The lovely lady at the front desk was Professional and to the point, I was late and she told me I was late and she would see if Renuka would be able to give me full service as she might have another client after me and that was fine with me. It worked out that she was able to give me my full time and Boy oh boy was I a happy lady. Renuka was pleasant, warm, attentive and a very excellent person in her chosen field, My feet were really happy when we left Spa Oasis. What a lovely clean and happily run facility. Each young lady that passed me greeted me with a pleasant good morning. I was given a gift certificate to come to your facility. I hadn't been there before and it won't be my last time. I had an AWESOME experience during my pedi hour! It was relaxing, and my feet feel rejuvenated. I have also had a couple of massages in the past that were also. A great experience.

There was a slight mishap that was cleared up smoothly, professionally and timely. Great place, I felt very comfortable and the services are truly amazing.

OMG! My experience was phenomenal. I received treatment called Summer Serenity, eyebrows and lip wax with Bhagi...loved it! That will be my go to for the best massage and professionalism.

The treatments are great and good value for money. For the second time in a row though I arrived on time for my appointment but they were running 15-20 minutes late. The first time I was patient and waited in the lounge and then the 1 hour treatment I paid for only lasted 45 minutes. When I complained about it, they gave me a complimentary 15 minute treatment voucher for use next time. The second time I went, my treatment was booked for 1 hour, 15 minutes but they were 15 minutes late again and still ended at the same time so I effectively only got a 1 hour treatment. I will go again but hopefully next time they will be on time and not make a trend of being late.

I initially started out prior to the Spa opening at the house. I had an all day experience at the Spa which was mostly enjoyable except for the facial. The therapist was rough, and I don't think it was intentional, but just her way. Her name began with a B I have since returned for a facial and wondered why waxing of the chin and eyebrows were not included, as this was my experience before.

One of THEEEEE best massages I've ever had. I left there glowing according to my friends. I know I felt light as a feather. I got the massage with body scrub and body wrap by Surya. AMAZING!!!!!

I love to take advantage of specials as yes it stretches my dollars and from the 1st time you use thier services you're added to their email list to receive their monthly specials. I like that the variety of the specials covers all body parts. As well the price advertised is what you pay. The staff are very polite and make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I definitely recommend you try a spa treatment here and you won't regret it. You'll be going back more and more. I'm excited to see the next monthly special.

Spa Oasis is a gem!! I always leave there feeling AMAZING!!

My husband and I love to get massages everywhere we vacation. We’ve had them all over the US and Caribbean. I found Spa Oasis online and it had great reviews and a weekday special of $110 for a 90 minute massage, which is a third of what one of the local hotels wanted, so I was excited to give it a try. Little did I know what an incredible experience we were in for! We normally both get deep tissue, which is what my hubby got here. I opted for a Balinese massage to change it up a little. I was not prepared for Dayu to climb up on the table and balance on me using her knees, along with her arms and incredibly strong hands to work out the tension and kinks, but what an experience. When she inevitably found the tension knots in my upper back, not only did she get to work on them, but she came at them from different angles to work them out rather than just doing the same move over and over like most therapists do. By the time she was done with me I felt like a bowl of pudding. A very happy one! Once I could move again I checked in with my hubby and he assured me he had an equally phenomenal experience with Wayan, who actually walked on his back in addition to all the other greatness of his intensive massage. This will definitely be the first thing on our list the next time we come to Bermuda!

I mainly go here for Massages and I must say I am always impressed with the service. I love how they have discount massages from Monday to Friday. I enjoy their tea that they provide as well. The Staff are nice as well, and they make sure they meet your needs. Yesterday I had Renuka, and she was excellent. After, my body felt relaxed and less stressed. Wanted to treat myself to a much needed pampering session - and was excited to find this lovely place a 5 minute walk from my house. It's off the beaten tourist path (not that Covid has allowed many tourists), but so, so worth it. The prices are outstanding for Bermuda, and they even have 40$ Monday specials which I cannot wait to book in the future. Surya greeted me and spent the next 2 hours providing outstanding care - an Indian Head Massage (which to my delight included an upper back and neck massage), an eyebrow wax and pedicure. Very clean, very good explanations and she kept checking to make sure the pressure was ok...the wax not too hot - very professional. Cannot wait to go back, and very highly recommend both Surya and Spa Oasis.

Today I had the best deep tissue from Ni Wayan at Spa Oasis. She definitely took care of me. I love that she catered to areas that needed more attention and used various methods to relieve pain. I’ve never had someone use as many techniques as she did to remove the built up tension. Definitely will be returning. 💕

They said it is $40 for a gel polish change then added an extra $10 to take the polish off. The whole point of a polish "change" is to take off and put on a new polish. I've been to lots of nail salons for polish change and have never been charged extra to take off. The polish was messy on some of the edges, but was just a tourist, didn't bother going back in to get it fixed. They have great reviews for their massages but wouldn't go for polish change.

I recently had a couples massage with my husband here. We had the monthly special - massage, foot scrub and reflexology. Was divine and cost a fraction what we would have spent at any other spa on the Island. Outstanding service, great massage and affordable prices. Really glad we went.

Yeni gave me the best massage ever. She was very professional and thorough. She asked me when I came in is there any specific area I would like her to concentrate on. I told her I have pain in my upper back. While the massage was in process she concentrated on that area and when the message was completed the pain was gone. Very satisfied, I would recommend this place to anyone seeking professionalism and relief.

Yeni gave a wonderful 60min massage however I was a bit disappointed with my manicure. There is no nail dryer available so I messed up a nail before leaving, thank you Renuka for fixing it, but since my nails weren’t completely dry I messed them up agin while driving off..
