I had a very bad experience in my time here. The staff was nice but I was constantly charged for things I had not signed up for, my key fob was always getting shut off, and it was impossible to contact the gym. I really don't recommend here at all.

Thieves!! Take your money, charge you ridiculous fees. No cancelations. Worst gym I have ever been to or heard of. Don't go here. Need to get rid of gyms like these

Terrible customer service from manager. Workers under his position are very kind. Joseph is a very ill minded person to talk to and doesn’t seem to show any respect or responsibility taking. Happy to leave!

Gym is clean but extremely small. Staff may be kind but lacks awareness or being unique. Very little member base and doesn’t differentiate itself from other clubs other than 24 hour access. Same outdated membership and sales concept from any USA gym. No different than a used cars salesman position except with less income flowing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have been overcharged for three months now and it is still continuing. THREE MANAGERS LATER and it is still not resolved, fighting to get ahold of someone above the local store that can assist. RIDICULOUS.

This is a nice gym; equipment is in good condition. What I don’t like is I never see anyone cleaning/wiping down the equipment. Also, would like odor absorbers in the gym some don’t know or choose not to wear deodorant the smell is vile sometimes.

Just be aware their Saturday staffed hours starts at 10 and not 9 like the website says. Shout out to the old cranky boomer 10 feet from the door that wouldn’t open the door for me and waived me off. Real friendly dude. Thanks to the bodybuilder that walked all the way from the furthest corner of the gym and actually did let me in after I explained I was a new member and that their online hours said they were staffed at 9 to let guests in. But, it’s a pretty well equipped gym with 4 bench/squat racks, plenty of dumbells, and machines. Very clean. For the lightly populated area it’s in, it’s nice. Besides the cranky old dude, my only gripe is price. It’s about $66 a month with downpayment for a one year membership. I trained at a private gym in Los Angeles with celebrity clientele that cost less before moving to Ohio.

I use many Anytime Fitness location. This location is always clean, there is plenty of space. A water bottle fill station would be a great addition like most others have.

Convenient, good equipment and options. I'm in & out usually in 30 mins. I go late during non peak times and appreciate the 24/7 flexibility!!!

Staff are always friendly and patient, even when they have to show me the same exercise more than once. Pleasant atmosphere and clean gym!

Cody and Griffon make you feel welcome and offer excellent personal training. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Hopefully we can have group classes again in 2021. Those are a lot of fun and no two classes are ever the same.

Clean and friendly workout environment. Plenty of equipment.
