In a single word: WOW! This has genuinely been the most exceptional hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms were not only spacious but also very clean. The cleaning lady was incredibly friendly, as was all the staff! The grounds were stunning, including the sea, which was crystal clear, allowing us to spot little fish swimming. The food was incredibly delicious and always freshly made. However, what truly set this place apart was the staff; their dedication to service went above and beyond any experience I've had. We also booked a quad tour through the hotel with Aladin, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. It was priced well, and even the hotel's souvenir shop was surprisingly affordable. The entertainment was a blast, with the staff always ready for a friendly chat and even remembering our names. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you're seeking luxury, fantastic cuisine, and outstanding service!

Nice looking hotel located near the beach, offers all inclusive option. Rooms are dated but spacious. Bathroom has broken shower doors to hold the water, water pressure is good, no bathtub in our room. Toilet is separated. Some power sockets are broken. Has kettle. Walls are thin as paper, you can hear others clearly. Also has a inner swimmingpool, you can borrow towels for 20 TD each, only possible to pay by cash. Restaurant has many options but is the same everyday. Friendly staff, are ready for you when you need something. Recommend using bolt to travel around so you have a fixed price. Sadly also only by cash, no card accepted.

I couldn't be happier for choosing this beautiful hotel for our stay in Tunisia. Its clean, spacious and service is just incredible. Everything was better than I imagined! The staff is what makes this hotel amazing, especially the animation team that always puts a lot of effort to make everyone satisfied and happy with different activities (they speak all possible languages!). Great location! Beautiful hotel with all facilities! Even though full and got entertainment, the hotel is quiet! One can relax and enjoy the sun ☀️ Kids loved it also! Rooms are clean and comfortable!! Personnel very friendly and available. All in all it is a great place for holidays 🥳

Stayed here in Jan 23 and although it was out of season, it was still an absolutely incredible place to stay and the restaurant was top notch. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in by all the staff and the selection of food / food variety was was beyond what we would have expected. There are multiple restaurants including a Tunisian / Italian / oriental and as much freshly made pasta specially for you as you can eat - made In front of you just how you want it! The wine / spirits included are perfectly palatable and we had no issues whatsoever (wine was very nice actually!). Excellent waiter staff including Majed & Khalil - but a massive shout out to all of them. They made our stay one we’ll remember forever - always available and on hand to assist with anything! There are multiple pools, bars and the staff are pleasantly waiting to bring you your next drink before you’ve finished your previous one - the Turkish tea station was a particular favourite! Definitely a 5* all round, and for the price - it just blew our expectations out of the water. I’d happily recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to this hotel for 8 years. The staff really make the hotel a wonderful relaxing holiday destination. Nothing is any trouble for them. Bar staff are the best. The entertainment team are fantastic & very friendly, & a big shout out for Louis who is very "cute" 😘. They are all very dedicated to their job & making the hotel a great place to stay. The rooms have everything you need & are cleaned to the highest standard every day. We will continue to visit this hotel at least once a year.

The engaging and energetic team members made sure everyone had a fantastic time, whether it was during the fun-filled water aerobics sessions or the lively evening entertainment. The team also organized various theme nights, such as a cultural night, which allowed us to experience the local cuisine and customs, and a movie night, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of sightseeing. The talent and creativity of the animation team were truly impressive, making these events the highlight of our stay. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience for each guest. In conclusion, my stay at Kantaoui Bay was made all the more memorable thanks to the extraordinary team animation. The hotel is beautiful the food is lovely with a big range to choose from. All the staff were so friendly and my glass was never empty they are very attentive. The room was always beautiful and clean. The animation team were always smiling and welcoming there was always something to do during the day and the evening. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 11 days in July and were mostly satisfied with our stay. I think it’s a good value for money. Top points: - the food is excellent, I personally enjoyed different fish, seafood and fruits; - the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially on the reception, I really appreciate it. - swimming pools are nice, my children enjoyed them. - our room was cleaned daily and the cleaners are very nice. - I tried their massage in their Spa, it was quite good. We didn’t like much the beach, as it had some garbage (not hotel’s fault, they do their best to clean their part, but wind and waves bring some). The no-reservation politics for sun beds doesn’t work - people tend to book 2-3 beds per person, so if you don’t want to wake up at 6am to book yours, it can be difficult to find a spot. Twice I was approached by another guests, when I put my things onto empty sun bed and they told me it was theirs 🙈

I love the hotel they have an amazing team of staff and I love the entertainment it really brought my holiday to life and I would 100% return without a doubt. I have had photos taken professionally by the photographer Ali and I am ver impressed by the product. Water sports available too. Animation team are all superstars with so much talent and I have grown a relationship with them along the way I am very sad to leave.

The hotel is architecturally very well done. The rooms are almost all spacious and comfortable with separate toilet and bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and attached shower walls. The edge of the tub may be a little too high for older people. The food and selection at the buffets are legendary. The service throughout the hotel is first class. All this and the low prices guarantee the hotel high occupancy. A negative side effect is a very mixed clientele from all conceivable social classes. One should be very tolerant in this regard.

The stay was great, there was a variety of food in the buffet, although the bathroom could have been better. The Entertainment team was amazing and really fun to be around- they were all very friendly and approachable and put on great shows! The bar staff were really helpful, they put our drinks out before we even sat down. The chef and his team were exceptional with the service.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 night and I have no complains whatsoever. We have had the best time, all staff are lovely and friendly and their service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. Enjoyed every bit of our holiday. Entertainment at night was good, everyone was amazing. Would come back to this hotel again!

Hotel is amazing, as a first time traveller to Tunisia I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Everybody is so welcoming and go above and beyond to cater to your needs and make your stay the best it can be. Animation team are also very welcoming and hold lots of shows/games/dancing etc so you can have a full day of fun.

The staff at the hotel were great, very hospitable and always friendly. The hotel itself is very nice and has pretty much everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday. I would recommend for anyone visiting Tunisia.

We have the pleasure to join for 10 days the kantoui bay hotel I must say that it is a really good place for holidays. They have very nice food, the room service is also very good and the entertainment stuff are very nice and thoughtful. They do different activities along the day making sure that the people are having good time. Every one of them are very funny and nice people. Hoping to come back soon!

Nice hotel. Food is in a large variety, many choices for vegetarians! Abundance of fruits, fresh squeezed juice at breakfast. Every meal has some specials. Pool area is nice but sometimes not enough seats. Beach iz not clean, unfortunately. The outside pool are not heated, also the inside pool smells powerfully chemicals. The entertainment team is such a joke, so amateurs i never seen.

Service is really fantastic, all staff is very friendly and doing effort to make our stay relaxing. Animation team is the best we have ever experienced (we are travelling quite often). Food is also very good: grilled meat, variety of vegetables, local fish. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It’s been a great week. The hotel is beautiful very well looked after. Staff are all friendly and polite, the room was always kept clean and the animation team are always cheerful and energetic. would definitely return.

We stayed here for a week in November, and it was still plenty warm enough to sunbathe everyday. The rooms and general hotel were kept very clean and presentable. The hotel is in a good location on the beach, with a 20-25minute taxi ride to the medina. The staff were so welcoming, polite and helpful. We really couldn't have asked for more. The entertainment was really good each night, and the animation team were very friendly and put a lot of work into each day to keep us busy.

We have had the most wonderful week here - and the staff are amazing. The hotel is beautiful and there are so many things to do. The spa is excellent and the food was delicious. There was one person in particular who was especially kind, and an excellent dancer.

Had an amazing holiday, here for a week, the hotel was lovely, clean and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was the highlight of the stay the animation team really go above and beyond to make each night different and entertaining! They are all so friendly and lovely! If you need some winter heat Tunisia is the place late Oct still 32c 🏖️🥵 Drinks on arrival was a nice touch (well done guys). The rooms were okay and had a good view of the sea, which is a plus. The gym need a big upgrade and the indoor pool was okay but again in need of an upgrade. The hotel was wonderful it had all the stuff you needed with one main restaurant and another two (a Tunisia/Italian style) the food and drinks are amazing so much selection. Sadly I wouldn't rate it as a 5*, at a pushing a 4*. It was still nice but sadly I would go to this hotel again... 😎

Stay was great, animation team put on some great shows. The food was fairly good for a buffet. Activities in the hotel throughout the day. Reception staff and bar staff were amazing. The pool bar staff made the holiday for me. I would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, with a great range of vegeterian food - which we find is often unusual for us when we travel. Great animation staff, reception staff, restaurant staff, everyone could not go more above and beyond to help us have an amazing stay. We felt like royalty here. Everyone was so lovely. We cannot wait to come back here. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Beautiful food, cocktails amazing, thank you to the bar staff. Pools clean and beaches beautiful.

I stayed in this amazing hotel for a week. Restaurant was good with a great variety of dishes to suit all. Bar had a nice selection of drinks and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The spa facilities were great and very affordable. Lastly the animation team made the holiday very memorable and kept me laughing the entire stay and special thanks to Lorenzo he really made my holiday special as I travelled alone, he is very gentle, funny and a good dancer. I danced everynight with Lorenzo made me very happy.

Fantastic hotel and brilliant staff! Arrived late after a delay at Manchester. The hotel staff took us straight to the restaurant where they put out fresh hot food as well as bread, ham, salad etc. speedy check in and taken to an amazing massive ..flowers on the bed. We’ve done the camel ride and catamaran with the hotel, henna tattoos, horse and cart etc. All the staff are fantastic! Waiters, porters, cleaners, management and all the animation team! The food is of a good standard thnx for all staff to this vacation

Amazing hotel with super amazing staff!! The food selection is amazing always hot and a wide variety. The staff in the kitchen and waiters are super lovely and accommodating. Every night they have entertainment and the staff are lovely. I’ve travelled a lot and this by far is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been too!! Highly recommend!

Positive: The hotel employees are friendly and the hotel is at the beach. Neutral: They offer many different dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of them are delicious and some aren't. You should be able to find a few dishes you like and that you will end up eating nearly every day during your stay. Negative: There are many ants in the area and they were also sadly in my room.

The hotel was amazing, food great. Beach was lovely and weather was fantastic. The animation team were so much fun and very professional and great people. The bar staff and all the teams were great too. First class service all the way!

Service was second to none couldn't fault Rooms lovely and clean very spacious, we had the junior suite. Food selection excellent Sea is beautiful, beach not so clean quite a bit of rubbish as you walk along. If you venture out of the resort to see the port, be warned you will be hounded by the locals to buy from their shops. Pleasant people though. Hotel kept very clean, and pool service excellent always bringing drinks. Entertainment at nights is poor, entertaining if you like slapstick. Some seriousness, but all done by the staff there and just not of a high standard. Kids would love it. Lots of choice for water sports but have to pay for them.

Very friendly staff, and good service. Large selection when dining, and ample areas for all guests. Plenty to keep you interested. Only negative is the location, as its not near any historic venues, but other than that, you cannot fault the hotel.

This hotel has lovely atmosphere, stuff is generaly very nice, helpful and they all do their best to make us happy. The food was amazing. All sorts of food. Also good for vegetarians, a lot of vegetables of all kinds, fresh, fried, cooked, etc. Great variety of dishes, different every day. Unforgetable! We were there with children and we all liked the vibe - not too many children in the space, just a few ... but they had everything they needed: pools with all kinds of all depths - from 30cm for babies, over 80 - 100 cm for bigger kids, to deep water for adults. Disco for children, clean sea ... I recommend to everybody who is looking for resting in a nice hotel with good service. <3

Is a party hotel we were as family with 2 kids there, it was not the right one for us, since the animation noises in the evening were really too loud for our kids to sleep till 12 am. Beside that there was nothing for the kids to play around on the pool no slides or something like that. At the end it is not a child friendly hotel. But rest except of that is nice.

We have been in this hotel already 2 times and will go in the middle of March. The staff is very friendly and pleasant, it's very nice just a human attitude, when you are even remembered by name after half a year and a thousand tourists. The rooms are always clean and the girls who clean the rooms are always pleasing to the eye with new room decorations. I want to note the spa center, which left a very pleasant impression every time I visited it. Very nice atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. I look forward to a new meeting.

Can hands down say that I've had the best experience here. As someone who has travelled long distance you get just as much and even more. Your drinks are brought to you hand and foot, the animation team make you feel like family, always putting on a fantastic performance and are outstanding in their work. Very nice hotel I would say. Pools and beach are super clean, food is very delicious and the variety is big. Staff service exceeded expectations, everyone’s nice and very helpful. Dido, Vito, and Simba were very friendly and kept us company through our 5 night stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely and relaxing holiday!

Best holiday ever! The hotel is beautiful, very grand, and it’s the staff who make the place what it is! The best service waiters and animation team are the absolute best we have ever experienced! Hotel was very nice and clean. Food and drinks were the best quality and variety of them was huge. But the greatest thing about this hotel was very talented and professional animation team. They know how to communicate and entertain people of various age. The night shows were extremely interesting and all other activities were great.

I had the most amazing time at this resort. Staff were amazing, facilities were amazing, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Fun for all ages, plenty of entertainment for all ages. The entertainment staff work super work to ensure you have the best holiday possible, I couldn’t believe how talented they all were and they honestly made my holiday a 10/10, you would be a fool to not book your holiday here!!! Came here for a 4 day break with my partner and have to say did not disappoint at all. The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were absolutely A class, friendly and always on hand for anything you need and so helpful. The entertainment staff were so full of life, always with a smile and really made the holiday. Food was a good variety so overall this was an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back.

This Iberostar really is 5* from the Vast Buffett Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, spacious Rooms to all the Friendly staff cannot fault any part of our stay. The Entertainment each & every night was fantastic, honestly amazing crew who always got everyone involved to ensure we had a memorable experience throughout….. never experienced anything like this. A Huge Shout out to the Entertainer Casts who are incredibly talented, Professional Dancers Roberto (especially) Dido, Vito are all such extraordinary Gentlemen, bundle of joy, never a dull moment with these guys. Be prepared to come with your dancing shoes on and have the time of your life people with this lot, never a dull moment. No doubt, these guys made sure we had the best time of our life! First time at this hotel and I have to say what an amazing experience me and my family have had. All the staff are very welcoming, polite and friendly. Rozy and the rest of the entertainment team are fantastic at keeping us all entertained. Bar staff keep a steady supply or drinks coming. Nothing is to much trouble. We don't actually fly home until tomorrow but we have enjoyed this experience so much we've already booked to come back for new year again. Thank you to the management for the amazing new years eve experience it was out of this world. See you all again in December 2024

Indoor pool is nice, don’t recommended outdoor pool in January as it’s freezing but sitting by the pool in the sun is relaxing. Food is perfectly adequate with a selection of food there, there’s something for everyone. Bar staff/waiters friendly throughout the stay. The entertainers have been great fun all week, friendly to engage with, great help and provide good activities to do. Hotel is very good fun due to the entertainers, wouldn’t be the same without them - loulou stands out as the greatest!

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The staff have been the most friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for a better customer service. We really enjoyed the food and especially trying the Tunisian cuisine. The gym and pool was great- multiple choices for outdoor pools. We enjoyed the evening entertainment- the shows were great for all ages and the entertainment team were very friendly and would always offer their hospitality. We had an incredible experience riding the camels which also included meeting the locals and eating their homemade bread.
