My daughter was visiting her boyfriend who is a resident of your complex. Car was towed in parking lot with a parking permit. Was parked maybe 2-3hrs. Then on top of the tow of the vehicle the car got damaged. I’ve tried calling along with your resident for an explanation as to how this all happened and have not heard back.

I am a pleased resident. The new staff takes care of me and my needs especially Madison Tyler. She is so nice and pleasant. I am well pleased. Tanglewood is turning around.

I have been a resident here for over 3 years, and of the many people I have seen come and go, Chinell has been by far, the absolute best property manager of them all. She is friendly and professional, and very approachable. She does all she can to assist the residents and to make the apartment complex feel like a good community. I have seen a lot of good change since she has been here, and personally, I look forward to her continued tenure here.

Highly recommended for a peaceful living experience.!!! Not only is the front desk excellent but the property manager Chinell is so understanding and reasonable. The key here is communication and from there they got you.! I couldn’t be more thankful

I would like to say how amazing the staff is at Tanglewood apartments. Especially Chinnell Cross, who has made my arrival there an extraordinary one. I have lived at Tanglewood for 2 months and I enjoy the family oriented working staff and the homely environment around the apartment complex.

I like the Tanglewood Apartments to live, it's amazing with Greenery around. I didn't like the way Tanglewood people promises. Actually we took a 3B lease but unfortunately we didn't get that and they provided us 1B instead so unhappy with that....😑

I completed the application paid the $60 waited a couple weeks with no response had to keep calling in to check on the status of my application finally was told I was denied because my income was only 2500 a month when I know it’s way above that but after reading all the negative reviews about roaches and mice maybe I should be happy with the decision
