Staff was attentive, we normally go to our local Chillis in pa but their food quality is no longer good, tried this location, 100 percent better.

We took my family to Chili's in Hamilton, NJ after not been there for more than 2 years. Simply to say, HORRIBLE !!!! I don't even know where to start. I usually don't leave feedbacks, but for this one, I must. Food: took forever to come out. The cooking was so plain, boring and we LOVE Mexican food and we do know Mexican food, trust me all. Drinks: 90% juice. Might as well order Coke. The tables and chairs were sticky and nasty. Any place your hands touched, was nasty. I will put it this way, THEY WILL NEVER EVER SEE US AGAIN!!! Keep the food for others.

Chili's currently offers 3 for 10 and 2 for 25 on their menu. The 3 for 10 which I think gives you more for your money lets you pick a beverage, soup or salad and an entree. I ordered a raspberry iced tea, chicken enchilada soup and Cajun shrimp pasta. It was filling. The pasta needs more flavor and creaminess. I should have ordered a burger for entree. The onion blossoms [appetizer] and chili are pretty decent. Mango flavored tea is light and I should say refreshing. Ice cream topped cookie dessert is a sweet treat to a nice meal. If you're on a budget chili's is the place to go while this promo lasts. I gave four stars for some cleanliness issue with the table we were given. Crumbs and stains had to be wiped off at our request.

Food here is just always what I ordered. I never had to complain about my food order. Unfortunately, they are understaffed most of the time. My fiancé and I have eaten there for lunch, mid day, and dinner. Their service is friendly. but just takes a while sometimes to get your food or drink refills. You can tell they are trying, so I don't care to complain about the staff themselves. Try their street corn, you'll love it! ❤️

Chicken sandwich meal was actually good, Queso Dip unfortunately made me lose my appetite though. Loved the new menu, Fajitas looked good.

Went for a fundraiser. They seemed to pack everyone into the bar which resulted in a lot of floor traffic. Bartender was confused when asked for an Irish coffee (Jameson's whiskey), it came in a separate $6.50 shot glass). Dinner was missing sides. Needed to ask a few times for items. But the fajitas were generously sized and I had enough for leftovers the next day.

Great food and a nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly and quick, at least on non busy days. Menu could use some work as it doesn't seem coherent and could use a re design a little all over the place. Otherwise, it's a great place.

This place gives me hope at chain restaurants . Usually service is terrible at chain restaurants but this place is the opposite . I applaud this place in hiring such great people . Greeted , checked up on to see if we needed anything. Even if the food wasn’t good I would come here because everyone is so kind. But it’s an added bonus the food is delicious . We will be back again for a 3rd time . Keep up the good work .

Was there again with my husband on a Saturday night. They were super busy, but everyone worked together like a well-oiled machine. From the greater to my server and even management, everyone was 1 step ahead. My drink was always refilled, the food was really good, and you can't beat the prices. We like it so much, we usually make it there once a week.

If I could leave more stars I would... Good service is so hard to come by these days and we had well above and beyond that. The wait staff was so attentive. Our waitress brought drink refills without us even asking and stopped by to give an update on our order when it was taking a bit longer than expected. A little communication goes a long way and after 2 amazing experiences at this location, I had to leave a review. We will definitely be back!

Food is consistently good, service is quick and wasn't too crowded.

Ok. So the chicken sandwich was dry and the lettuce and tomato tasted like they were old and dried out. Fries were undercooked and almost cold. The waitress was busy with a table of about 10 people so we were pretty much ignored. However, the manager could not have been nicer! He really tried to make things right. Bottom line , the best part of this experience was the management!

The Manager and our waitress was very friendly. They made our food in a timely matter. And they were patient while we were waiting for our friend

Not sure what's going on here, use to br a great place. Food has not been up to par the last few times. And as usual the wait staff are preoccupied with one another or thier cell phones

Genuinely one of the best meals I've ever had. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were just good, but the steak was one of the juiciest I've ever had and the garlic butter was amazing. Their skillet cookie is one of my favorite things on the planet to eat and this one was no different.

Not so good this visit. Seated in bar area so bartender was our waitress. Everything came at same time with no apologies, hardly touched appetizer when entrées arrived. Didn't get what I ordered and she acted like I lied when I told her that fact. Gave us credit as "good will" on check. Not my definition of good will!

This chilli's always has a table ready and when it's super busy they do their best to not keep you on the wait long. We like the menu, kid friend, staff is friendly. The food is always consistent.

First time here. We had the 3 meat sampler: moist brisket, pulled pork and turkey. All were great. We like the six trial bottles of sauce at each table. Good marketing but also makes the meal better. Corn bread was ok.

I believe this place gave me food poisoning. I have been many times within the past months. My s.o. and I got the sampler apps and the southwestern eggrolls. Not even a hour or so after we got home the toliet and me were best friends, I spent all night getting sick and couldn't even keep water in my system. It was a horrible time. I'm not sure if it was the southwestern egg rolls or not but that seemed to be the main thing that wasn't agreeing with me. Please make sure your cooks are clean people and washing there hands. Worst service ever. I was told my takeout would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there at 25 minutes, waited for 10 minutes before the kid working the counter checked on my order, and then was told it would be about her 15 minutes. Then the kid gave me an attitude when I inquired why he told me 15 and they were not ready at 35 minutes. He called me "buddy" and told me they were the only place in the area that was busy. Believe, they are not busy. They're just incompetent.

My son and I decided to do Chili's tonight. We hadn't been there in quite some time. Now I know why I haven't been there in a while. We were seated at our table and the first thing I noticed was how run down and worn out the floor was. There were cracks in the floor and there were tortilla chips on it as well, in the walkway. There was also a rip in the bench I was sitting on at our booth. We placed our orders. We ordered honey Chipotle wings for an app. I had the chicken Quesadilla explosion salad for an entree, which was earmarked as a customer favorite. My son had the Brisket burger. My son's meal was good. It was warm and flavorful. As for my meal. The quesadillas were cold. The chicken was cold. The melted cheese on top was cold and hardened. Salad was kinda flavorful, but the lettuce was soggy. Oh the app we ordered, came out after our entrees. We had the server box it up to go. The service was average at best. The server seemed like he was overwhelmed. He was running around pretty frantically. I figured he was new, so I cut him a break. He tried his best. I was more disappointed with the quality of food and the appearance of the restaurant. It gave off the feeling like they would soon be closing down. I'd think long and hard about going back to eat there again.

Horrible…I would zero stars if I could. Food was over cooked and not good, server was horrible(Joe)…I understand they had an emergency in the kitchen but our server was not part of that, he was more busy talking and standing around then tending to his tables. We will never return to this location again. And this was my husbands birthday dinner and I wanted to have dessert and them to sing but our server was horrible so we didn’t bother asking for things a third time. We will be going somewhere else for a birthday dinner for my husband another night, he deserves so much better then this.

Chili's to go is awful!!!! Every time we order and pick up. Tonight they left out an expensive meal. I called and the person that answered the phone did not listen to a word I said. They put the manager, April, on the phone who said she was crediting my card for the meal. Never did and we received zero apology. The kicker is we picked it up, they didn't even deliver it to our car. My husband had to go inside and we gave a 15% tip. Never again will I do take out at this location and not sure that I will ever visit this location again!!!! Very disappointing.

Came here food was great!! Waiter was awesome!! I had the Caribbean salad with shrimp.. hubby had the the chicken and waffles.. kiddos had burger sliders!! For a quick bite it was!! Thank you for making it a nice birthday dinner out for me!!
