Either the worst or second worst shopping centre in Hamilton. Both as bad as each other with greedy owners screwing the public in substandard conditions verging on danger.

Most of the shops are closed or are closing, moving out on to the main road as rent rates are too high, as are all shopping malls in the UK. NO amenities, no toilets, has a roof carpark (not free) no major cafe's, except possibly the Greggs. Has a Savers, Poundland, Indoor climbing activity centre, a butchers, barbers, Charity shop and thats mainly all now...

Was ok when gym was open but now nothing really

This was one of the most depressing walks around a town I have done. There is nothing worthwhile seeing and the shops that are open are very specific to needs. Phones, currency exchange etc. If you need to get something specific fine, but if your browsing or looking for something interesting move on

Everything closed down except for few shops not worth a visit.

First time their , food excellent certainly go back.

Very disappointing that so many shops are closing. Need some sort of re generating. As for the old Bairds site badly needs attention as it's the first thing that you see to enter the centre

The area I was in had a lot of empty shop units. Hopeful when things pick up this will changes and give a more vibrant atmosphere.

This is a very poor shopping experience. But in saying that it only 😔 reflects Hamilton Town centre.

It only gets 2 stars, as no fault on the retailer's, but at least 50% of the shops are closed,

Not as good as it was years ago but still a nice wee shopping experience!

Not as good as it once was.. Wilkinsons is the only shop that keeps me going in once it goes sadly I probably won’t step foot in it.. markets are very poor

It's sad to see so many shops closed. However, my kids and I visited a fair few and got what we were looking for. Still go to Hamilton regularly.

Very good stalls ,also the entertainment and the weather too .

Like all shopping malls suffering with the recession but looking positive

I'm as guilty as the rest with online shopping killing the high st. Probably phenomenal business rates from some will end up being none unless something is changed.

Not many shops quiz newlook primark. Honestly Hamilton is a goast town oh and beauty bee

Really clean and nice place. Shops were great very reasonable prices. Lots of places to sit people were very polite and helpful

Unfortunately there is a few empty units, but the units there are good and there is a climbing wall, which is amazing, a gym, a charity shop, a pound shop, a butchers, a Gregg's, a barbers, a bag shop and a few more. It's well kept and the security are always there patrolling and are very helpful if you need directions or assistance.

Don't waste your time , drive to motherwell if you want a shopping center

What a shame about the town in Hamilton all those closed shops used to be a great shopping centre it's time the council did something about it

Most shops r empty or shops you wouldn't go into only went to poundland and back out again as nothing else really in the centre

Discusting company. Paid 2 hours of parking. After 26 mins of fighting with an app download. Couldn't even get it working on two phones. Eventually got it working on a third. Made payment and then received a threating letter for £70 as if it had not been paid. So as a heads up to any other poor unfortunate person that decides to park here. They class the timer from when you pass the gate until you leave the gate. Even though there's more than just their business on that road. No wonder the high street is dying you deserve to get shut down and have no customers. Welcome to Hamilton. Pathetic. Will not be back!!!

Seriously needs some investment. Roof had at least 6 leaks onto main concourse with large parts of ceiling missing, water damaged or in danger of falling. Owners really need to attract more businesses or else I fear it eill just become another empty mall

I enjoyed the new Cross shopping today.Plenty of shops to go around and you can find everything that you need. Nice eating places as well and plenty of car parking although you have to pay.

This is a lovely shopping centre it's just a pity there wasn't more shops in it. Before the covid kicked in the shopping centre was always busy with people but it's not as busy now. There is some great shops to be had if you are looking for something specific or not as the case maybe. Their is toilets in the centre and a big car park at the back of the centre. A brilliant coffee shop for a relaxing break and drink and to take the weight off your feet for a bit. But give it a visit and see the shopping centre for yourselves
