Horrible experience. The owner was sitting inside at a table by the window like a customer but all the doors were locked. Midday no reason to be drive through only and no signage until you got to the door itself. The woman who took the order over the drive through speaker was polite but the man who took the money and handed out the food had no business being in any consumer facing role. He was horribly rude and completely unaware of his demeanor. You can see from my other reviews that I like Dunkin and most coffee houses but this location is too be avoided.

Freshly brewed coffee shop. Ordered dark roast, mini bagels and munchies,was also fresh, fast paced service with a welcoming attitude.

There are several DD locations off of Route 130, but this is by far the best and the only one I go to now on my way to work. They've never messed up my order (either live or through the app) and have incredible customer service. If the line is long but I've ordered ahead with the app, occasionally one of the workers or even manager will come outside to my car to give me my order and speed up the line. Today they even packaged my two donuts in a 10 count-munchkins box so they don't get squished in my bag! I get greeted by name when I arrive, and everyone who works there is unfailingly friendly and polite. Love this place!

This dunkin is horrible, I live very close to it so I’ve been there multiple times every time I go my ice coffee always taste old very bitter like the coffee was sitting out every night. Hash browns always soggy. Sad part is this Dunkin has been like this since it opened. I went yesterday and it was the last straw I ordered a Carmel craz latte that was watered down the espresso wasn’t fresh tasted like they had it brewed early in the morning and was sitting all day. Definitely the worst Dunkin On rt130 new management is definitely needed

Stores need to have updated and accurate pickup options. I have an oversized truck that can not go through a drive through lane. Upon arriving to the store for in store pick up after ordering in the app, the doors were locked with a drive through only sign on the window. The store also did not answer their phone for assistance. Very dissatisfied.

All for well done bacon and she burnt out and got rude when I gave it back. Horrible customer service but the cashier was very polite.

I get DD breakfast sandwiches once every couple of years, and then I remember why it's been a couple of years since the last time. 🥴 Stick to the coffee and donuts!

Inside closes at noon, but why?? Long wait at drive thru then the girl stood there in the window holding my bag while talking to an employee. She was not paying attention or not even aware that she was in the middle of a transaction with me. Very frustrating. Large cappuccino was ALL ice and water. What a rip-off. You work at Dunkin. Learn how to make coffee. Worst Dunkin ever! I never go to Starbucks but I left there looking for one because I still need some caffeine!

Incredibly slow service, both waiting to give an order and for them to prepare the order. Woman taking the order didn’t know the menu items or if cream cheese could even be put on the bagel twist. Had no chocolate munchkins at 10am on a Saturday.

The service whas very good I went by the drive through. I got my coffe and two doughnuts Iv orden first and I've went to the other window the cashier was waiting with my order it was fast i didn't have to wait to get my orden.

Worst coffee ever . Warm water with a tast of I don't know what. Not good at all

They are the worst dunkin, coffee is very inconsistent , never made right, I have had to have drinks re-made more than once and they still didn’t taste like what I asked for
