Fantastic hotel. We’ve loved every second. The rooms and pool are gorgeous. Best all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. Restaurant staff couldn’t do enough, they really go above a beyond. The animation team are fantastic, they work so hard and engage with all the guests. Shout out to Joe and the team. They provide a wide range of activities throughout the day / evening. Something for everyone.

I had the worst experience ever. I don’t know how this is even considered as a 5* hotel. I reserved a Suite for new weds and was expecting to find a nice decoration (as they mentioned to me) for newly married couple. Nothing except ONE banana and 2 Apples. No iron in the room, so I called reception to get one and he said “we don’t have it”.. how can a 5* hotel does not have an iron by default in the room. One star because the hotel was clean, otherwise, there’s nothing special about it.

I recently spent three fantastic nights at this hotel and was truly impressed! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped me organize a birthday surprise for my wife, and they offered me a cake for free. The room was immaculate and stylish, with a balcony. The food was a highlight, with fresh local ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The only minor downside was the indoor pool, which had salty water. But overall, my experience at Jaz tour was top-notch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and authentic Tunisian stay!

The staff are very happy and friendly. Amazing location With lots of things to do. There are a lot of food options to choose from so your taste buds will not get bored. The staff are very helpful and willing to help with what ever you need. I had the 1 hour massage in the spa facilities which is on site. The massage was 10 out of 10

We have just returned from a really lovely 10 day holiday to this hotel. From the moment you arrive the staff just can’t do enough for you. Youssef a really lovely helpful man showed us to our room and all the holiday checked with us that everything was ok. The room had a beautiful view, overlooking the sea, pool and gardens. The restaurants had a good variety of food, something for everyone, we were looked after by Mohammed in the evening and Houssem for breakfast and lunch, both were excellent, very attentive for anything we required, very pleasant and friendly. The entertainment and daily games were looked after by the animation team, Abi, Sophie, Koby, Nadem, Josh and Carlos, who did a brilliant job. All of the staff at this hotel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, always acknowledging you with a smile and hello. I would completely recommend this hotel for everyone and would like to thank all the staff for a beautiful holiday.

We went on holiday here as a couple and had a really good time. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was nicely furnished and the shared areas where to a good standard, with plenty of places to sit. The pool area was really nice and in march, we had no issues getting a sun lounger. The drinks/cocktails where always good and the staff tried to cater to your needs. The animation team day and night in this hotel are 5 star!! They are all really friendly and got you involved, they put a really good show on of an evening, if you are looking for a reasonably priced get away, I’d recommend here. Remember a tip to the staff for their service goes a long way!!

Great rooms, excellent service and food is varied and plentiful. Hotel staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you and nothing is too small to be of trouble. Ella was fantastic, even gave us a choice of rooms for our stay! Our room decor is modern in colour palette and the air conditioning was a blessing. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would definitely come again.

Nice hotel, excellent cuisine. We must praise Waiter Karim. Nice holiday by the pool and by the sea. Every night loud music was heard in the rooms and it was bad to sleep, so I take one star. Upon request, the room was replaced with a quieter one, unfortunately there was not working property air condition and wifi. Overall I would recommend.

One of the best hotels i have ever visited. Food is amazing, beach always clean and animation programs are exactly what you are looking for on holiday. If you dont want to do anything they will politely let you relax, also you can always find a fun things to do all day. 10/10

We had a lovely week in this hotel, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and lead straight down to the restaurant so we could eat. The staff were so caring, I've never known anything like it. The room was lovely can't fault it. The swimming pools were all really nice, with the weather being so hot we spent alot of time in the pool. We went on a really hot week, the heat did get to us all, the temperature didn't really drop at night either so was hard to join in with the entertainment when ya dripping with sweat. Lovely beach too! Can't complain about the food either, lots of choice. All in all it was fantastic, beautiful hotel.

The hotel has very nice, helpful and polite staff. You can always find a sun lounger at the pool, and if you don't have one, the staff will bring it. When it comes to animations, everyone will find something for themselves. There are sports, dancing and evening shows. Nice animators. The food is fresh and varied. Great holiday.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I love the architecture. Food is great, pools are great and overall a lovely hotel. Where it shines the most is the staff. I haven’t come across a rude staff member. Everyone is kind and always smiling. Especially Youssef and Salah at the reception, lovely people who are always there to help. When you go there make sure to go to them, you will not regret it!

This was a fantastic hotel. From the minute we stepped in we got excellent service from every single person we encountered. Maher was the steward who greeted us and took our bags to the room for us. And every time he saw us he would say hello and ask how our day is. Absolutely impeccable service. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff were amazing. They work so hard and always with a smile. The pool areas were kept clean and the service at the beach was great too. We loved every minute of our holiday and will definitely be returning.

Staff are warm and welcoming. Rooms are good high standard. Great variety of foods. Pool is amazing Animation team are amazing and friendly. The hotel is self Is 5 star One of the lifeguard is lovely and such a hard worker. Couldn't of wished for a better animation team. Will be coming back.

Spent two lovely weeks at this hotel. Hotel had plenty to offer and entertainment was on most evenings. Hotel is right on the beach so no need to walk far which is a bonus. Rooms are spacious and food standard is high with plenty to choose from. Hotel has friendly staff and we met Ali who went out of his way to help us with local information and had a daily chat with him as he was very pleasant and had a great sense of humour. I must also praise the restaurant staff who looked after us for 2 weeks and of course our lovely little cleaner. Plenty of excursions on offer and local market is 10 mins away in a taxi which is a must! We had a blast and would definitely recommend 👌

To start with the positives...the hotel rooms were big, modern and spacious. The cleaning staff did a terrific job. For an all inclusive the food was of a high quality and there was plenty of choice. However the negatives were...apart from the baggage handler Ali I felt the service lacked somewhat in comparison to previous all inclusives, including others in Tunisia. The hotel was very busy at meal times, especially the first couple nights, even though we went out of peak season, which contributed to the lack of service. The entertainment was basically non existent. The pool area could do with some TLC, cracked tiles, missing tiles, some broken sunbeds and tables. Lobby area seemed a bit tired and some furniture pieces seemed out of place. However the biggest criticism I have is I noticed on a couple of occasions members of staff were writing reviews for the hotel on guests phones who they'd got friendly with. Wouldn't stay again and feel the current overall google review score really does not reflect the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone of the staff were very friendly, always smiling and so helpful. The food was varied and tasty. Beer was OK, but typical all inclusive fare so you know what your getting. Never seen anyone struggle for sunbed, guards often helped people our with beds as well. Would definitely recommend.

The room 607 with partial Seaview was excellent, very good housekeeping services. The choice of food was vast and high quality. The staff are all polite and friendly and always ready to help. We used the massage facilities twice during our stay and they are excellent value for money. 40min of relaxation massage cost about £25. The weather was ideal for UK February half term, about 23 degrees Celsius every day We will be back. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Stayed in the hotel for a week with my family. We really enjoyed the hotel especially the service in the restaurant, we was always looked after by the staff. The entertainment staff was also great especially Joe who made an effort you really put a smile on our faces each day and make an effort to include each one of us to everything and put us in good spirits. Our house keeper was great and kept it very clean. Overall a great stay.

Very nice staff, excellent food choice (very rich buffet), great location, nice and maintained beach and pools area, animation for guests available all day long. Spa and massages offered. Nice walk by the sandy seaside that extends to the walkway to the very center of Sousse (close enough even for the lazy, but taxi can also be found on every step). Highly recommended.

Our rooms were very clean and tidy, nothing wrong came our way during our vacation as the staff was very kind and understanding especially the guest relation’s girl Ela welcoming us with her smile and hard work. We spent three nights at Jazz Tour Khalaf, we enjoyed very much the stay, although the check-in was a bit hectic but luckily Mrs Sabah saved the situation and was very helpful. The food is excellent with a big variety of choices. The staff is very friendly and available. I would like to specially thank Mr Nejib (restaurent staff and his team). Beach and waterpools are amazing

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! Came with friends (total group of 5 people) and were very satisfied. If briefly can be pointed: Accommodation - no noise from street, 5 min.walk to the sea, big territory but all locations (restaurants, pools, etc) are easy and fast to come. Several options for rooms - garden view, sea view. Recommending garden view - not sunny, not noisy, no one can see you, beautiful view (photo attached). Every evening beautiful sunset! Cleaness- very clean in hotel rooms (every day cleaning and in 2 days changing towels) (especially thanks to very cute maid who were closing curtains every day in order to keep the room cold).Also every day cleaning on the territory of hotel, on the beaches included Leisure- different programs with animators. In the mornings gymnastic on the beach, pool, 2 slides to the children's pool, 2 jacuzzi with water from sea in the pool (with salt water). Every night disco for children and for adults. Every Friday live music while you are dining Food - different and tasty. A lot of seafood and local food, tasty coffee, deserts, pizza, fruits and my special love- smoothie(especially with dates). Even ice cream on this hot weather. Very welcoming staff (special thanks to Ramzi, Aboud). Security - usually is not mentioned but not in this case. Especially thanks to them in hotel and on the beaches. I have never seen system like this in another hotels. And special thanks to manager Aymen, barmen Ali, Luca (hindi motives painter) - all of them with all the points mentioned before can guarantee a good vacation.

We arrived for our holiday and was given drinks and bands. We went to our first room and then went out to the sunbeds to which the lifeguard helped us be seated as it was crowded over the first weekend to which food was difficult to get due to the fact of people not bothering to queue. I also state first room as we did have to move due to ants however the second room was perfect and did not have any further issues with. After the weekend the resort did become quieter and queues for food were a lot better. I would note however if you have are vegetarian or vegan the food is horrendously difficult to navigate and left with risky options of eating something that will make you ill which could easily be resolved with putting v or ve on what the item is. As well at busier times food hall can be difficult to sit in as hard to find clean tables but if a waiter does see you looking list they are usually very fast to help, but bit of a pain seeing what looks like higher ups just standing in the way when I’m sure there are more useful jobs for them. The pool is lovely, the lifeguards are helpful in the morning. As well the drinks men around the pool are excellent and couldn’t wish them any better. The entertainment team seem nice not what we went for so did avoid this area. The drinks in the evening were great also and there was a specific place to get cocktails which were also made lovely. The rooms were also cleaned lovely and cleaners were also very friendly themselves. However another point to note is when we went to leave we paid for late checkout but we were pestered to leave the room as apparently the next person was waiting to come in when we explained this they just walked out of our room, clearly not speaking between heads of departments. So long short a lovely place some improvements could be made with food and how the bosses are running around not taking to each other and being uselessly unhelpful but just looking bossy, however the usual staff you are mostly interact with are amazing and no issues with them!! ☺️

We spent on this hotel 14 days and it were really awesome holidays. Every services are great, delicious food, nice beach with clean sea, nice rooms.... There is also perfect animation team, the people are very kind and complaisant (especially beach volleyball). I would absolutely recommend this hotel for people who want to enjoy super holidays!

I came here to celebrate my anniversary with my wife. The hotel were very hospitable in every way and made us feel very special and welcoming. The Animation Team are outstanding, and we are having the best time during the day and evenings. The team are active, friendly and very inclusive. They make sure we take part in all activities and let us know what is happening each day. Special thanks goes to Abby, very sweet lady who made our holiday unforgettable. Thanks to all.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. There was constantly something going on, lots of animation and other activities. The food was very good, the staff and entertainers were great. We will recommend to others and certainly remember with joy. It was a good choice.

Rooms are nice and tidy, but bathrooms could be newer and they have them in the specific part of hotel. There is a huge noise which you can listen uptil 4am but two ear plugs will do the thing. Again there is a part of hotel where you don't listen to those noises. So it depends on where you have your room. But food? That is amazing, stuff if great, everybody is smiling and are willing to do the very best for you. Pools are really nice and overall as a chilling vacation there is a huge yes from my side. There are few things to get better, but overall I'm happy as I could be

Animation is very interesting and fun!!! Music is chill and nice. Food is so tasty, people are so kind and fun. Aqua gym is the best for sure! Animators are fun and sweet. Rooms are always clean and soo comfy.

Very much enjoyed a week long stay at this lovely resort in the height of summer. The pools were fabulous and very accessible, and the beach was extremely close and dedicated areas. Felt very safe and looked after. Food was nice with a good variety in the buffet and a lovely Tunisian night special booking with music. However, a couple of my kids did get ill for a few days possibly related to either the food/buffet or pool activities. Self-limiting but affected their enjoyment. Rooms were cleaned well, but our air conditioners were noisy, and we had to repeatedly request a free things from reception before things were actioned. WiFi was great - even extending to the beach area. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend

My partner and I had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, the food was good and the cleanliness of the whole hotel was immaculate. We had a top floor room with a beautiful sea view, the bed was comfy and the room had everything you could need. A large variety of food available in the main restaurant and snack bars and their cocktails and local beer was great! The entertainment was great and the animation team made our stay most enjoyable, with beach volley ball, darts and salsa lessons.A special thanks to the lovely Nader who involved us in every activity and was a lot of fun! We’d never been to Tunisia before and this hotel along with the lovely people will see us coming back!

I visited this hotel during the Christmas Holidays and I am very satisfied with everything. I shared a room with my family on the ground floor with four beds, a big and clean bathroom and a terrace with a very pretty view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was overall very clean and comfortable. They have a huge variation of food, which is good if you’re staying over a longer period of time and don’t want to eat the same things over and over again. The Hotel is also very kids-friendly. They have an amazing animation team which is extremely entertaining and kind. The Team doesn’t only entertain kids but also teenagers and adults, starting from games like darts to sports like yoga etc. I was overall very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

Ive had an amazing experience at this resort. The rooms are so clean and the personnel are so friendly. They dont hesitate to help people out whenever they need it. The buffet is varied and fantastic. I do highly recommend this hotel. And will definitely come back.
