My experience today was amazing! Michelle is very knowledgeable but also listened to what I was experiencing. That helped her decide the best way to approach my treatment and I left my visit with relief and confident that things will improve.

My visit with Dr. Anabell Carter was amazing. I appreciate her explaining everything to me. Most importantly what I was feeling was truly valid and she was determined to get an answer. Can't wait to continue my treatments with her.

We are so lucky in Bermuda to. have Raina the physiotherapist working in Hamilton. When a patient has a medical problem they want the best. Firstly knowledge with experience, followed by compassion. I am sure my problem will disappear as I follow Raina’s instructions.

I had my first session with Michelle Monk today. She was outstanding. Clearly very knowledgeable and so compassionate. I felt like I was talking to someone who truly understood.

I’ve been to several doctors, physios, and chiropractors on island and off. To date, Dr. Carter has been the most informative and helpful Doctor I have seen for my injury. Her technique for administering my intra articular injection was spot on and pain free. She is clearly a book of knowledge. Initially, I was bummed to wait 2 months for an appointment with her but now I see why…WELL worth the wait.

Lucy, one of the newest members of the Center for Sports physio therapy department is amazing!! I have been going for the past 4 weeks and can speak on her professionalism as as physio therapist. She is extremely focused and dedicated to her clients well being. I am well pleased with my progress and Lucy.

First time patient with Dr. Carter, I am experiencing extreme pain due to a pinched nerve. She was welcoming which put me at ease but what I appreciated the most was her approach, she heard me and provided clarity/education on my injury and previous medical services by using a combination of; visual aides, hands-on services and technics for self-care. Dr. Jonathan Power is very knowledgable; an expert in his field. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explains everything in an understandable way. I had two injections in my knee and he was so gentle (only a little burning in one spot). I was expecting it to be incredibly painful and it wasn't! I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Dr Power and the CSOM as a whole. Although I'm only on an extended holiday on the island I felt even more looked after by the team in regards my condition than from my previous doctors surgeries at home and Dr Power helped me understand my issues, suggested a great plan of action and is able to supply me with references in my own country to continue with my recovery and physio. Would highly recommend

Raina of CSOM is magic. While I always enjoy her enthusiastic and sunny personality, it is her ability to immediately see the stress and pain in my back; and then to relieve those issues quickly and efficiently. She has made my life so much better.

Today was a spa day! FST with M'Lynn was excellent - knowledgeable and intuitive and I will continue to do this in lieu of massage. My PRP Facial made me look atrocious for tonight :-) but I look forward to the results. Eve is fantastic, informative, humorous, skilled and compassionate. Thank you!

Staff are always friendly from the moment you enter the door. Bakari listens to you. He is knowledgeable in his craft, and spot on when it comes to treating you.

Both the Physiotherapist and Dr. Power were very thorough in their approach and made sure I understood what was involved throughout the process. The eighties music in the waiting area was a nice touch as well.

Bakari Simons is truly one of the best! He takes the time to listen to his patients and you never feel like he is rushing you out the door. Bakari is always sharing his knowledge. He is constantly learning and expanding his knowledge on how to better assist his patients. I am thankful to have been introduced to him as he has assisted me in changing my life. Ciara Flanagan continues to be very professional and thorough with everything she does as well as being very patient in explaining and answering many questions. She is very good at making sure that I understand what she wants me to do. It is obvious that she is highly trained, and very good with making sure that her training is put to good use with her knowledge of my issues. Her kind personality and therefore the way she looks after my questions are great. There is no one else I would consider going to for help.

Professional from start to finish! I highly commend Mr. Stephen Lightbourne. He listens, explains things in "normal" terms, and most importantly he worked his magic on my neck and shoulder issue where I am pain free one week after a major flare up which I had to initially go to the hospital for. :-)

I was in a great deal of pain as my sciatica had flared up. Dr. Annabel Carter was truly empathetic and helpful with treating me for the pain. The staff as well were very accommodating with trying to fit me in as she fully booked until almost the end of January, helping me when I arrived as I could barely walk!

CSOM is phenomenal. Each of the practitioners are at the top of their fields and specialties. Dr.Carter has consciously curated all aspects of her office, from her practitioners, her incredible staff and the design of the office. I have been a practicing chiropractor in the US for over 30 years, and I wish I would have had this office to refer my patients to.
