The
nurses
were
phenomenal
and
Dr.
Hartman
was
great.
I
expressed
how
thankful
I
was
for
him
and
the
nurses.
I
also
explained
to
him
why
I
would
never
recommend
this
clinic
to
anyone,
which
was
due
to
the
incompetent
reception/
client
service
team
who
were
incapable
of
communicating
properly
and
full
if
attitude
while
being
unhelpful.
They
ruined
the
experience
for
my
partner
and
I
and
this
review
is
a
direct
result
of
the
client
service
representative
(CSR's).
NOT
the
Dr
or
nursing
staff.
(I'll
preface
this
with
the
fact
I
have
worked
in
healthcare
for
19yrs,
so
I
really
understand
how
the
process
goes
and
I
understand
how
communication
is
suppose
to
work.)
Long
story:
Communication
issues
started
away.
I
was
waiting
for
the
email
confirmation
and
almost
ended
up
missing
my
1st
appt
due
to
them
using
multiple
email
addresses
for
the
same
communication
thread,
which
simply
makes
no
sense
and
is
the
opposite
of
helpful,
making
It
obvious
how
impossible
it
is
for
the
clinic
to
keep
things
straight.
They
also
emailed
me
confirmation
of
my
appt,
unexpectedly
less
than
24hrs
ahead
of
time.
I
swapped
shifts
and
made
it
none
the
less,
but
that's
unreasonable.
Next
appt
was
for
my
partner
and
he
had
an
impossible
time
getting
a
hold
of
them.
NO
ONE
would
ever
answer
the
phone
(he's
a
truck
driver
and
was
able
to
call
repeatedly
for
over
30
calls...literally.
Then
gave
up),
there's
no
way
to
leave
a
voicemail,
and
no
one
would
reply
to
his
emails.
I
ended
up
having
to
go
into
the
clinic
for
him
(1hr
drive
form
me).
Due
to
their
lack
of
efficiency
and
organization
he
was
unable
to
get
an
appt
time
for
before
our
"follow
up"
date
causing
us
to
reschedule.
Then,
my
next
follow
up
was
cancelled
because
apparently
"
there
was
no
confirmation"...
I
had
called
and
spoke
with
someone
directly
to
confirm
AND
emailed
my
confirmation...
So
I
would
love
for
someone
to
explain
how
that
possibly
got
lost
in
translation?
Clearly
nothing
is
documented
in
patient
files.
Then
I
was
told
the
clinic
would
call
me
back
with
a
new
follow
up
appt...4
days
went
by
with
no
notice.
I
call
back
to
find
out
I'm
put
on
a
wait
list,
which
they
weren't
even
going
to
tell
me
about.
I
asked
for
this
date
to
be
sent
to
me
via
email,
along
with
management
information
to
speak
to
someone
about
all
this
lack
of
communication.
To
no
surprise,
I
never
received
an
email
with
either
of
those
requests.
I
sent
an
email
12hrs
later
asking
again
for
the
same
2
things.
Finally
received
the
appt
date,
but
of
course
no
management
contact
info.
I
went
back
to
the
clinic
and
asked
for
management
contact
info
to
which
the
CSR's
looked
around
at
eachother
asking
if
anyone
knew
who
that
was
🤦♀️.
No
one
knew...
I
even
asked
the
DR
after
speaking
with
him,
and
he
said
he
would
get
me
that
info,
which
STILL
hasn't
happened.
There
are
no
words
for
how
disappointing
and
frustrating
the
communication
and
professionalism
has
been
from
this
clinic.
The
stress
from
the
disorganization
ruined
the
entire
process.
I'm
embarrassed
for
the
clinic,
and
truly
hope
it
gets
resolved
for
the
sake
of
the
patients/clients
and
the
rest
of
the
medical
team.
I
am
so
grateful
I
received
good
news
from
my
diagnostics
and
do
not
need
to
continue
seeing
a
fertility
clinic
going
further...I
can
guarantee
it
would
not
have
been
here
though,
if
I
did
need
to
continue
with
one. It
is
such
a
shame
because
of
how
good
the
medical
team
is.
The
nurses
and
doctors
were
wonderful.
The
clinic
also
very
beautiful!
