I recently dined at Bristol Plazza and was thoroughly impressed by both the atmosphere and the food. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with stylish decor and a cozy ambiance. The space was well-designed and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or special occasion. The food was also top-notch, with a menu featuring a variety of dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive who made sure my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The wine list was also impressive, offering a range of options to complement the food.

Firstly this is Not the hotel next to it ...It is a separate restaurant/bar that you pay to eat in .. Food was reasonably good and service was ok for the ammount of staff they had which almost outnumbered the diners . Half the tables had reserved on with no guests . The menu was in French which is a problem if you don't speak it ... luckily, google translate on hand ... Do not pay in foreign currency as they will try and give you so loads less for your money, and rip u off which is a shame really as been in here a few times .

Don’t bother with this restaurant. Horrible service. We tried to go this evening with a Group of ten for dinner. I am in Tunisia from the United States visiting family. The restaurant was completely empty, but they refused to let us sit where we wished. They told us all the tables were reserved. This is a joke. The waiter simply didn’t feel like working, and clearly didn’t want Tunisians there. What a joke. Be sure we will tell everyone we know that Tunisians are not welcome in your restaurant.

We came last year for 6 nights. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to book for 10 nights and convinced friends to go as well. It was a big mistake. food not as good, the rooms were cleaned most times in the afternoon and the service at reception was very bad. To top it up, I got my hat and sunglasses stolen from the front of the reception. Shall never come back again or recommend.

I passed there for tow nights and was the worst experience in hotel i really feel uncomfortable, rooms, restaurant, bar everything was bad. I went to Other restaurant (outside hotel) to have my dinner cause the buffet is relly not tasty . Rooms are too Old !! No isolation so you can hear everything in corridor . Not recommended ever and never!!

My husband and I went here for a late night meal as it's a late restaurant, they had a live band playing which was good entertainment and just aswell because the service was very slow, we waited just over 20mins for our order to be taken, and nearly 40mins for our food to be served. Once we received the food it was very nice, it was beautifully presented, and full of flavour, but their could have been abit more of it. We then had dessert and they had non of the desserts we actually wanted so we settled for the only dessert that was available and ended up waiting over half an hour for it. The staff could do with being a little more attentive and friendly and the service could quicker.

We have been visiting Bristol Plazza since 2017 in many occasions and really enjoyed every moment until the June 2019! Our opinion has changed and won’t ever return back at this point! Very unprofessional, rude and unpleasant manager called Semi! No manager manners or skills and have no idea how to deal with paying guests. Some nights drunk and extremely friendly and other nights rude and playing ‘I am the owner’ game however owner is someone else. Place is absolutely stunning with great atmosphere, delicious food and amazing service from staff at night but luck of management can spoil your holiday night very easy. Very disappointed and still waiting for apology regarding his manners!

Gets busier towards the weekend, sticky to the local beer 8 dinars a bottle instead of the overpriced Heineken. Staff are nice, will ask for tips after a bit. Not forcefully.

Was recommended this venue, much to my disappointment. Firstly ALL menus are in french, not an issue when your waiter says he can translate it for you. However after ordering what I thought were goujons with a side sauce and fries I was presented with goujons with a NUT Breading. Not only deadly for someone with an allergy, but certainly not what the waiter described them as. The fries never arrived. I had a couple of drinks and watched the game them kindly put on. WiFi networks do not work, they told me it was my phone, although 20 other venues have no issues with my phone! So basically for 70 dinar including a 10 dinar tip I had two beers. Avoid considering the service and food quality. I gave them a chance on a second occasion during my stay and initially got refused at the door being told we are full. When I pointed out there were 100 seats that I could see through the glass I was told " oh you want to sit inside, okay" The venue is local only on sat, saw a local try and get his European friend in, got the same treatment as me. Disgusting

Staff are thiefs including the manager,security at the door wont let you in unless you pay them some money,always saying same word (have you made a reservation)of course when you pay them they disregard it,inside the waiters are thieves and scammers ,awful sevrice its all about money, DO NOT GO THERE(BRISTOL LOUNGE BAR IS DISGUSTING)

Only went in for a drink. Nice place, big choice of (original) cocktails and many other things. Place to sit indoor and outdoor, good location. Friday and Saturday evening, house will be full. I went off peak.

Amazing food you pay for what you get! yes it's a little more in price than Tunisian food but worth every penny.

Came Monday late night the security outside the restaurants bar asked us for entrance which we asked around and they told us they should not ask for money since you are dining inn. Honestly we came as group to order a lot of things but from the beginning we saw no honesty we left the restaurant

I had a meal with my children and gave a tip when paying. I was told that the payment hadn’t gone through on my card and I tried twice more. I then paid with another card. The following day I noticed payments had gone out of both cards accounts. I went back to the restaurant and they refused to refund me and told me to go through my bank!!! Scammed

Don’t go! Drinks are expensive and not that good and the staff weren’t very friendly. Save your money and go elsewhere
