Very good hotel in the center of Hammerfest. Perfect brekfast and dinners - greetings for kitchen chef and stuff. Service with good communication.

Decent hotel with central location. As a Thon Gold member, I have visited a lots of Thon hotels in Norway. Thon hotel Hammerfest has a great location right in the middle of the city and a short walk to the pier if you travel by boat and right next to shops and restaurants. My top floor room (no 721) was modern, have all the enmities you need and a great view (see my attached photos). The decor was bright clean and fresh looking. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and the delivery of the water had good pressure and temperature control with the standard fixed shampoo and shower gel fixed to the wall. Beds was comfortable and there is a nice mini bar in room. Breakfast is quite good and included in the room rate, but the breakfast restaurant is rather small and busy. A real espresso coffee machine is available for free in the reception lounge. The free, in-room WiFi worked very well. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent service at check in! Modern and clean hotel in the center of Hammerfest. Check in was easy and staff was easy going. The superior room was very spacious and the view over the harbor was very nice. Room was clean, beds were Comfortable, bathroom was very spacious as well as the shower too. Had a sofa and two chairs with a table as well. Modern TV and a Nespresso machine was also there. Breakfast was good with a big selection and fresh quality goods. Great alternative for a stay in Hammerfest.

Modern hotel with great standard and lovely breakfast buffet.

A really nice hotel in the city centre. Good, clean rooms with all you need (including Chromecast/screen mirroring, WiFi, minibar, laundry service, great views and even an umbrella for bad weather). Delicious breakfasts and food in general. Professional staff, very attentive (all hotel departments). Definitely recommend this place (out of my experience in hospitality - former Rooms Division Manager). Thank you for all your efforts 😊

Stayed here during quarantine. A good choice for staying in Hammerfest. Everything is on walking distance. The hotel just infront of the port and the city center

Right in the center, about 5min taxi time from airport or heliport, I found this hotel very nice. The personnel is very service-minded and welcoming. The room I had was quiet, clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was nice too, with a good choice of both cold and warm food to chose from.

A very good chain hotel. Nice room. Excellent location on the seafront in the town centre. Best of all... breakfast. Stunning spread to get you started for the day...

Good service. But the restaurant is not good with ppl with allergies. So you need to be proactive, Even if you have given them the information befor your meal. Ask what's in what you get..

Old and worn hotel. The staff was spending more time on explaining why they were right instead of providing service. Trouble with booking, wrongfully information on where to eat breakfast, missing information on the rooms on the floor. Misleading and chancing information on the diner time.

Rooms small but clean. Breakfast okay. Service helpful but sometimes Not trained well. Location very central. I would return.
