highly
recommend
Josh
Barkauskie
from
XLR8
performance
on
several
levels.
First,
I
have
worked
with
Josh
for
several
years
after
first
approaching
him
about
a
bad
back
(from
playing
multiple
sports
as
a
youth
athlete).
Josh
tackled
the
situation
like
nobody
had
before,
assessing
the
problem,
identifying
areas
to
address,
and
then
forming
a
solid
training
plan
for
strengthening
those
areas.
The
results
have
been
incredible
and
I’m
stronger
and
more
flexible
now
than
I’ve
been
in
a
long
time
(enough
where
I’m
back
golfing
with
my
son
when
I
had
basically
given
that
up
due
to
my
back).
In
addition
to
helping
me,
Josh
has
greatly
helped
both
of
my
children
learn
how
to
properly
strength
train,
lift
weights,
improve
flexibility,
improve
cardio
based
on
their
specific
sports,
etc.
They
have
also
seen
great
results
based
on
working
with
Josh.
And
they
learned
the
*right
way*
to
train,
which
can
be
challenging
for
kids
just
getting
into
strength
training.
So,
to
use
a
sports
metaphor,
we
don’t
just
view
Josh
as
just
our
trainer.
He’s
basically
a
part
of
our
family
team.
Again,
highly
recommended.
