What a beautiful and awesome place. I've never had a more pleasant place to live. The managers are great. From day 1 I've been welcomed in to the family.. the other residents are friendly to all that come in and we have a great time playing cards and dinners. We're always congregating in the lobby for different events to socialize. The apartments have been most comfortable. And when my family stop by they're very impressed with all the ammonites. Great place to live.

I accompanied my friend and their parents on numerous tours in the Warren County area in search of a community tailored to active aging adults. Out of all of the stops, Hopkins Commons, had a real sense of “HOME.” Residents were very friendly when we toured the property and it seemed like a good fit. Hopkins is at the top of our list!

I am planning a long distance move and the staff at Hopkins Commons has been fantastic in assisting me with arrangements. I am so excited to be moving into my new apartment and so happy they welcome pets. Can’t wait to use the dog park and make new friends. Selling my home and now going to have time to socialize!

This place is an amazing. I just leased an apartment this month, but mainly because of all the amenities, and how gorgeous and well kept the complex is. I am very much looking forward to making this my 🏠. Everyone I have met so far has been super nice. Will keep you posted if anything changes. 🤩

I just moved out recently after living at Hopkins Commons for 13 months. Let me start by saying that I loved my apartment and the residents, but the management and maintenance were very unprofessional. The amenities that were promised when I moved in were never delivered. This is supposed to be a secure facility, but the door from the parking lot into the building was broken and was never locked. This allowed anyone to access the building from the street. I could add more, but don’t see any reason to since I don’t live there anymore. However, I will and that after 60 days I still have not received my deposit. There’s always an excuse.

Updated Review 10/20/2020 - Reviews don’t count if you are soliciting residents for “positive “reviews in exchange for gifts - see picture. All these positive reviews from the last week are a joke. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owners response that once this place is completed it will be the premier place to live is comical. Construction has been going on for 3 years and is not where near completed. The building address sign has not been added in 3 years. The have black trash bags covering the unfinished areas and it looks horrible! For the kind of rent people are paying that is completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look else where or you'll be living in construction for years.

Hi, I wasn't sure who to contact about this inquiry. I tried calling, but it took me to your leasing office. That is what my complaint is for. I have been a resident for a while now, and I have noticed a severe issue. Your leasing agent and receptionist have been leaving way before closing for the last month. They are doing this without any sort of notice to residents of our community. Because of this, I haven't been able to get any help with my issues. For starters, I have had problems with getting a maintenance order fulfilled. I also haven't been granted access to Luxor One, so I cannot get my packages unless someone is in your office. The staff here is lazy and careless and is starting to become unacceptable. I have had a neighbor threaten me multiple times. When I complained, I was told, "Oh, yeah, she does that." I thought threats were against leasing agreements. If I'm not the only one this neighbor has threatened, why is nothing being done? Another problem is that people aren't picking up after dogs or walking them on leashes. That was also something that went against leasing agreements. I have a dog as well, and I do follow those rules, so why isn't it mandated for others? Please advise on what I should do and who else I should contact. Thank you. Seriously disappointed as I love my apartment. I'm not sure if staff is newer here. I had a friend who lived here that suggested I moved in. This behavior does not reflect what I have heard about this community. Kim is very hostile and rude I have heard this complaint from other residents and Sharron is irresponsible and nosy. I do not mind friendliness but she has a habbit of sharing to much information with me and other residents.

I have been here 1 1/2 years. Selling my house was hard after 49 years but, it was the best thing I could have done.I am 80 years old and no longer have to cut grass, rake leaves and shovel snow.I now have time for my family, dog, meeting with friends, playing games, sewing and what I want to do. I have had very few problem and those I did have were taken care of quickly. Kim is so sweet she loves everyone’s dogs and makes us all feel at home. She has planned many events to help everyone get acquainted. I am only 5 miles from the house I was born in and 4 miles from where I lived for almost 50 years. This is the best move I could have made. Love it.

I have lived in many apartments but nothing as wonderful as this. This is beautiful has all the amenities anyone could want, and everyone here is so nice and friendly. And the staff can't be beat. There are rooms to congregate in, play games in and watch TV with friends. It is kept exceptionally clean, and they even have a dog park. You will love living here. Kim

It has been two years since I have become a Hopkins Commons resident and I feel like I have found a perfect retirement home. The staff are always helpful and pleasant to deal with and the residents are more like a family. Love the surroundings, lake, dog park, gym and spa and now the addition of the extra service's offered by Rise n Thrive Home Care make Hopkins Commons the perfect home for anyone looking for an apartment. .
