wanted to relax. Why should I move my room and pack all my stuff when I’ve been there for two nights at 12:00 am?! So the next morning, I tell Donna everything that happened and yes, I was tired and disappointed so I probably wasn’t pleasant but I certainly wasn’t nasty. I asked her about points being a member. She offered me free breakfast. I said I didn’t want breakfast, I wanted points. I just wanted to go home. Her words, “I think you’re just trying to get things for free.” The only reason I am writing this review or care to say any of this is because today as I was sitting at my vanity, next to where I left my luggage for two days as I unpacked, a freakin stink bug jumped on me! When I spoke to the manager at the hotel his reply was, “I have stink bugs at my house.” I am already washing every article of clothing I have in hot water and I have already called the exterminator!!! Their nonchalant attitude about the bugs is disturbing and more disgusting than the bugs themselves.

This is my first time experiencing a banquet event at the Hilton, when I first thought it I was like great a Hotel, boy was I surprised not only is this place huge but they had a nice casual banquet area after a funeral l, the staff was extremely professional and the buffet that was offered was amazing. I work as a server and banquets as well and the Hiton's buffet for this event had such variety and I say the staff constantly checking on the status after a wave came. I had to get two plates. Keep up the excellent work great food and ambiance.

Mya at the bar provided excellent service. Super friendly and was very customer service oriented. We ended up ordering appetizers and a whole dinner because hers looked so good. Front Desk staff needs more training in customer service. No one else ever says hello. They take away the morning coffee at exactly end time of service. If you are a minute late, "that will be $2 please" What is that about? Also, I just tried to call the hotel and the telephone is still ringing now for 17 minutes. Someone finally answered and asked if they could put me on a brief hold. I was on hold for another 10 minutes and then they just hung up on me ! ! !

Trenton Central High School 50th Class Reunion! The reunion team couldn't have picked a better place. The hall was beautiful and the food was great! The rooms were reasonable and very nice for those traveling in from other states. We had a ball!

Convenient. Patrick and Donna provided outstanding service! Pool and hot tub were way over chlorinated, but felt good in summer heat. Food was good at bar. Massimo delivers until 10 pm, which was outstanding!

The reason it got us three star is because the joke of a continental breakfast for a Hilton like this left light years to be desired. Unless you are a diamond member you have to pay for basically just bread cuz that's all they have available they do have real breakfasts available but they are unreasonably priced for the portions you get and the quality. The room was excellent and clean. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. But the sad part is the area they chose to cut Corners in was food. The dinners weren't great either

Great hotel! Pool and hot tub are awesome. The restaurant is pretty good as well. I only have one minor qualm, it’s driveway is pretty difficult to find and if you don’t know the area well you can easily miss it.

We had a party there on Sunday and it was beautiful. The wait staff were amazing, the ballroom is clean and modern, and the price was reasonable. The two party planners, Alexandria & Missy were so patient and kind. I hope to host another event with them!

My family and I stayed here after spending the day at Sesame Place. The location was perfect! We were not pleased to see that the bathrooms had plumbing issues. We stayed in three separate rooms with similar issues. Also, there was a party happening just above one of our rooms, with music blaring so loud, the ground literally shook. Overall, this is a nice hotel, but I was sadly disappointed by the lack of transparency about the plumbing issues, as well as the level of noise. Safe to say, we won't stay here again... Not worth the aggravation.

It is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The bar/grille ...pool...outdoor space....all fantastic. The rooms are clean and spacious. Mark the bartender is awesome. Patrick at check in is great. He is friendly and makes sure everything is on point. We've been back...we will be back.

Hotel was convenient. Shopping and food. Ants in the room. They sprayed but had residual dying ants till the end of our stay. The shower needed a good scrubbing and grout around the base. Overhead light burned out. Housekeeping lacking. I had to set the bed, throw out garbage and get new towels everyday. They were nice enough to switch us out of the other Hilton due to a lack of handicapped rooms. Had the last walk in shower available. And that is after calling on 3/28 to confirm for an April 5 reservation. They do offer wheelchairs. Lesson learned: Always confirm that the room you need for a handicapped person is a low profile shower and not a tub with handrails and a chair. Lesson for hotel owners: maintain the property continually. Think about the hotel as your house and your guests as yourselves.

First and last time at this location for this hotel. Very expensive stay but does not offer breakfast. Snobby customer service from some of the employees. Only certain guests seem to belong. Was treated rudely just retrieving limited free coffee. Not a comfortable stay. There are people who treat this hotel like a hang out being loud, brash and crude towards real hotel guests. I would not recommend.

Nice hotel, with attractive outdoor grounds and charming rustic event space. The fire pit outside was a cozy touch. Cons: the thermostat in our room ran significantly warmer than what it was set on. And they charge for the in-lobby continental breakfast buffet, which felt to me like the hotel was nickel and diming the guests for what used to be a complimentary amenity.

One of the better Hilton's in the area. Only suggestion would be to update all rooms so there's no carpet. Carpet tends to hold in smells and our room smelled a little "stale". It was fine once we turned the air on but not the most pleasant when we first arrived. Also, there was some sort of weird "arm" on the bathroom door that kept it from opening all the way up. It didn't seem to have any real use and was a bit inconvenient.

My sorority used one of their banquet rooms for our scholarship tea. The staff was excellent and we received rave reviews from our guests about the food. The location is easy to get to and the hotel is lovely.

A pleasant surprise for an affordable Hotel! Great place for young couples with outdoor activities like a putting green, corn hole, and a patio with comfortable seating and fire place. The hotel had a lively lobby with a bar adjacent and lots of people enjoying the space. Clean rooms with mostly new appearing materials and finishes. When we go back to six flags we will be staying here. Also - the bar tender made an excellent old fashioned - most people mess them up badly!!
