Good chicken burger. The waffel fries was top.

I was in this restaurant this Sunday to order take-away food and upon arrival the restaurant was almost empty there were only 6 people to eat. We talked to the waitress and she is a very nice girl but she should be able to speak in Norwegian . we speak in English, we ordered the food and we told her in two occasions that it was to take away after waiting for approximately 20 minutes we headed to collect the food and it turns out that It is served on plates and not to take away, we inform you of the error and the treatment of food was not the cleanest taking the hamburgers with the hands without gloves and throwing the potatoes inside the take-out box .when I arrive home I find surprises that the order is not delivered, we ordered the children's hamburgers with bacon and no bacon and one of my children's hamburgers had two pieces of meat while the other only brought one and we ordered them the same, my wife asked for her meny with a vaffel potatoes and they put normal potatoes and vaffel legs. the burgers were good but the service is not very good. if they do it so badly with few clients or want to imagine when it is full as it will be

The food is incredibly delicious. Not the first time here and everything is always at the highest level. I will definitely come back here again.

Was in Hammerfest one work for work. Choosed SOT at first evening just by luck and was there than every evening for dinner 😅 super nice and excellent service/staff. Every meal was super delicious and they catered to every extra wish. My recommendation: spicy burger with jalapeños and best food that week - Reindeer filet ❤ Next time I will be there every day again! All the best!

Very disappointing..we are 18. Service is bad, foods order was so mixed up, have to wait for the foods so long. 4 of our friends didnt got their food. Telling them the problem but they told us that they will fixed it. More than 1.5 hrs. Still the foods didnt come. Until they decided to refund the money because children were so hungry already.and they just need to transfer to the other restaurant to eat. No sorry from their end and it was a bad choice to held our reunion there. 18 costumer just ifelt being neglected and truly didnt felt the importance of knowing the true costumer service.

Waited over an hour for my food while seeing other people that ordered after me getting their food when it was gonna take 15 minutes. On another occasion I ordered takeaway and I still had to wait 20 minutes over the scheduled time. Prices are also very stiff. Mistakes also very often occur with the burgers making it so you don't always get what you ordered.

We visited with your girlfriends, we liked everything, the cocktails were 5/5 stars, the food was 10/10 stars, it was unforgettable!

Hyvä ruoka, mutta kalliinsorttinen ja siihen nähden pieni annos. Palvelu hyvä, ruuan valmistuminen kesti aika kauan. Tunnelma erinomainen.

Söimme paikan päällä, ruoka oli hyvää. Hieman ehkä pieni annos hintaansa nähden mutta hinnat Norjan tasoa. Suosittelen kun haluaa helpon ruokapaikan Hammerfestissä, maistuvia burgereita sai ja hyvää palvelua ☺️

Todella hyvä ja ihan normi hinnoissa. Porukkaa hivenen mutta emme joutuneet odottamaan kauaa. Palvelu oli erinomaista.

Great place for food.

The food is okay but the atmosphere is cold like the weather. Order and get your food yourselves. It seems every restaurant owner copies the succes of their competition so all restaurants serve about the same in Hammerfest. Kind of sad if you stay here for 2 or 3 days.

Best burger I've ever had. Done in few minutes but the quality is way beyond all others. Got several off menu items if you just want a snack.

Burger well done (I guess that says it all) , aioli bland, loaded fries with pizza(!) spices and some ingredients missing. However, they have a good selection of beer. One star for ok service, the other for the beer selection.

Good burgers but small. Even if you order double meat, you come out hungry.
