Dr Tsai, Ms Horta and the staff are great. From the moment you walk in the door you feel so comfortable. My husband doesn’t like dentist, for years he always complained about going and would cancel appointments or do a no show. Since switching to Hamilton Square Dental he’s had a total change of heart. He enjoys going now especially with Dr Tsai. I’m so happy I found my new dental family.

Dr Tsai is professional AND friendly. He carefully considers the needs of each patient. He makes sure my visit is thorough and very comfortable. I enjoyed my first time there. The staff was really friendly and especially when coming in after driving on an icy road, which was a stressful thing to deal with. But I felt welcomed and my teeth were gently cleaned even with the powerful tool the dentist was handling. The X-Ray part was a bit uncomfortable and at the end I wasn’t sure if the dentist was open to more questions because he looked really busy. Those were my only cons but otherwise best visit to any dentist I’ve had in a while. Thanks guys!

So I’m not sure if a dentist visit can be great. It’s not like I’d plan to go here for a good time, but the staff was extremely friendly and understanding. I thought my appointment was at 3 , but it was at 2 so I wound up being 20 min late . They still were able to see me and took care of my problem. Fast courteous, professional and thorough.
