I can’t say too much specifically to the clinic as I only visited several times - with my limited interaction it’s overall positive. I would like to say that we are so grateful to have Dr Sarca as our family doctor. She’s patient, thorough and never rush patients. It’s always great talking to her and she explains everything clearly.

I've taken my uncle here on last Friday. Staff and Doctor were super supportive. Dr. has checked my father in law thoroughly. Highly recommended for anyone who cares for their relatives. Place was very clean and hygienic.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. With the help of Hadeel and Dr Khan, I've been able to turn my life back around again. This is the best place ever for your health, I went there and I met a physician his name is Hatem Naal. After I got birth I faced many problems. Doctor Hatem was a good communicator, organized and conscientious. Moreover, he is an empathetic person and treats his patients humanely. The staff is nice too. I would suggest this place to everyone.

My 3 star review is a cumulation of the review for the doctors, the front desk staff and the manager. The doctors and front desk staff have a 5 stars from me, the manager 1-2 stars. He doesn't wear his mask most of the time, nor a visor, not even when around the front desk staff. Everyone else wears their masks but him. This makes the place look kind of unsafe and unprofessional, which is not fare to the hard work of the doctors and the front desk staff.

I went to Dr Khan on a referral from my family doctor. At that time I was mostly confined to bed for over 3 yrs from a back injury. Dr. Khan set me up on a pain program and once that was under control she set me up on another program to deal with my weight. The staff at Mavis Medix are second to none. Thank you for helping me. This clinic has truly been a miracle for my family and I. Intially discovered them during the peak of the pandemic when many physicians including my own were not seeing individuals in person, yet Dr. Saima Khan was! An amazing doctor who truly goes the extra mile for her patients whether it be advocating or even seeking alternative non traditional treatments since we all know not everyone is a textbook definition patient. Been able to build such an amazing rapport with the Mavis Medix team that they have become an extention to our family. Unfortunately with many acute issues to battling chronic illnesses we've had frequent visits to the clinic but not once have we had an experience less than 5 stars! One also needs to understand that this is a mixed clinic. If you're walking in someone behind you may be more urgent due to their concerns and may be seen first. We have appreciated when they have escalated our visits and also understand and appreciate when we have to wait. Imagine if it's your loved one, just have some patience if there's a long wait time; the physicians here are worth the wait! Dr. Naal has also been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in taking over our care! He's truly amazing. Both Dr. Naal and Dr. Khan are physicians that LISTEN, have empathy, take the time to explain anything to everything and most importantly are on your side! They will not rest until they know you're stable or doing okay! As a nurse, I can say I haven't seen or worked with many physicians with such desirable qualities and skills!

This doctor is a crook!!!!! She charges senior citizens $125.00 for 2 minutes of her time to fill out a application but not only that she doesn’t even inform you before she does it and then when the patient says they can’t afford it they are on a pension she withheld the documents this is unacceptable behaviour from a medical practice. Most definitely stay away from this doctor!!! Customer service is key in any business or industry!!! There’s no way any of these 5 star reviews are real, definitely paid. All these one star reviews shown are accurate!!!! You can see how incompetent they are even their responses to the reviews have terrible grammar and they are unable to address the issues properly!!! Huge red flag!!!

I visited this place today for the first time for a 2:30 p.m. appointment with Dr. Dana Sarca. I was kept waiting till well beyond 3 p.m. but there was no sight of the doctor. When I checked-in with the receptionist how long it would take, Dr. Sarca YELLED back, "I'm also working not sitting around". Definitely this made me very skeptical about the clinic and how they treated their patients. Dr. Sarca finally showed up and was VERY SARCASTIC in how she engaged with me. She spent exactly less than 2 mins in my diagnosis and I was told that I would be referred to some other clinic to run some other tests. I will NOT recommend anyone to go to Dr. Sarca. I'm very DISAPPOINTED in the way they went about in my check-up.

I am coming here since 2021 .. I am patient of Dr. Khan, she is a good knowledgeable doctor, I can see that how she takes interest and tries to fix the problem as much as possible. Staff is efficient and humble as well. But sometimes they do silly mistakes, well it can happen anywhere.

Receptionist told me that the Doctors will be there till 5:30pm today. I left work 2 hours early to make it there for 4:00pm just to have found out the Doctors already left. This is extremely frustrating as I called in advance at 1pm to make sure and was given the wrong time. Not only did I waste my time coming here but I also missed work. How does a walk-in clinic that’s listed to be open till 7pm, tell patients that the doctors will be there till 5:30pm, to arrive and be told that they left before 4:00pm? Mavis Medix did not provide me with the proper duty of care and I will not be returning any time soon!

Very neat and clean clinic, the receptionist quickly respond and get my turn on time. The receptionist took my complete info and ensure got the updated contact info. The blood work and test result responded within two days and the clinic communicated through phone and via email. I am very happy that I don’t need to wait for hours to get turn to see the doctor.

I have been coming here since May 2021, working with Dr. Khan and Hadeel on my health and weight loss goals. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs and concerns. Under their direction my health has significantly improved, and I am currently down 50 pounds. I would highly recommend coming here, for not only the weight loss clinic, but also if you are looking for a caring, attentive, and patient family doctor. I started my journey with Mavis Medix after many failed diet attempts including B12 injections, prepared foods, counting calories- the works. I made an appointment and got together with Dr. Khan and Hadeel. Being a very social person, COVID was taking its toll and I was finding solace in food. I climbed to my highest weight ever and depression was a big part of my existence because of my weight. At my initial appointment I listened to the theory behind the program. It was an enlightenment as I realized at last I was going to be able to address my weight issue as a whole rather than taking a “band aid” approach. I followed the plan to a T and reported all my weekly data as requested to my mentors Hadeel and Dr. Khan. At my one year mark I had lost 61 pounds, lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure was excellent and a serious medicated GERD issue I had suffered from for many years was no longer existent. I have maintained this weight loss for 6 months now - something I have never been able to attain on any other program. This program gave me the tools to be successful. They work to hand the control over to you, the participant. To Hadeel and Dr. Khan - my sincere appreciation for supporting me on this journey with your knowledge and encouragement. I absolutely could not be any more impressed with the entire staff at Mavis Medix! With the help and guidance of Dr. Khan, Hadeel and the rest of the team, I’ve lost 50 lbs since late January and gone from having dangerously high to not just normal, but ideal blood pressure. They are always very patient and accommodating, and focus on helping you change your mindset and habits, rather than focusing on numbers. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dr Khan is simply a wonderful physician. Very caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. I trust her with my health, which has very high standards to meet. Clean and good clinic to get help. I was seen by dr Sarca and dr. Khan in the walk in service. They are both knowledgeable and respectful. Even though I returned with questions a few minutes after my visit, they made time to answer them, which I really appreciate.

My local walk in clinic was fully booked so I just walked into this clinic that I had never been to before. Very courteous staff. I was seen in 20 minutes although it was busy and given a prescription. The prescription was filled in 5 minutes and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist were very efficient. Will definitely return.

She really takes the time to explain things to you and ensure you get all the tests needed and more to ensure she has the full picture prior to diagnosing you and recommending treatment. After reading your arrogant responses to patients who faced problem you guys, I rather not add or share in my bad experience in details because I can clearly see how unprofessional your staff and your clinic is . Dr.Hatem is a learning doctor I think, not. A good doctor. Very rude , yelling at patients and disrespectful. I think he should be fired for being disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope he will one day learn the Canadian code of Ethics on dealing with patients but here professional doctors are not like back home, loud , rude and disrespectful which in this case he is

I have been attending the Mavis Medix program since March 2020. The staff has been very supportive and has always went above and beyond to help me in my journey . Hadeel and Dr. Khan have been excellent and I would highly recommend them. I cannot express how happy I have been and I look forward to working with all of the staff at Mavis Medix.

I have been seeing Dr. Khan at the Jacobs Pain Centre for 4 years now and she is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Khan is kind, caring, compassionate, and she really listens to me to make sure my chronic pain is managed. She remembers details about my life, asks about my family, and never makes me feel like she’s too busy for me. I commute about an hour to see her, even though there are closer clinics. I couldn’t even imagine how I would function without her. I highly recommend Dr. Khan!

The front desk lady’s are extremely rude and unprofessional and unpleasant. As a nursing student to see how they treat regular patients is sickening. They straight up denied to even check me in despite having a valid health card.

Because of the quality of care they provide, we did not hesitate before rostering with them. They offer a holistic approach to wellness and genuinely care for their patients, which is why I will continue recommending them to my family, friends, and community members!

Visited mavis medic on a Saturday, accompanying my husband who is the patient of one of the doctors at this clinic. The staff was welcoming. The doctor gives ample time to each patient and provided detailed counseling to my husband on his different health issues and how to deal with them. We had to wait for around an hour, but the wait was justified, given the time and individual attention that is given to every patient. We were very satisfied with the service we received!
