Greatest Burger house in SOUSSE!! This please always remind me in the FIVE GUYS in US and UK the quality of the the meat is great the salad fresh and the sauce is fantastic and last don’t forget the assume Bun, highly recommended specially for the burger lovers! Last I love to say Keep the great work guys.

This place has one of the best if not the best burger in the whole town. I had the Biggie Small burger which is the most expensive one but it was worth it. The way the meat is cooked is really worth the price and the quality of cheese is top notch. The waiter was attentive and the atmosphere was great, even the plates and sauce containers were so original and very good presented. The staff asked for our opinion after we finished our dinner and was eager to listen to any comments about the food and/or business so they can improve it. Cant wait to go back again and try other dishes!

When it comes to creativity and creation, I struggle to find the right words to express my pleasure with this restaurant. True passion and effort are put into it, and the owner is very friendly, taking criticism seriously to improve the service and quality. Don't waste your time roaming around if you're looking for a burger to eat in Sousse or even Tunisia. Caviar Restaurant is the right destination, highly recommended if you want to taste something original, not just an ordinary burger. The bread is house-made, the sauce, everything – I am thoroughly satisfied.

From the moment Caviar Burger arrived at my table, this burger demanded attention. Towering over the plate, it was a true feast for the eyes. The bun was perfectly toasted, providing just the right amount of crunch to complement the juicy contents within. The patty, cooked to perfection, was a symphony of flavours with a mouthwatering blend of seasonings. What truly set this burger apart was the array of toppings and condiments. Crisp, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, cooked onions added a burst of freshness, while the pickles provided a delightful zing. The cheese was perfectly melted, creating a creamy, savory layer that bound everything together. And let’s not forget the generous helping of crispy mince, which added a smoky, and fantastic dimension that was simply heavenly. Please don’t call others as a burger let them stay as a whooper or small mac this is not an only burger this is more than burger. Strongly suggesting everyone in town to taste this burger before they die.

Fantastic place! Extremely delicious food!! My wife and I ate the Pink Floyd hamburger and it was amazing. The buns are soft, plenty of juicy meat, nicely put salad, melting Gorgonzola and Camenbert, accompanied with crisp French fries, 2 sauces and cabbage salad. My sister in law ate the Crispy chicken burger and said it was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. If you are in Tunisia or Sousse you definitely have to check out this place. We will come back before we leave.

This was just amazing. The Beef, the sides, the frites, the atmosphere. The prices were also okay Absolutely recommand trying it
