As Chick-fil-a’s go the usual friendly staff and rapid service with a quaint little twist. Dinned in and it was just what you would expect 😎

I ate a fry that tasted like mold/garbage, I have never tasted anything like that before. The sandwich was excellent. I also did not receive all the Sauces I asked for, I asked for them for a very important reason for a love one and it just fell though. The guy taking my order also seemed bothered that he had to work. Customer service is what sets you apart Chick fil a. If you lose that, you will lose everything. Let me start by saying that after this, I hope people start to take a good look on their food from now on. You never know what you can miss while eating your “delicious” meal. I came to chick fil a many times. I ordered their salads a couple times and I thought it was good. When I went back recently to get myself a salad, I saw something weird in it. I’m happy I caught it before I ate it. Lost my appetite afterwards. It was a clump of dirt/mud mixed with my salad. I felt sick to my stomach. Never going there again.

Love their chicken nuggets & the sea salt fries. Also their lemonade is just amazing!! Can eat here for days at a time!! Brownies are great too

I wish they would do better. It’s not your typical experience. For what you pay they could at least give you clean tables. Not sure why it’s always dirty. I wish there was another location. The one on Route 1 has a friendly staff and is always clean. It’s a newer location as well. My order here is generally messed up, but it’s closer to areas I frequent.

My dad went through the drive thru and in our bag was nuggets instead of strips, grilled filet instead of fried, no sauce, no napkins, and no straws. A customer shouldn’t have to check the accuracy of their order. Unfortunately poor management is to blame. New owners but also new employees every couple of months, it’s a shame!

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had a great experience! The food was delicious and prepared quickly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience. I especially appreciated the company's commitment to customer service and their community involvement. Overall, I highly recommend Chick-fil-A for their tasty food, excellent service, and positive impact on the community.

Very disappointed in our meals. We stopped on our way home from six flags so we could sit and eat. The chicken was over cooked and dried out, fries were cold and the Mac and cheese looked like it was from the dollar store. I wish I could blame it on just being busy, but I can't, they were not busy so maybe it is just a poorly managed store. I'm glad we do not live close to this one since it's normally our favorite go to place for food.

The chicken nuggets and spicy southwest salad are perfect for me. The waffle fries I tried twice but they aren't crispy enough for me.

This store is not kid/family friendly. I took my kids there just because they love the play area in the Cherry Hill location and wanted to go when we drove by. Let me tell you how flabbergasted I was when I opened the door to the play area and they had turned it into the janitorial closet. Corporate says that "some" locations use it for a janitorial closet so I told them that this military family and "some" others would not be spending money at this location.

Placed my order at 412 around 423 I brought it to the attention of a manager that I still didn’t receive my food. He checked it out said they’re waiting on spicy filets. 425 I get the notification that it’s ready around 427 they bring me my bag. I get all the way home just for them to have given me a regular chicken patty no pickles no nothing. Waited over 10 mins for my order to be wrong. This location is terrible my order is incorrect often and it’s frustrating. I brought it back in and all they told me is yeah the spicy sandwich comes in a red bag.. okay.. no sorry for the inconvenience or incompetence. I’m annoyed.

I love chick fil a, but this location's drive thru employees have the personality of an animal and management should school them since they are the face of the business. I vote that they close the drive thru of this restaurant until they get better order takers. This restaurant never had decent drive thru order takers.
