Great hotel! Amazing staff, food, entertainment, people in general. The hotel was extremely clean and a very pleasant experience all around. Everything was catered for every nationality and every family can feel very welcome to come here. Great 1 week stay and best hotel in the area by far.

We spent there 2 weeks. We like: + beautiful and well-groomed area; + staff doing their best to feel customers comfortable and happy (except very few guys) + super tasty BBQ days + they serve a lot seafood. We didn't like: - air conditioning was so weak 😭; - 70% is russian there, so workers directly talk to everyone in russian language 😡😡😡😡😡 and forget that international language is ENGLISH

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of a town. Spacious, large spaces, nice, tastefully decorated rooms. Wide selection in the all inclusive restaurant. Clean, normal environment. The hotel’s park is well-kept and the outdoor pools are large. The beach is sandy and pleasant. Overall a very good, quality accommodation.

What a beautiful hotel! This place really is amazing, the rooms are cleaned everyday and the food is ideal even for picky eaters like myself, a choice for everyone! But what really makes this hotel so special is the staff! They really make you feel so welcome, treat you like royalty and seem so happy to be at work, nothing is ever a problem for them and they will try and do as much as they possible can for you to have a fantastic 5 star experience. Although they is not an amazing verity of activists to do in the local area you will never get bored staying around the hotel as they is something to do for all the family! I also treat myself to a beautiful massage at the hotel as well as a blow dry in the salon!

Bellevue park was an amazing hotel. The people were very friendly, the animation team had very good shows and pool games for children and adults. The hotel was on the beach and the sea was beautiful and warm. I would definitely stay here again

It s ok but for a hotel for 5 stars is not ok! The AC is old aut of capacity. In the restaurant today was 46 grade Celsius. Personal is ok.Food ok.Mabay to the beech bar they can serve the cockteil.

Not a 5 or a 4 star! Currently staying here and they do not turn on the air con on in full in the main places of the hotel...it's non existant! We were told by tui that our room would be ready for when we arrive but was not...they over ran check in time and kept promising us that the room was worth the wait as we paid premium for a room. Our room was OK...it had ants crawling in one corner of the extra room we had. We complained and they sent a plummer instead! English knowledge is poor of most staff. Some of the restaurant staff is rude, especially the guy at the pizza pasta station in the evenings...he rolls his eyes when you ask for custom made pasta when only meat option is available. The station is set up to cater for custom made pasta. He also is unprofessional, uses his mobile phone serving service. Also does not know the difference between turkey salami and chicken! Attitude is utterly disgusting. Omelette station in the morning is too slow in turning around basic Omelettes! They do too too slow in replacing food that has is finished. In general the attitude of the staff in this hotel is rude. Definitely will not be returning to this place again. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK...I AM REGRETTING IT NOW AND COUNTING THE DAYS TO RETURN BACK TO UK. If your looking for a 3 star hotel with some perks and cheap then this is the hotel for you. They advise they are 5 star but they will never be that with all these problems. Staff attitude and willingness to assist is so poor that they will never be able to qualify for 5 star. Even the condition of the building is 4 star.

This is not a luxury five star hotel. AC almost not working in common areas. Food is excellent, thanks for the chefs! Alcoholic drinks are basic and some of them could not be served during my stay. Personel is very polite and friendly, they really work hard. The sea water was full of jelly fish that often bite so the pool saved us. Overall it was a pleasent stay, but would never go there again.

Currently staying here with my family due to fly back tomorrow, we’ve had such a lovely holiday staff here work so hard and cannot do enough to make your stay accommodating, we had superior room ac is amazing had to turn down at times it’s so good. This was our first time back after several years, there’s lots of police presence and lots security but not in your face we felt very safe and looked after, will def be back next year ❤️

Very well surprised ..... food was good, staff is polite and not very pushy. Hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, good standard. Gym and indoor pool are reasonable condition and size. Must admit had low expectations when booked holiday but from day 1 was proven very wrong. Location is great and close to external shops, restaurants and other amenities.

Staff very friendly Especially Kiki and Nino on the entertainment. I was on my own and Kiki sat with me every evening as well as mingling with other guests. Waiter service around the pool area. Hotel very clean. Bedding and towels changed every day. Close to beach. Lovely pool. Food was a little bit hit and miss but during my stay in November there was at most only 15 holiday makers. So didn't expect much. I'd expect during high season would have more choices of food. Even though there was at most only 15 people here there was a great atmosphere. More entertainment during high season such as pool parties, more dancing etc. Would recommend here.

Unforgettable holiday . Absolutely was great The Entertainment was excellent, Miss Aida is really helpful with big smile on her face..She made our 2 night wonderfull Friday and Saturday..We enjoy the music at the disco ..She accept all our Requests .. English ,German ,Indian,Srilanka,Tunisien Music...Amazing Girl The food was varied everyday and it has good taste, I appreciate the hospitality of the staff Restaurant the chief Mokhtar take care of every small thing ...The room and the landscape. Simply the hotel is very good and I recommend it for all the families many thanks Sentido😊
