Beautiful stay from the beginning to the end. Food was delicious with varied options - Local freshly cooked fish, great Tunisian dishes, and fresh fruit juices were the best. Love ❤️ fresh bottle of wine every lunch and dinner. Two large pools with fun, cool music and entertaining staff. Staff was very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us, and also they speak great english and french. The beach was stunning white soft sand. The rooms are modern and perfectly clean. Overall, the service was amazing. This hotel is one of the best 5* we have visited. It does deserve 6* from our hearts 💕.

Treated like royalty. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, fantastic customer service. Very welcoming staff. Hotel is beautiful and well looked after. The food was varied but still had the regular foods available. Pool was very well looked after and pool and entertainment staff were brilliant not too pushy with stuff. Re booking for September can't wait to re visit.

This was an excellent service all round. Food was excellent, staff excellent made for enjoyable stay. 2 small gripes safe in room was a bit dodgy as in batteries needed changing but they just moved them around when technician called. And personal one the gym didn't have enough equipment.

This is a beautiful, peaceful resort with the perfect views. The beach is one of the best I have ever seen and very impressive during sunset. It is perfect for a relaxing stay and also has a lounge area where all visitors can relax any time of the day. The food is very tasty. The service is beyond excellent the best I have seen from the chefs, waiters and entertainers you will feel at home. The staff deserve all the praise in the world. The cleaners are excellent as well as the reception staff. Staff always greet you with a smile and hello. If you are wondering whether to stay at this resort don’t hesitate you won’t regret it!

Was here for 7 nights and each night has been great. Service by far has been incredible. Could not recommend this place enough. Each and every staff is welcoming and makes sure you’re felt at home. The entertainment has been great. Each night the animation team puts on a great show and commend them so much for the work and energy they put in every day.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in November with my husband. I think this hotel was great. Location: Amazing Rooms: Big and spacious Staff: So friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff and the restaurant staff Food: I'm a vegetarian and was really worried about the food options, but I had no problems at all. We really enjoyed the food. Pool area and beach: Absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we were there but the short times we got to sit by the pool were lovely and relaxing. The beach is beautiful. Entertainment: We didn't take part in any of the activities, but the staff were out and about trying to involve people. They were really chatty and will sit with you and chat. We arrived around 1am and were offered some food, which was amazing. We also had an early excursion booked and were offered some breakfast before it was open which I thought was great. I really recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel! All the staff go above and beyond to deliver a great experience. The animation team in particular are so friendly and dedicate a lot of their time to the hotel guests, making sure they go out of their way to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. The evening entertainment they put on is great.

Very nice, clean hotel. Large room cleaned every day. Clean water in the pools and a very clean beach. The food is very good - everyone will find something for themselves. The selection of cocktails is large (it's a pity there is no bloody mary), but the strawberry daiquiri and Bob Marley are worth recommending. Interesting evening animations. However, the hotel service both in the restaurant and in the lobby bar deserves special recognition.

Came with my husband In January. Had an amazing time. Hotel staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Good choice of food and waiters and chefs were very attentive making you welcome. Animation team were a great asset to the hotel. Simone, Fifi, Eva and others(apologies can't remember names) gave 100%. Entertainment was good. Resort and beach were just ideal. Definitely recommend 👌

Absolutely stunning hotel and a great variety of food at the buffet. The animation team are brilliant. Lots to do in the evening. Especially liked the more traditional evenings of Tunisian folk night. Will definitely come again and recommend to others. Rico was wonderful and made us feel welcomed and thoroughly entertained.

I can highly recommend this hotel. The location is right on the beach front a short walk along the beach from Port El Kantaoui with all of its bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is very impressive and the grounds are very nice with plenty of places to sit and relax. There are 2 pools which are both very nice and a decent size. We stayed in a star prestige room on the top floor which was a nice size with a nice shower. We stayed all inclusive and the buffet food was excellent with a vast and varying selection of food. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. The bar, restaurant and entertainment team are all exceptional always happy to help and very professional and efficient. Will definitely be returning to this hotel next time I visit Tunisia. 5*

Animation team review; The team were amazing. Always there to help with any queries and questions. Continuing to offer games/activities for guests to do but not pushy if you say no. Constantly having happy, cheery smiles on their faces wishing you a good morning. Rio especially for us was great, super friendly guy and very easy to get along with. We enjoyed having a laugh and giggle with the team despite the weather not being on our side they were always there to brighten up our holiday!

Lovely hotel, with a great range of vegeterian food - which we find is often unusual for us when we travel. Great animation staff, reception staff, restaurant staff, everyone could not go more above and beyond to help us have an amazing stay. We felt like royalty here. Everyone was so lovely. One of the best all-in hotels I've ever been to. Right by a sandy beach, has two pools and plenty of space to chill. The staff was really helpful, friendly and unobtrusive. The food was delicious and varied. Can't mentioned french passtries during breakfast and outstanding desserts like macaroons, cheesecakes and many others. Whole area of the hotel was very clean. If you are looking for place to chill by the sea this hotel is perfect choice.

Super friendly staff , nice hotel, super entertaining team , nice pools, clean rooms, a good variety of dishes and drinks , many activities , many spots to socialize. The staff speaks a very good English beside France,Italian etc. Every night it is a new activity like karaoke, fire show and interesting shows. Our holiday at Iberostar has been amazing from start to finish. It is very spotlessly clean and the service from all staff is fantastic. The waiters in the lobby and in the restaurant cant do enough for you. They go above and beyond all expectations. The animation team work extremely hard to keep everyone entertained from young to old. They offer a kids club which we did not access but from what we saw of that, the children had so much fun. They can be found morning, noon and night entertaining everyone around the pool, terrace and amphitheater. The other staff around the pool each day are also very approachable and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best. Providing sunbeds, towels and your choice of area around the pool, nothing is too much trouble. Evening entertainment was varied and there is a choice of 2 areas of entertainment too.

Has to be the most nicest holidays/hotels we have ever been to. staff are amazing helpful, from waiters, to reception to the lovely chambermaid, everyone couldn't do enough for you. Cheap taxi close to lots of stuff. Hotel lacks a tiny bit of activities, but this place is definitely to chill, not excite. 100% would recommend

3 hours from UK, and a 30 minute transfer. Really easy to get to. The hotel is very clean, the food excellent, and the pool and beach areas very nice. Never had trouble getting a sun bed at all, even in the busiest days. The whole place is very family friendly with a great animation team. The staff are fantastic. So friendly and helpful, in reception, restaurant and the bar, and also the room cleaners. Most speak at least 3 languages, some more! Hard Rock cafe is a 10 minute walk, with live bands, decent food and drink, and again, very good staff. Bands don't come on until 11pm, so plan accordingly.

The entertainment staff did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with how day programs have been designed and I can tell that the staff has put a lot of effort to make sure that everyone has an unforgettable holiday. The part that I enjoyed the most were the evening shows. For sure I will recommend this hotel when it comes to entertainment :).

This hotel was lovely very clean and very tidy, when you arrive at the front doors you are met by a friendly security team which straight away makes you feel safe and secure. The staff on the very clean front reception desks are friendly and very helpful and courteous. We were shown to our room 412 one of the star prestige rooms which was spotlessly clean and modern. All the staff in the hotel are brilliant and hard working nothing is to much trouble for them. It gets very busy in the restaurant in the evening time and its best to go for your evening meal as late ad possible. We had a small problem one evening find a table to have our evening meal. The response we received from both managers and staff in the restaurant were absolutely brilliant and they in fact made our stay even better. Thank you so much for for making my wife and myself stay at this hotel a wonderful relaxing chill out holiday. Thanks to the all the bar staff who worked tirelessly to attend to all our needs. The were fantastic and maintained to a very high standard. The other little extras you received as a star prestige customer were very good and of a high standard. The indoor pool was great and although the weather was brilliant for December the outside pools looked awesome but i didn't venture into as it needed to be warmer for me. Me and my family had an amazing time! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and staff went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The animation team were so friendly and fun and the waiter Zahreddine was fantastic in making sure we always had a table for 5 of us, he made mealtimes so lovely. The food was brilliant with such a wide variety to choose from. The surroundings were beautiful and the outdoor pool led straight on to the beach which was so convenient with having children. I could write about how nice the hotel and staff was forever. I definitely recommend this hotel

I am from England and spent 10 days at the hotel. My stay was very nice. We stayed in the star prestige room with sea view which was an amazing room with a big balcony. The room was always kept clean which was pleasant. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of food for breakfast lunch and dinner. The reps was all amazing too with many different activities to do they make it all fun with music and dancing, and are invite everyone to join along. All the reps are very lively and ensure everyone is having a good time. They always make sure you are okay and enjoying the little events. I particularly made a good bond with a rep called Rico, he was really friendly and nice, always wanting to do certain activities like ping point or French boules, he always looked out for me and made sure I was okay and told me the entertainment for the night. I was very happy when I saw him as I got to enjoy myself more and more as the holiday went on, he really appreciated me and that’s goes a long way. I felt well looked after through the whole holiday. He was very funny with dancing and music at night time and always lively, always had a smile on his face. I recommend going to him on your holiday. However all reps are good and lively and funny, I highly recommend this place and hope to come back again myself.
