This hotel is very well maintained. Lobby is cozy, staff is beyond friendly, and rooms are neat and comfortable. I love the fact that there’s a mini kitchen in the room. They provide utensils, plates, cups, glass, cookware etc. Another favorite part of mine is the bathroom. The standup shower is big enough for like 4 people and it’s kept clean. Front desk receptionist Tonya made our stay even better. She was very welcoming and understanding. I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the U.S and I got to say this hotel is definitely top 10. Small cons: breakfast can be improved, tv in room doesn’t have streaming capabilities.

Stayed for one night. Its a decent hotel with covered swimming pool and there is a grilling area with fireplace at night. Gym is there as well. Rooms are dated. Some furniture like the office chair was not clean. But Well equipped kitchen.

Tonya from front desk was very friendly and showed knowledge about customer relations. I wish people like her could be promoted to a better position. The room was super clean. The breakfast was incredible good and they provided variety. The pool was absolutely cold. Other than that everything else was good.

Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. When I checked out, I had an allergy attack (it's my allergy season) and sneezed without covering my mouth. The front desk receptionist, who called herself Tonya, directly went to the back room, and had the conversation with me from the back room. I asked whether there was any surcharge, she said she did not understand what that meant. Later I tried to get my phone from the room, when I showed up, Tonya just dashed to the backroom, twice. I told her it was an allergy attach, and I was not sick. Her argued was she could go wherever she wanted. She was 100% right as she should go somewhere else but not the hospitality industry.

Good hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Family friendly. Has fire pit and bbq pit. Breakfast was good the entire time but it was much better when first arrived. Real eggs the entire time. Had fresh danishes at first. Had fruits. Rooms were good. Close enough to grocery stores. Always had coffee downstairs. Even iced coffee.

I’ve stayed here a few times for work over the past 2 years, it’s slowly deteriorating in the upkeep and cleanliness departments. The room I just stayed in was FILTHY. Mold in the shower, abhorrently dirty bedding and wet (yes, wet) albeit flooded towels upon arrival. From now on I will be requesting a hotel allowance from my company and spending that money elsewhere. This place is nasty nasty nasty!!

We travelled from Georgia to visit family and stayed at this location. The accommodations were excellent and the service was top-notch. We even found time to enjoy the heated indoor pool. Tonya at the front desk made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, very clean, excellent service, fully equipped rooms, has a pool area, basketball court, gym and bonfire area to share a pleasant night. The hotel is very well located, close to large department stores, a variety of food establishments, next to the hotel parking lot there is a small and cute restaurant, you can do activities such as visiting a Working Dog Winery vineyard just 15 minutes from El El Newly inaugurated Hindu Baps Swaminarayan Akshardah temple, the second largest in the world, is just 16 minutes from the hotel.

The rooms were nice, and the staff friendly. Rating it low because I left my watch there, and tracked it to when the cleaning crew would be coming through when the power was lost. Unsurprisingly, the watch never made it to lost and found. Giving it more than one stars because the day manager was really nice about it and told me they looked in lost and found and all the carts, but it was a $250 watch that disappeared three days ago during cleaning. I went shopping in the surrounding area the morning we left before i realize it was gone. I'm fairly sure I'm not getting it back.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms, extremely clean. They have a great sit down complementary breakfast. Eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more! Staff was very very kind and helpful, no matter what time of the day/night! They have a great gym and indoor pool. They have a guest laundry room on the second floor. Would definitely stay again. Within walking distance (20min walk to be exact) of Wawa, and Hamilton Marketplace!

My husband and I only stay at Marriott hotels. We've been staying at them for several years now. They are not all the same. This one has to be in the top 2 or 3. Beautifully manicured outside. Really clean inside. No weird odors hit you when you walk in. The room was great. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and actually smiling. It sits just beside a highway but once your inside you don't hear any traffic or trucks going by. We will certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay! Very clean, accommodating, and affordable hotel. Tonya, front desk staff, welcomed us and helped make our stay perfect!

I went for a business trip, very pleased with the service and the employees here. Sadly, they needed a card to keep on file, which I did provide and yes they charged $1.00 to make sure it was a working card. Prior, this stay was paid for from my company. They did just charge my card for the full amount today. I'm in the process of trying to get this refunded. Just stay aware in regards to putting a card down for security purposes. I would like a call back. Thank You

Do your self a favor and DO NOT stay here if you can afford somewhere else for your own safety. First, I checked in the other night and there was a dog pee on the carpet. It smelled so bad that I had to change rooms. I even tried to manage it as I was 9 months pregnant and already exhausted for the day. The customer service was very rude and asked why I didn't notice it when I first walked in. Also on 11/24/23, I was already here for a day and returned from work. I noticed my door was open. I had all my belongings in there. I tired calling customer service and there was no one at the first desk. I was very scared to walk in the room as I was defenseless. Apparently, the house cleaner cleaned the room and forgot to lock it. While I appreciate her cleaning my room, I never requested it. This place is a mess and if you value your life and security, please find a better hotel. I will never ever return to this place again.

This is by far the best Residence Inn I've stayed throughout my 8 years of traveling. The rooms, the amenities, the area it's in and most importantly the staff are the best. JM at the front desk is always welcoming including every other person I've had the pleasure of seeing. The maids and the maintenence workers truly take pride in what they do here. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Really nice hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Prompt and responsive to any requests we had. Breakfast choices were nice too. Although we only had hotel breakfast once during our 4 night stay. Definitely would consider during future visits to the area.

The location was great for us. The service, when provided, also on point. We requested a double bed as there were 4 of us but their ac unit had broken leaving us to a handicap king sized room. The room was not very functional as it barely had any cabinets to safely store our things/place our bags, no hand towel hook at the vanity. The cabinets they had were under the TV stand outside of the room and the 2 nightstands in the room. They do have wired shelving but wasn't adequate for 4 people.

Confortable suite. Relatively new. Clean & many amenities. Bathroom was dark, lighting inadequate, making shaving difficult. TV & internet worked well and had added features. Free breakfast had many good choices that were all good.
