Nothing bad to say about our condo.. But you can tell the long time residents don't like the visitors,.. Heck the association doesn't like them either.. Too many rules that visitors are to follow, yet the residents were not following... An example was the pool and spa was shut down due to lightning, but 3 residents immediately passed the staff who told use we couldn't swim and jumped in the hot tub.. We are informed that we cannot set up chairs, etc and leave them overnight, as we observed a family tell us that it didn't apply to them as they lived here... Also It is a violation to have too many cars or to leave garage doors open, yet I seen that on permanent resident's properties... Pretty much the entire sentiment of Palm Coast as we were reading the local paper and seeing that the entire town is full of association type rules including forbidding residents (and vacationers) to have business logos on their vehicles in their driveways.. So as much as the stay was beautiful, it's not really an inviting place.. 2 levels of security gates, and a toll road to get in here... Maybe a better place for the paranoid people who need a double gated community. And someone keeps firing up maintenance gear at 530a at the golf course that wakes us up, even with the windows closed..

The perfect place for taking relax and nice vacations the apartment is very comfortable and big and the beach super good and private.overall pass the five stars 🌟

The one we rented had terrible couches. Tears in them and horrible to sit on. The tile floor was more comfortable. However this place is beautiful! I would just recommend you look at the one you are going to rent prior to renting.

This past June I visited cinnamon beach condominiums with my fiance's family. This place was definitely secluded from the general public as there are toll roads and security gates on the way there. We stayed in one of the buildings around the center pond. Between the 26 of us there we had three rooms and all three had great amenities which included a master bedroom/bathroom, 2 guest rooms, living room, dining area, common bathroom, washer/dryer and a full size kitchen. Each condo also had a attached balcony to view the pond and ocean. We had issues with the water heater the first day we were there and they had prompt service technicians arrive and fix the issue. The beach is never over crowded with people and there are also homes nearby the condos. It's a beautiful place and hope to visit again in the future! Highly recommended!

This was the best experience in a long time. The condo house we were in was fabulous. The entertainment center electronics were a little dated but functional. They need to provide streaming devices to bring it up to date. Everything else was great. The neighborhood was ultra clean along streets and walkways. We had one handicapped person with us. Not wheelchair friendly at the curbs so anyone trying to navigate in an electric wheelchair is out of luck. Need to provide ramps at the house curbing and exiting the doorway to driveway. Elevator was a major plus for our rental unit. Would rent a unit again without hesitation. Great area for vacationing.

Very easy to book online. Very easy instructions to follow. Star the lady I spoke with in reference to a challenge I was having while trying to register for gate and parking passes was just wonderful! ..So helpful and friendly. She made me feel like I was the only person she dealt with that day! The accommodation 222 is lovely. Clean and modern. Pristine golf course. Lovely pool. We usually stay in an older more casual accommodation. This is very different . Does not feel like the "old Florida" experience we have had in the past. That said..if you like gated communities, private beach and golf ..i would recommend this!

2nd time back to this Beach/Condo. Great place and always a beautiful beach with not too many people on it.
